"This hotel is located near Pham Van Dong, an area popular with Koreans, so there are many businesses catering to Koreans nearby. The location is great, and the facilities for this price are excellent. I'm not sure if it's just on Delivery K, but when I searched for this hotel's name, it showed a different hotel about a 4-minute walk away. So, I'd recommend Korean guests double-check the hotel address when ordering delivery. There was some drilling noise during the day from construction right next door, but it was tolerable."

Amazing
HHarry Tan 06The resort is nicely build and embedded with nature . The facilities such as pool and gym are well maintained . The room feel luxurious . Would advise to book the club room access with free wine and food almost throughout the day . The best part of this resort is the view .

HHenry_the_KingTo be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice) The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again. The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation. Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

GGuest UserBooked Puka for three nights through Ctrip, which perfectly rounded off our May Day trip to Vietnam. The king-size bed was actually two beds pushed together, making it incredibly spacious. The room itself was large with a balcony, and the bathroom even had a bathtub and bath salts. We got 4 glass bottles of water daily, and the bedside speaker played radio with excellent sound quality, creating a great ambiance. The TV offered YouTube and CCTV. The room was even cleaned twice a day! A garden king room with double breakfast for just over 1000 RMB – you can't beat that price. Breakfast was from 6 AM to 11 AM, so one meal could easily last until dinner. There was a huge variety, and the baked goods were delicious. The iced coconut coffee was absolutely divine. The hotel food wasn't overly expensive, comparable to prices in China. We had the seafood platter shown in the picture for just over 400 RMB, and it tasted great. Room service was available late into the night. The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, and there aren't many shops within walking distance, but you can order food delivery via Grab. The environment was impeccable. We were blessed with four days of sunshine during our May Day trip, with temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius – perfect for swimming without getting cold and sunbathing without overheating. While the public areas weren't huge, they were beautiful, and taking great photos was effortless. The pool was open until 7 PM, but we even swam late at night and no one stopped us. Towels were provided during operating hours. The best part was that even after checking out, we could still use the spa for a free shower after swimming, complete with towels, lockers, and a hairdryer. We left for the airport feeling fresh and happy. The staff all spoke English well and had great attitudes. If you can ride, I recommend renting a 50cc scooter. There's a rental shop about a 10-minute walk away (search on Google Maps), costing around 40 RMB a day, with a deposit required. We paid a 500,000 VND cash deposit. A scooter is truly the best way to experience Vietnam. You can ride for 30 minutes to Hoi An Ancient Town and Son Tra Peninsula – it's amazing, but be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen! When will Beijing have direct flights to Da Nang? I'll stop going to Sanya then!😅

YYiwankepingxingguangxianThis hotel was our favorite during our entire trip to Vietnam! Everyone in my family, from young to old, was incredibly comfortable. The hotel consists of individual villas, which offers excellent privacy. The public areas are beautifully designed, and the service is great. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the spa was very relaxing. We were so satisfied!

NNadine07We had been travelling Vietnam and frequently moving between destinations. I chose the Hyatt Danang for its resort style amenities and it did not disappoint. It was away from the hussle and bustle of My Khe Beach and Danang city centre. The grounds were stunning, it was peaceful and you could hear the ocean from our Deluxe Ocean View room. The rate included club lounge access, this however was a little disappointing in the evenings for canapés and drinks. The food offered was very limited compared to other SEA properties. The breakfast however was good. Although it states continental breakfast there were hot dishes and eggs to order on offer. Staff are fantastic, odd that the room was not cleaned until after 4:00pm when it was vacant from 9:00am each day. I would recommend staying at the Hyatt Danang and happily return in the future.

FfanguLet's start with the positives: This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The complimentary pool with slides is a lot of fun, and there's also an infinity pool on the rooftop. Even if the weather isn't great, there's no need to worry as the hotel has its own indoor playground, ensuring fun regardless of the temperature (unless it's extremely cold). The bathroom has two sinks, which is great for couples or families as everyone gets their own space. You can find everything you need for dining, drinking, and entertainment right at the hotel. However, I found the overall Vietnamese food quite average (not very tasty). Pho and banh mi are good, but you can't eat them for every meal. Now for the downsides: The 'sea view' is actually a bay. We stayed for three nights, and it seemed to be cloudy the whole time, so the view of the opposite shore was always hazy and not particularly impressive. The surrounding area isn't convenient for dining or entertainment; it takes about half an hour by taxi to get to My Khe Beach or the Old Quarter. My impression of the housekeeping was that they basically just made the bed. My suggestion: If you're coming to Da Nang, consider staying at Mikazuki for two or three nights before moving to My Khe.

SSabhyHotel location is excellent, everything is clean, and amenities are good with rooftop pool/bar access. You can book electric scooter or bike directly from the reception, which is a plus. But I have a bad experience check-in service. Although I booked partial sea view room, I was given a different lower floor room. Upon contacting trip.com and then reception, it was changed. So be careful. Also there was a bit looong wait to get the room, may be because of seasonal crowd. Otherwise experience is okay.

SStacyAnnThe room was very spacious and mostly clean, though a bit dated. The floor was slightly sandy, so I preferred to wear slippers indoors. There were fresh fruits in the room as a complimentary welcome, and they provided two small bottles of water daily. They also gave me a free voucher for their street food dinner, which was actually good. The noodles and other beverages in the fridge were not complimentary. The bathroom was big enough as well, but the shower faucets were dated and leaked. However, there were no problems with hot water or water pressure. Keep in mind that there were no curtains or blinds to cover the glass wall between the shower and the room—only partial frosting on the glass. The mattress was comfortable enough. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the next room, but I was lucky with my neighbors and it was very quiet at night. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and it’s beautiful. There are two swimming pools and a private beach, but very few sunbeds, which may not be enough for all guests. Some of the sunbeds need to be fixed or replaced. There is almost nothing near the hotel except one small restaurant and an ATM, but Grab works well, so it’s not a big deal. Breakfast was okay. There were Indian, Vietnamese, and Western dishes, as well as an egg station, waffle station, noodles, a salad bar, fruits, bread, and pastries. I can’t recommend their spa. The staff stressed me out because they were running back and forth trying to prepare for the treatment after I arrived, even though I had booked my appointment three hours in advance. Overall, I think it was totally worth the money, and I might come back in the future.

RRoman.KusIt is a solid place. The room was nice. Two beds. Nice view from the window. The sheets were clean and smelled nice. Wi-Fi was fast. Drawer is enough for clothes even though there are not enough hangers. There are small insects on the furniture (table) but you can ask for repellent or spray that kills them for a long time. There is a kettle and daily water, tea and coffee. There is also a fridge. Service was great. Any issue and question was resolved speedily. Fun fact. There is special massage on the second floor with the 1.4 million starting price. Btw if your shower hot water does not work, check fuse and turn it on (upwards).
