"Excellent hotel. Beautiful, clean, traditional. The onsen was beautiful with a view of their garden. The water was heated perfectly with immaculately clean water. All amenities were offered when you stepped out into the changing room, ear buds, lotion, hair perfume, shampoo and conditioner. As you exit to your room there are two massage chairs to enjoy. The room we stayed in was perfect, It had a view of the bay, a big balcony, and three separate rooms. I was traveling with my son and this afforded me a private room to change my clothes and be separated while we slept. Freshly pressed kimonos were provided for the Onsen or/and to attend breakfast in. Now I'll talk about the highlight.! The breakfast buffet and dinner were included in the very reasonable price. The breakfast was extensive with fish, eggs,yogurt, homemade delicious jams, salads, fresh fruit, natto, sausages, rolls, bread, pastries, a coffee machine with choice of lattes, cappuccino, etc, a juice machine, fresh milk from famous Tanna dairy, and more! It was amazing! Dinner was also delicious, changing every night with selections such as broiled fish set, fried chicken set, steak set, all were seasoned well and perfectly cooked. All came with soup, rice, main entree and dessert. The staff were welcoming, kind and caring, friendly. The manager even sent me a special note about a piece of art I was curious about. Highly, highly recommend this Ryokan. I never wanted to leave. It's just outside of Atami, in the hills, beautiful location. Go, relax, nurture yourself, I did 😊🥰"

"It is a 10-minute walk to get there. You will need to use the stairs if you are coming from Atami Station. The room is very traditional Japanese. I had some Japanese Sake (Izu Sake) for free. You can get free beer, tea and coffee. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He helped us wash laundry for free. He also gave us a lift back to Atami Station. I was able to relax in the public bath and have some private time twice. There was a projector that allowed you to watch YouTube and Netflix. I would like to come again."

"The room was actually quite spacious, bright, and comfortable, with clean beds and a fantastic full ocean view. However, the facilities were a bit dated. Also, probably due to staff shortages, the hotel offered guests staying multiple nights a 2000 JPY credit per night if they opted out of housekeeping, which could be used at the hotel's outlets. The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find. Arriving at night, the navigation led us through small alleyways and stone steps. Carrying luggage up those steps was quite a struggle 😰, and after descending the stone steps, we still had to climb a slope… 😂. I'd recommend taking a taxi if you're arriving late! Overall, this hotel was very comfortable, and it was a pleasant end to our in-depth trip."

"The hotel's facilities are really great. I chose a huge tatami room all to myself, though people from my country might not be used to sleeping on tatami. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but thankfully there's a door, and closing it helped a lot. Both the room and the restaurant face the sea and the harbor, so the view is absolutely unparalleled. As for the location, it's a bit on the outskirts with no commercial areas nearby; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach dining and shopping spots. All hotel guests receive a complimentary hot spring ticket. Their hot spring also faces the sea. The infinity hot spring pool is definitely the biggest highlight! The entire hot spring area is very modern and beautifully designed. However, it's spread across 7 floors, and you have to undress upstairs and downstairs, with shoe storage and showering not in the same area, which makes the process a bit confusing and overwhelming."

"The hotel offers an excellent selection of food for both dinner and breakfast. The dining area is spacious and can comfortably accommodate many guests. However, the overall facilities, including the rooms, feel a bit dated. The exception is the large onsen and sauna complex in the basement, which I enjoyed the most."

"Not the most convenient location to the JR station, but there is a shuttle, which is good. A relax 10 mins walk from the hotel to the seaside. The hotel buffet is fair, but the environment is nice and comfortable. We hv 3 ppl, the room is big and super comfortable"

"The best hotel in Atami! On the day of check-in and check-out, you get one free taxi ride to the station – just tell the driver your destination and you can hop off without paying. The rooms are spacious and come with a private hot spring tub, and the minibar is complimentary. The public onsen also offers free drinks. Dinner is included in the room rate, but I'd recommend skipping it since Atami has plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast is very international and suitable for Chinese tastes. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Atami!"

"This hotel is really close to the station, easily walkable. I wasn't expecting much, just needed a simple overnight stay for the Atami Fireworks Festival, but I was pleasantly surprised! The environment here is exceptionally good, and the hotel feels very new. Plus, it includes breakfast: a coffee and a hot dog or sandwich. The room was listed as 19 square meters, but we could easily open our 28-inch suitcase flat, as the layout is compact and well-designed."

"Service: The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, and the staff were very patient and friendly. Facilities: This is an older, established hotel, and the facilities feel even older than my parents, but they are very clean and functional. The hot springs felt just okay, mainly because the environment and facilities are quite dated, and the indoor bathhouse was a bit stuffy. The buffet, surprisingly, was excellent! The hotel is very close to the sea, but the sea view from the room doesn't give you that 'right on the beach' feeling of endless ocean. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the station. You need to queue up next to the front desk, and it's essential to go early as there are usually quite a few people waiting. Environment: The corner view from the buffet restaurant is beautiful; I recommend going for your meal early. Enjoy the scenery of Atami town while eating when it's less crowded. The hotel isn't far from where the fireworks festival is held, and there's a kimono rental shop about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. However, you can also pick up yukata for free downstairs at the hotel itself."

"Great place to stay and relax! Pros. Have a lot of free services and amenities e.g. free shuttle bus from JR Atami station, Comic room, Free boardgame to use. The best thing of this hotel is food meal! They serve all you can eat snack& drink alcohol served for free at 15-18pm. The buffet both dinner and breakfast are very superb. The dinner is all you can eat BBQ seafood (abalone, crab, shells, shrimp) that you can ask for abalone unlimited, lisewise the breakfast is all you can eat BBQ fish (Kinmedai,Saba, Ham&Sausage) with salad. I do recommend this hotel if you want to have great seafood meal with alcohol. Cons. Very small onsen"
