Breakfast at the Cristallo is a varied buffet. The bar is elegant and serves drinks and snacks. The staff are friendly and multi-lingual, and there are free internet terminals in the lobby. Using public transport you can easily reach the Cathedral, the Sforzesco Castle, and Santa Maria delle Grazie Church with Leonardo da Vinci's frescoes.
"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double."

"We stayed in Milan for a total of 5 days and 4 nights. **Facilities:** Although the hotel was built in 2021, its facilities and equipment are well-maintained and look very new. **Cleanliness:** The housekeeping service was excellent, with timely cleaning provided. **Environment:** The environment was very tidy, and the location was superb, very close to Chinatown. "I had a great stay at EcoHotel, the staff were so friendly when I arrived. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pillows were particularly good, the room on the ground floor was quiet and I had a great nights sleep. The aircon worked well and wasnt too loud. Good pressure and hot water in the shower and lovely scented soap and shower gel. The locartion was easy to get to being near the metro stop, and I got into Duomo very quickly in the morning. Check in and out was super easy. I didnt try the food or the bar. Cant fault it at all for the price I paid."

"Beyond its location, this place has nothing going for it. The room was tiny, and the old guy at the front desk, who looked Chinese, couldn't speak Mandarin. The window handle was missing, and the toilet seat creaked so much I was worried it would break. As we were leaving, I saw a blue card on the table with drink prices listed on the back. I wasn't sure if it was for the mini-fridge downstairs. We had two drinks that night. The next day at checkout, the front desk mumbled something I couldn't understand. I just asked, 'OK? We go now?' She replied 'OK,' so we left..."

"Opting for a room with a balcony was definitely the right choice! All my requests made during booking were met, and I was given a room with a fantastic view. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a shower – very comfortable. The location is super convenient, with a metro entrance right outside the hotel. This particular station is also less crowded and very clean. It's incredibly easy to get to the Duomo area and surroundings; in fact, it was so convenient that I ended up taking the metro back to the hotel after shopping. For dining, there's an Ole supermarket nearby, though it's a bit of a walk. If you don't mind walking, it's a great option. Along the way, you'll find plenty of restaurants that are authentic and reasonably priced."

"The family room was clean and spacious, and the service was attentive and friendly. The breakfast quality was excellent. The only issue was the discrepancy between the breakfast price listed on Trip.com and the actual charge at the hotel. Trip.com stated 20 Euros, while the front desk charged 25 Euros per adult and 8 Euros per child. The location is fantastic, right in the city center next to the central station, making transportation very convenient. Employee Aklu made superb coffee and provided excellent service!"

"The location is excellent, right across from Milan Central Station in an apartment building. The bus stop for Milan Malpensa Airport is right outside. There's a Sichuan restaurant in the building's retail space. To get to the hotel, you go through the iron gate next door into the lobby. Follow the hotel signs, take the old-fashioned elevator on the left to the second floor, and you'll find the front desk. There's a Chinese-speaking host available, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered in the lounge, which is very convenient, cozy, and comfortable. Our family room had two beds, was clean and tidy, and both the bathroom and room were spacious. There was a kettle in the room. Be careful when showering, as the splash guard isn't tall enough, so water can spill out of the shower area. Watch out for slipping."

"I wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. There’s a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they don’t stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when they’ve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so it’s best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time "

"The staff are friendly and always have a smile whenever they see guests. The location is not in the city centre—it’s about 30 minutes away—but there is a metro station just a 3-minute walk away, and there are several bus stops nearby. There’s also a supermarket just 2 minutes away on foot. As for cleanliness, it is not very good—just average. There are water stains on the tap, which may be difficult to remove, but as a 4-star hotel, they should make more effort to address this. Regarding amenities, no bottled water was provided—only a kettle for boiling water. As this is a 4-star hotel, I believe bottled water should be offered."

"The room was incredibly spacious, the biggest I stayed in throughout Italy, offering great value for money. It's conveniently located about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station, nestled within an apartment complex, which felt very safe. The cars parked in this area were all quite high-end, and interestingly, the Taipei Representative Office in Milan is also on the same floor."
