"Lets start with the impressive entrance styled with artificial greeneries and wonderful eid decor. Major love for that ! Convenient golf cart aka buggy to haram whilst walking is also doable. Not forgetting the gentlemen at the desks 2 days prior eid, their assistance and cooperation is commendable. And the room, it was simply fantastic with large windows overlooking Jabal Kaabah road."

"The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23"

"Wow, what an amazing experience! Highly recommended. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location—just a short walk from Masjid al-Haram, making it very convenient for Umrah. We were initially upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which was a great start to our stay. Later, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning during the hot weather. Mr. Hashim handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to an even larger and more spacious room. He also kindly extended our checkout time until 5:00 pm, which made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel also generously offered us the choice of either dinner or breakfast. We chose breakfast, and it was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. At checkout, Mr. Hassan was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring everything went smoothly. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hashim, Mr. Hassan, and the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah."

"Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. "One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived much earlier than the official check-in time and requested an early check-in. The reception team warmly welcomed us and explained that our room was not yet ready. They kindly offered to store our luggage so we could head to perform our Umrah without any hassle. When we returned, it was still a little before check-in time. Since our reserved room was still being prepared, the team thoughtfully provided us with another room where we could relax and rest until our room was ready. Right on time, they moved us into our reserved room, and the entire process was smooth and seamless. A special thank you to the reception and reservations teams for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. This level of service made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car."

"We were pleasantly surprised by how good our stay was. Yes, the room was small, but it was acceptable considering we were only around 10-15 minute walk to Masjidil Haram. A big shout out and thanks to the duty mánager, her name escapes me. But she was excellent at her job, súper friendly, managed to get us checked in by 1.30pm even though official check in time was 4pm. We were so grateful since we just completed umrah and were so tired. There are only 3 lifts, but *************, we never had to wait too long for it. Would we stay again, yes insyaallah!"
