"This hotel is really smart, with self-service check-in and check-out, which is very convenient. If you arrive early, you can scan your booking order to store your luggage and then go out to explore easily. However, be aware that you cannot store luggage after checking out. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, but it's very clean overall. The included breakfast is very simple, just a cup of coffee and a small sandwich. If you want more, you'll have to pay extra."

"The hotel's facilities are really great. I chose a huge tatami room all to myself, though people from my country might not be used to sleeping on tatami. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but thankfully there's a door, and closing it helped a lot. Both the room and the restaurant face the sea and the harbor, so the view is absolutely unparalleled. As for the location, it's a bit on the outskirts with no commercial areas nearby; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach dining and shopping spots. All hotel guests receive a complimentary hot spring ticket. Their hot spring also faces the sea. The infinity hot spring pool is definitely the biggest highlight! The entire hot spring area is very modern and beautifully designed. However, it's spread across 7 floors, and you have to undress upstairs and downstairs, with shoe storage and showering not in the same area, which makes the process a bit confusing and overwhelming."

"We booked a mix western+japanese tatami big room. The views are lovely , the cleanliness is on a good level , the staff is attentive and responsive.the meals included are served buffetstyle in a huge room with seaside views. A lot of choices and level of food good enough. There were also 2 lounges and 3 onsen. The main one has view on the Atami peninsula. I would recommen"

"The room was really spacious and deep, which made for some truly elegant photos. Overall, this is probably one of the most upscale hotels in Atami. While there's no free shuttle to Atami Station, there's a bus stop right outside, and the front desk can also help arrange a taxi. There was a Chinese-speaking woman with shoulder-length hair and glasses, who was incredibly polite and had excellent service sense. The hotel facilities are also great; the public onsen is definitely worth trying – it's very clean and even has free drinks. Breakfast was good too; not a huge variety, but the quality was decent. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score is that the hotel's Wi-Fi signal for laptops was really poor, making it impossible to work. After I reported it to the hotel, they couldn't offer any solution other than moving rooms, but they didn't have another vacant room of the same type, so that didn't work out. All in all, the hotel itself is excellent and definitely among the top-tier in Atami for quality."

"Definitely worth the price for an onsen hotel. The ocean view and tatami style bedroom are the highlight for my stay here! There is free bus shuttle service scheduled by the hotel, as a solo traveller who doesn’t drive, this definitely is a plus point! Will book my stay at here next time when I visit Atami :)"

"The hotel boasts two outdoor hot springs and one indoor hot spring, all of which are excellent. There's also free karaoke, a billiards hall, and a mahjong table available for rent. There's also a shogi room and a manga room. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus from Atami Station; no application is needed, just queue 10 minutes in advance. If you're walking, it's closer to Kurumiya Station, about a 15-minute downhill walk that's not tiring. Perfect for a walk after visiting Kurumiya Shrine and the plum garden. You can easily walk to the hotel to check in. The famous Itonokawa cherry blossom path is right next to the hotel, which is very beautiful. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious, with all-you-can-drink complimentary drinks at dinner, including beer, sake, fruit wine, and many other options. The rooms have air conditioning, heating, and tea bags/biscuits. Although the hotel is a bit old, the stay was fantastic, offering great value for money. I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

"Location: It's not far from Atami Station, about a seven to eight-minute walk. You can see the trains from downstairs, and the clanking sound of passing trains is quite clear, which affected my sleep. I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The bus stop right outside Atami Station offers direct routes to the MOA Museum of Art and Hakone, which is very convenient. Service: The complimentary breakfast on the first floor was decent, nothing special, but enough to fill you up. However, the front desk staff didn't speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. Cleanliness: No unpleasant odors. Facilities: Standard Toyoko Inn offerings."

"The hotel is a convenient 5-10 minute walk from the station, and it's also easy to get to Ginza Takeshita Street. I highly recommend Kakiemon Skewers there. The rooms are spacious, each with a sea view, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. Although the breakfast buffet doesn't have a huge variety, if you stay for two consecutive nights, you get a complimentary special drink."

"Excellent hotel. Beautiful, clean, traditional. The onsen was beautiful with a view of their garden. The water was heated perfectly with immaculately clean water. All amenities were offered when you stepped out into the changing room, ear buds, lotion, hair perfume, shampoo and conditioner. As you exit to your room there are two massage chairs to enjoy. The room we stayed in was perfect, It had a view of the bay, a big balcony, and three separate rooms. I was traveling with my son and this afforded me a private room to change my clothes and be separated while we slept. Freshly pressed kimonos were provided for the Onsen or/and to attend breakfast in. Now I'll talk about the highlight.! The breakfast buffet and dinner were included in the very reasonable price. The breakfast was extensive with fish, eggs,yogurt, homemade delicious jams, salads, fresh fruit, natto, sausages, rolls, bread, pastries, a coffee machine with choice of lattes, cappuccino, etc, a juice machine, fresh milk from famous Tanna dairy, and more! It was amazing! Dinner was also delicious, changing every night with selections such as broiled fish set, fried chicken set, steak set, all were seasoned well and perfectly cooked. All came with soup, rice, main entree and dessert. The staff were welcoming, kind and caring, friendly. The manager even sent me a special note about a piece of art I was curious about. Highly, highly recommend this Ryokan. I never wanted to leave. It's just outside of Atami, in the hills, beautiful location. Go, relax, nurture yourself, I did 😊🥰"

"Service: The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, and the staff were very patient and friendly. Facilities: This is an older, established hotel, and the facilities feel even older than my parents, but they are very clean and functional. The hot springs felt just okay, mainly because the environment and facilities are quite dated, and the indoor bathhouse was a bit stuffy. The buffet, surprisingly, was excellent! The hotel is very close to the sea, but the sea view from the room doesn't give you that 'right on the beach' feeling of endless ocean. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the station. You need to queue up next to the front desk, and it's essential to go early as there are usually quite a few people waiting. Environment: The corner view from the buffet restaurant is beautiful; I recommend going for your meal early. Enjoy the scenery of Atami town while eating when it's less crowded. The hotel isn't far from where the fireworks festival is held, and there's a kimono rental shop about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. However, you can also pick up yukata for free downstairs at the hotel itself."
