"Nanning Hotel is right near Nanning Station, within walking distance to the bustling Chaoyang Square. We took a taxi from the airport, but I noticed there was plenty of parking, so next time we could drive ourselves. The room was spacious enough. Although the hotel is a bit old, they've added smart controls which are very convenient. The breakfast was incredibly impressive and diverse, offering almost all of Guangxi's specialty dishes. The staff were very friendly. For less than 300 yuan in the off-season, including breakfast, it was an amazing value!"

"Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying and offered excellent value for money – definitely a big thumbs up! First off, the hotel's location is superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and right next to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. For tourists, this is a huge relief. While the hotel's facilities show some signs of age, with a slightly dated decor, and the carpets and furniture appearing a bit worn, everything was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, so it didn't impact our rest at all. What really stood out was the hotel's service, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They proactively asked about our check-in time and room preferences, arranging rooms on the same floor for us even before we arrived. The swimming pool was also great! All in all, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"This was my first time in Nanning, and I chose the landmark hotel, Shangri-La Nanning. My stay was absolutely fantastic. As the world's tallest Shangri-La hotel, the views are expansive, with lush greenery outside the window. It completely fulfilled that 'moment' I've always craved: sitting on a sofa in a comfortably air-conditioned space, sipping coffee, and enjoying the bright sunshine and beautiful scenery of green mountains and clear waters outside the window. The lobby is on the 68th floor, decorated with Zhuang cultural elements – it's distinctive yet grand, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Nanning. The reception staff were warm and polite, check-in was efficient, and the service was incredibly attentive and thorough, especially the butler service, which was responsive, thoughtful, and very enthusiastic. The room itself was also great; I particularly loved the bed, and the bedding felt wonderful. The bathroom fixtures were from a 200-year-old German brand, and the quality was excellent. Breakfast was good too; I had small portions of Luosifen, Guilin rice noodles, and Laoyoufen. The gym is on the 71st floor, also with expansive views, and the equipment brands are good and comprehensive. I enjoyed sleeping in, having a good breakfast, working out, and then heading across the street for a peak-avoidance meal at Gan Jia Jie – so comfortable! It was a perfect start to the National Day holiday! I even canceled other hotel reservations to stay here again on the last day of my trip. I plan to request a room with a different orientation to enjoy the views of Qingxiu Mountain, ensuring a perfect end to my vacation. Finally, a big shout-out to the butlers Zoey, Wynn, Maddy, Eva, and Rose – thank you for your professional, attentive, and proactive service! Their personal touch truly elevated the experience."

"The front desk service was alright. The soundproof door in the room was very well designed, making it extremely quiet, which I really appreciated. The temperature was also comfortable. However, in the past few days, I've woken up with over a dozen red bites on my body, mostly on my thighs and ankles. They were itchy in the morning, but even more unbearable after being exposed to the sun outside. It's highly likely they were flea or scabies bites. Even after asking for a change of bedding, it didn't help, and I kept getting more bites. It must be an issue with the mattress; they should at least do a steam pest control. My friend in another room didn't have any problems though. The cleaning lady was also good; she proactively called to ask when it would be convenient to clean, and she replenished the mineral water with four bottles at a time."

"The hotel environment is excellent, and my overall stay was fantastic. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The views from floors 30-33 are expansive, and the night scenery is captivating. The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It's very close to Nanning East Station, the subway, and the airport shuttle bus. The self-service breakfast restaurant, laundry machines, dryer, and iron are all readily available. I'm very satisfied with my stay."

"I chose a hotel near Nanning East Station, and it was a quick six or seven-minute taxi ride. There are several residential areas nearby, with convenient small restaurants, convenience stores, and fruit shops. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents and wasn't comfortable letting them stay in a separate room, I opted for a room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was quite spacious and very comfortable for sleeping. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a non-slip mat in the bathroom, which had a great wet and dry separation. The soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent, and the air conditioning was quiet. It's really important to find a place where my parents can get a deep sleep when we travel. There's also a laundry room on the sixth floor, which is very convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money."

The hotel service was remarkably attentive and meticulous. They even decorated our room with a romantic ambiance for Qixi, making it neat and cozy. Manager Allen was gentle and enthusiastic, handling our check-in efficiently and quickly. His attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay made us feel incredibly welcome. In our free time, we visited the hotel's glass-domed heated swimming pool. The transparent space felt like swimming under the stars – a truly therapeutic and romantic experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the MixC shopping mall, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. Overall, the experience was impeccable – a high-end environment, attentive service, and superb views made this Qixi Festival feel incredibly special. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next date or vacation!"
