"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!"

"The front desk service was very fast but not particularly friendly. Overall, interacting with the breakfast staff was pleasant. The hotel is super convenient if you have a concert/event at the Forum, as it's just a pedestrian bridge away. In the room, I found it unpleasant that the bathroom lacked a ventilation system, and while the sheets were clean, they weren't comfortable, nor were the very hard pillows. Another flaw is that the rooms in general are not very soundproof. It's a business hotel, so I didn't expect much more, but considering the price I paid..."

"The room was clean and tidy. It's less than 200 meters from Milan Central Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was cleaned around 9:00 AM, which was very prompt. Breakfast was quite ample and tasted good too."

"First, the location: It looks close to the exhibition hall on the map, but the walk isn't very straightforward, a bit circuitous. Parking: There's a charge for parking, but you can find free spots on the street outside if you're lucky. Room: The room is quite spacious, with a very large bed and a small balcony, which is excellent! You can see snow-capped mountains, watch the sunset, and even hang clothes to dry. Unlike most hotels with dim lighting, this hotel's room has plenty of lights; it's the brightest hotel I've ever stayed in, which is fantastic. There's a bathtub for soaking, but both the tub and sink drains were broken. I'd suggest they improve their maintenance. Downside: No kettle."

"I stayed at the Scarlatti Hotel Milano and was very satisfied. The rooms are modern, very new, and particularly spacious. I especially appreciated the large shower and the very comfortable bed, which made the stay very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, with no waiting time. Another great advantage is the location: the hotel is in a very convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the station, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. An excellent experience in every aspect. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and efficient service in Milan."

"The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the central station, though it's a 40-minute drive from the international airport. The room was very spacious and bright, with complete amenities and fresh linens, though the bath towels were a bit worn. There was a coffee maker but no drinking water. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, which is a bit late for travelers catching an early flight. The restaurant food was good, with generous portions, and both the beer and service were satisfactory."

"The transportation is incredibly inconvenient. The day I had to go to the airport was a Sunday, and I ended up having to pay a fortune for an Uber just to get back to the city center from the hotel, so I could have reliable and stable transport to the airport. If you choose to go directly from the hotel to the airport on a Sunday, an Uber will cost at least 100 Euros."

"I wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. There’s a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they don’t stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when they’ve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so it’s best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time "

"I wasn't satisfied. I only stayed in Milan for one night and booked a hotel near the train station to catch my train, but I didn't get a good night's rest. Location: The location is good, very close to Milan Central Station. It's just two stops on Metro Line 2 to Loreto station. However, if you have large luggage, be prepared. Loreto metro station is very large, and the accessibility is terrible; many exits don't have elevators, or the elevators are broken! The closest metro exit to the hotel also has no elevator. My suitcase was too big, and eventually, a kind passerby helped me carry it. Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, but I have to complain about the automatic sensor facilities in the room. The lights in the room are motion-activated. If you stay in the bathroom for too long, the lights turn off. The worst experience was that the sensor light in the room's entrance hall would suddenly turn on by itself in the middle of the night, flickering and making a ticking sound, which was very frightening. I got up several times in the middle of the night to check but couldn't figure out what was triggering the lights. I didn't sleep well all night. Breakfast: Do NOT buy their hotel breakfast!!! This was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. All the food is pre-made, and it's really hard to find such terrible bread in Italy... When I woke up, it seemed like some insects had bitten my hand; my knuckles were red and swollen. Note that the mini-bar is not free."

"We stayed here 3+1 nights the previous week, great location, they were kind to let us check in early (3nights session). Few minutes walking to Centrale and super market (close at 0900 PM), very easy to commute. Be recommended that the maid could come and clean your room anytime on the check out date, in case you are away. We wend out for coffee and local market in the morning, back to hotel before checkout time (0930 am approx), door was open while the maid was cleaning the room (she didn’t speak English nor we don’t speak Italian too) Informed the front during our check out, but seems it’s nothing for them (we don’t take it serious since our bags were all packed and locked before hand) Please do whatever necessary if you want to go out in the morning before checkout out"
