Cheap Hotels in Pasay

"This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option."

"It's my first time to checked in with this hotel,but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow.And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place,housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean.They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness,the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you."

"Everything is good. The buffet breakfast is okay too. Location is near terminal 3 its convenient if you have flights in terminal 3. The bed is soft and we had a good sleep."

"The room we booked was too tiny. Din expect the room can accommodate 2 person, as described. There is literally not enough space on the bed itself. What should be a queen size bed is only a super single plus bed size. We had to curls our legs while sleeping. We requested for drinking water but the receptionist said we only entitled to 2 drinking water once. We stayed for 2 nights there. That was quite a small favour to ask normally every other accommodation would provide that. Another significant downside is the noise! It’s really noisy even 3 in the morning because of the location and room that we were given is facing the main road and pedestrians bridge. Last but maybe the most regret we had to face is the room is blazing hot. At noon the room was directly facing the burning sun light not even the blinder could cover it. I have proof in the photos where our room was filled with sun during mid day. If I can find something good about our stay maybe the elevator and WiFi that actually works. Good job on that. Aside from that, Definitely won’t be coming back here again."

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again."

"My 2-night stay in Manila was truly a story for the absurd. When I checked into room #4008 at 8 PM on April 9th, everything seemed normal. However, on the morning of April 10th at 8 AM, since I had booked two nights – the first in a standard room and the second in a queen room – I packed all my clothes neatly, ready for the cleaning staff to transfer my personal belongings later that afternoon. I was a bit worried at the time, so I even took a photo of my folded clothes as proof (please see attachment). At 9 AM on April 10th, I went to the front desk and explained my situation. They assigned me a new room, #2010. I specifically asked them to help transfer my clothes from room #4008 to my new room. The young woman at the reception said, “Okay, sure.” When I returned from work at the factory at 6:00 PM on April 10th and entered room #2010, getting ready for an evening party, I discovered that the clothes I needed to change into were missing. I immediately rushed to the front desk to inquire. Initially, they were hesitant and evasive, but after my persistent questioning, they admitted that due to an internal communication error, my clothes had been treated as miscellaneous items and disposed of by their staff. Naturally, I was not satisfied with this answer and demanded an internal investigation. After all, the items I left were neatly folded and placed on hangers – clean clothes and shoes – there was no reason for them to be treated as trash. As I continued to discuss with them, they asked an irritating question: “Who did you tell at the front desk when you gave them the task on the morning of April 10th?” In my opinion, with numerous cameras at the hotel’s front desk and check-in records for staff, identifying which staff member made the mistake (or oversight) should be an internal responsibility of the hotel, not something an overseas guest should have to figure out. After about 15 minutes of discussion, they finally located some of my clothes with the housekeeping team and asked me to wait in my room. So I waited in my room from 7:00 PM until 7:30 PM until the service staff brought my bag of clothes. Upon checking, 6-7 items were still missing. Due to the repeated hassle and the lack of proper attire, attending the evening party was clearly out of the question. However, continuing to argue with the hotel staff seemed fruitless, so my companion and I simply went to a nearby mall for a quick dinner. When I returned after dinner at 9:10 PM and opened my room, thankfully, I finally received the remaining bag of clothes..."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive with my requests throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. I would especially like to commend the team for providing excellent service and for always assisting us with a smile. "First time I booked at sogo and I impressed with cleanliness of the hotel. The room is great. Very clean. Only the problem that maybe the staff was more kind and doing there job well during working hours. Most especially when there is a guest checking in. Maybe they accommodated them first before talking or chatting to each other. I’m a bit off when I came at the hotel because there is a three person at the counter but the way they welcome there guests is a bit off. But other than that I have no problem. Location is good near to moa and airport. Very easy to access."

"i hope before mag check in ang guest all goods na po para convenient ang stay. Upon check aircon not working and basang basa yung bed :( but 4days stay still good parin naman siguro magdagdag lang po kayo ng staff since marami po kayong units para hindi mapabayaan ang maintenance and good stay ng mga guest."
