I stayed in the smallest room, but it was very well designed and perfectly comfortable, with an excellent bed. The hotel is also very quiet, which I really appreciated. Overall, it felt less like a hotel and more like staying with a caring family. Highly recommended."

"Was so disgusted when I realized that they didnt change the bedsheet. It was so obvious as shown on the photos attached. There'se even some sort of oil stain that is somewhat still fresh and a dirt in the other side. Im 100% certain it was not just a stain, it is a dirt, seems like used to wipe a.dirty feet. It is so obvious because sheet is obviously crumpled. I couldnt sleep peacefully as it feels itchy. Good thing I stayed overnight only. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL."

"This hotel is a peaceful retreat with excellent service. The design makes you feel right at home. All the staff members are incredibly helpful. They offer motorbike rentals and a reasonably priced shuttle service to Da Nang airport. Katie, one of the staff, was particularly attentive and provided great care. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The photos I've uploaded might not show much of the hotel itself, but the room was absolutely fantastic! 😍😍😍"

"I stayed at Tru by Hilton for 6 nights and overall had a very positive experience. The room design is modern, compact, and very functional. Even though the room is small, everything is well organized and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the space felt bright and pleasant. I also liked the wide corridors — it makes the hotel feel more spacious. The location is great, close to the river, and the view from my room was beautiful, overlooking the city and nearby hotels. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made communication easy. When I had an issue with my initial room not matching the booked category, they handled it and changed my room the next day, which I really appreciated. Breakfast is simple but good enough, and the laundry — it’s very convenient that you can use it anytime. Overall, this is one of the few hotels I would actually return to. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed 4 nights at La Pavillion Gallery hotel.I was really surprised by the service here.We were welcome by kind and polite at the reception.The check in was at 2 pm but we arrived the hotel around 12 pm so they helped us check in early which we really appreciated.Tracy helped us book airport transfer for us from Da nang to the hotel.She guided and assisted us during our whole stay at this hotel.They prepared a anniversary wedding cake and a card for us that blew my mind.The breakfast was really good.Hotel was in bery convenient location.Very close to old town .Tracy checked on us everyday if everything was okay with our room.We noticed that the bedsheet had a little bit of stain which we didnt mind at all because the service here was outstanding.But,they prepared a fruit platter for us when we went back to our room and found a small apology note.That really impressed us.Just the swimming pool was a bit unclean and Birds poop everywhere.And also the chicken wings i ordered had no taste,it needs to be improved, The kind Gentleman at the door i forgot his name but was really kind to us since our check in day too.I will definitely come back again to stay in this hotel.Much Love❤️"

"I had booked a partial sea-view room, but the room itself faced only a building under construction; only by stepping out onto the balcony could I see a small sliver of sea between the buildings in front. Note that guests use the room for activities and rest, not the balcony, so this was very disappointing. After two days and my third expression of dissatisfaction with the assigned room, the lobby manager finally agreed to change my room. Also, the mattress and pillows were rather firm, which made it uncomfortable for me to sleep. One thing worthy of praise: I suffered a minor scrape while exercising outdoors, and the nurse on duty at the hotel was very attentive and cleaned my wound for me every day."

"Everything was great! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly polite. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. Most importantly, the rooms were clean and tidied daily! We rented an apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable. Each room had air conditioning, and there was everything we needed. Rent a scooter; it's a 10-15 minute ride to the beach. No insects, which is crucial in Vietnam! There's a very cozy rooftop pool with towels and sun loungers. You can relax there and watch planes land. By the way, for those worried about the airport being close and noisy, trust me – you can't hear a thing! Overall, 5 out of 5!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It has a little luxury atmosphere, and when you visit Vietnam for the first time and stay in a place like this, the trip becomes even more magical and unforgettable. The service was excellent. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and polite. Our experience started the moment we got out of the taxi. We were surrounded by great service right away. The staff opened the taxi doors, took our luggage, opened the hotel doors, and a welcoming receptionist was waiting for us. I understand that this kind of service depends on the hotel level, and some people may not even notice things like luggage assistance or doors being opened. But I always notice these little details, and they mean a lot to me. They make you feel like a truly welcome guest. ❤️ We got a large and spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Waking up in a place like this was a real pleasure. Everything was always clean and fresh. Thank you for the big bathtub in the room! I felt that a lot of attention was paid to details, and I had everything I needed to feel beautiful and comfortable. 😊 The breakfasts were amazing. There was a huge variety of food. Thank you for offering so many fresh and delicious vegetables. The Vietnamese coffee was also very tasty. 🤤 It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The beach was very close. It was clean, with powder-soft sand that almost crunched under our feet. 😻 The sea water was clean and had no unpleasant smell. The entrance to the water was gentle, and you could clearly see the bottom. We even saw starfish! The water felt refreshing. At first it seemed a little cold, but after a few minutes you didn't want to leave. I also want to mention the lifeguards on the beach. They were always there and really paid attention to people's safety. They made sure nobody entered dangerous areas, which made us feel safe while enjoying the sea. There was even a sand washing area at the hotel entrance, which was very convenient. 😄 The views from the windows were stunning. You could watch the sunrise, see the mountains, the long beach coastline, and the life of the city. The facilities were great. Working out in the gym with such an incredible view was a pleasure. The infinity pool, the music, and the atmosphere really made you feel relaxed and on vacation. I enjoyed everything and would happily stay here again."

"The Hilton Da Nang is truly impressive. The rooms are large, neat, comfortable, spacious, and bright. Housekeeping cleans daily, so when you return from sightseeing, your room is spotless. The breakfast spread is fantastic. Vietnam is much better than we expected; it feels quite Westernized. Every hotel is beautifully decorated and has a very artistic touch."
