"The beach is a 12-minute walk away. The room is spacious, but the furniture is old. There's a kettle and a fridge, both working. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and there was always hot water. However, the air conditioning had a musty smell."

GGuest UserThe only slight drawback of this hotel was the breakfast, perhaps because I'm used to Chinese-style meals. So, I'd rate the breakfast 85 out of 100. Everything else gets a 95. The hotel staff are incredibly attentive, dedicated, and thoughtful. From the managers down to the regular employees, everyone is very friendly, kind, and enthusiastic. There's an 80-minute massage included daily; just remember to book in advance to secure your preferred time, as it gets very busy, and it's incredibly relaxing. 24-hour dinner is available for a fee, while breakfast offers a choice of buffet or in-room dining. We stayed in a 4-person villa this time, which was perfect. The private pool was huge, with ample space, and the environment was spotless. All the food in the fridge was complimentary, and the complimentary bottled water was exceptionally high-end and exquisite. The staff's interaction with my son was fantastic, and they even took photos together. Plus, there's a free shuttle service every day for trips to Hoi An. Honestly, this resort is beyond words. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Da Nang. The service attitude is superb. And you have to see the restrooms downstairs in the lobby restaurant – they are unbelievably clean and meticulously maintained!

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the Danang InterContinental. It feels peaceful and secluded, yet is still close to town. Thank you to Kha H for the smooth check-in and to Mr Vu for assisting us at check-out. The honeymoon cake and room setup on our first night were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Trinh Nguyen provided excellent service at the Long Bar, and overall the staff were friendly and attentive. A very relaxing stay overall - just a minor note that the hairdryer felt a bit dated.

HHenry_the_KingTo be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice) The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again. The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation. Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

NNadine07We had been travelling Vietnam and frequently moving between destinations. I chose the Hyatt Danang for its resort style amenities and it did not disappoint. It was away from the hussle and bustle of My Khe Beach and Danang city centre. The grounds were stunning, it was peaceful and you could hear the ocean from our Deluxe Ocean View room. The rate included club lounge access, this however was a little disappointing in the evenings for canapés and drinks. The food offered was very limited compared to other SEA properties. The breakfast however was good. Although it states continental breakfast there were hot dishes and eggs to order on offer. Staff are fantastic, odd that the room was not cleaned until after 4:00pm when it was vacant from 9:00am each day. I would recommend staying at the Hyatt Danang and happily return in the future.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located between My Khe Beach and Hoi An, about 6km from the main My Khe area. It's right next to Marble Mountain, and the Hyatt is a neighboring hotel (worth a walk over to see). The breakfast spread is generous and available until 11:00 AM, so it can double as brunch. The service is great; the hotel can help you book spa appointments and Michelin-starred restaurants in Da Nang if needed. The hotel's public areas are beautiful, with plenty of lounge chairs, bean bags, and hammocks. During my stay, the waves were very strong, so I just walked along the beach and couldn't swim. I'm not sure if swimming is usually possible, but the beach quality here felt inferior to My Khe. Overall, a good experience. Recommended.

NNikolai UOverall, it is good hotel for a couple of days. Quite clean, but furniture is worn. Some sockets does not work at all, some cannot hold power adapters. Breakfast is good. You can find rice, noodles, fried meat, soups, a lot of fruits and bakery. Also you can ask to cook eggs for you There was yellow spots on bath, hairs and spots on bed clothing. Staff changed bed clothing on request but bath was not cleaned. Also, we had problems with sewer smell in first room. Just asked to change room. Second room smelled good enough. And, note, usual water in fridge is paid.

MMarlen OmoijuanfoGreat hotel with big and comfortable rooms, and a lot of facilities for families with kids. Loved the water park and soft play area. The free kids club inside the hotel could make some improvements. There is no possibilities for kids to stay without parents for some time (something that would be great seeing as the hotel has a spa etc), even though there is staff present at all times during opening. A little bit disappointed as some of the staff would be busy on their phone.. Also there is a sign at the entrance of the club with different activities, but we never saw any of these (except for the few pieces of drawing paper, and broken pencils).

GGuest UserThe Hotel in General was very clean but could do with a refurbishment as its starting to show it's age at nearly 20 years old, the Room was nice and clean which was the main thing , we stopped on the 20th floor the only disappointment from our room was all the windows where badly stained from the weather on the outside and made the view not so nice , and in the morning the wallpaper near the windows was wet and damp from the condensation. Apart from that everything sale was great.

SStacyAnnThe room was very spacious and mostly clean, though a bit dated. The floor was slightly sandy, so I preferred to wear slippers indoors. There were fresh fruits in the room as a complimentary welcome, and they provided two small bottles of water daily. They also gave me a free voucher for their street food dinner, which was actually good. The noodles and other beverages in the fridge were not complimentary. The bathroom was big enough as well, but the shower faucets were dated and leaked. However, there were no problems with hot water or water pressure. Keep in mind that there were no curtains or blinds to cover the glass wall between the shower and the room—only partial frosting on the glass. The mattress was comfortable enough. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the next room, but I was lucky with my neighbors and it was very quiet at night. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and it’s beautiful. There are two swimming pools and a private beach, but very few sunbeds, which may not be enough for all guests. Some of the sunbeds need to be fixed or replaced. There is almost nothing near the hotel except one small restaurant and an ATM, but Grab works well, so it’s not a big deal. Breakfast was okay. There were Indian, Vietnamese, and Western dishes, as well as an egg station, waffle station, noodles, a salad bar, fruits, bread, and pastries. I can’t recommend their spa. The staff stressed me out because they were running back and forth trying to prepare for the treatment after I arrived, even though I had booked my appointment three hours in advance. Overall, I think it was totally worth the money, and I might come back in the future.

RRoman.KusIt is a solid place. The room was nice. Two beds. Nice view from the window. The sheets were clean and smelled nice. Wi-Fi was fast. Drawer is enough for clothes even though there are not enough hangers. There are small insects on the furniture (table) but you can ask for repellent or spray that kills them for a long time. There is a kettle and daily water, tea and coffee. There is also a fridge. Service was great. Any issue and question was resolved speedily. Fun fact. There is special massage on the second floor with the 1.4 million starting price. Btw if your shower hot water does not work, check fuse and turn it on (upwards).
