This hotel offers the most beautiful views in Sapa. We booked a room for one night and were given the largest room in the hotel. They also arranged our sleeper bus tickets for us. The service at the hotel is excellent. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel, and everything was prepared wonderfully. The pool is warm and clean.

Really beautiful view and good rooms! The facilities were in very good condition. What we missed a bit was a wardrobe and a place to hang wet towels to dry. The food and service in the restaurant were absolutely superb! We always enjoyed eating there and appreciated the wide selection of food and drinks. Even at breakfast, no wishes were left unfulfilled. Our personal highlight was the pool! In the evenings, it was beautifully lit, so you could relax in the pool even during/after sunset! We would love to come back!!

The hotel is close to Sa Pa (10 min ride) but still feels rural. The room has everything you need and a great balcony with amazing views. The swimming pool is heated, which was great considering the temperatures. Food tasted phantastic in the restaurant and for breakfast they made fresh soup and fresh egg dishes. Overall an amazing stay!

Very nice ambience. Traditional Spa feel. Beautiful and calming scenery. Nice clean rooms although can be larger. Gives a different feel. Not the modern hotel type that is being build around it, that can commonly be found. Staff is nice especially the restaurant staff and the manager there. Front desk gentlemen were all helpful. A location for the young and active. Elders can find the stone steps a chore to climb.

Beautiful mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff are super helpful throughout the stay. The room itself is spacious and full of rustic charm, but the wooden interior can feel damp and carry a noticeable smell in wet weather, and the cleanliness could be improved. If you don’t mind all that and only looks for room with good views, then yes.

The bathtub was clogged and there were some bugs, but the room's ambiance and the view were lovely, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Had a lovely relaxing time at the resort. Just on the outskirts of Sapa Town, so it was very peaceful and quiet, away from the traffic and crowds. But still easily accessible by taxi/grab Wonderful helpful and efficient staff. From front desk to housekeeping. Front desk staff were super with recommendations for day trips, booking of tours and transport House keeping , bellboys were fast and efficient Every one was very friendly and helpful
