"We arrived at the hotel a little after 1 AM. It opened in 2014, and you could immediately feel its age upon entering the lobby. However, its biggest advantage is its proximity to the train station – just a 100-meter turn to the left. Arriving in the early hours, we dropped off our luggage and grabbed a shared e-bike right outside. We were at Xiguan Night Market in literally 2 minutes – super convenient! We booked a room without breakfast and tried to see if we could get an upgrade to include it. The front desk staff firmly but politely said no, but they did upgrade our room type, which was a small consolation amidst the slight disappointment. We had an 8 AM train the next day, so we were really just looking for a transitional stay. I must praise the bathroom in our room; it was clearly recently renovated. Although the restroom on the ground floor lobby had a strong odor, our room's bathroom was perfectly fine. The shower had great water pressure, and a hot shower was incredibly refreshing, instantly washing away the day's fatigue. I wasn't initially planning to write a review, but the hotel called me to ask if I was satisfied and if I'd be willing to write an honest review if I was. I have to say, if they had upgraded us to include two breakfasts, my experience would have been absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, they didn't have the authority. I think sometimes fulfilling small requests can really boost goodwill with guests, but they were just sticking to the rules, so I can only give an objective review."

"This was my first time bringing my kids to Nanning, and after comparing several hotels, choosing the Youyi Hotel was definitely the right decision. 1. Hotel Facilities: As soon as we walked in, we were amazed by the starry sky design in the atrium – it created such a wonderful ambiance. What excited my two kids the most was the smart robot in the lobby; they couldn't stop watching it, it really captivated them! The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. 2. Dining and Surroundings: The hotel's buffet breakfast was rich and delicious, and the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is excellent, right near Wuxiang City Station on Metro Line 1, within walking distance, making travel very convenient. Next door is the MixC commercial area, with all sorts of dining options available. 3. Service Details: Although self-parking was a bit inconvenient, the hotel thoughtfully provided valet parking service! The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, perfectly solving the parking issue. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, highly suitable for families with children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Nanning!"

"Nanning must be incredibly humid, because the room had a very strong, pungent smell of damp and mold. After being in there for a short while, my throat started to feel uncomfortable. I even had to sleep with a mask on all night. The bed was also very hard, and surprisingly, the pillow was made of cotton! On the plus side, the air conditioning was excellent; it was practically silent even on the lowest setting. The service was also great. Any requests were handled promptly, and they quickly noticed an item I'd left behind and helped courier it back to me."

The bed is very soft and comfortable for sleeping, the room itself is spacious enough, and there's good natural light. Hygiene: The bathroom is quite clean. Environment: Okay, it's very close to Nanning Station, just across the road, which is super convenient for me when catching a train. Service: The front desk is staffed 24/7, which is very convenient. Value for money: The value for money is exceptional. It only costs around a hundred yuan for one night, which is really friendly for travelers like me who arrive late by plane and can't go home, needing to depart early by high-speed train the next day."

The bathroom tiles were non-slip and secure, and the hotel offered a good range of convenient facilities. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The elevator was spacious, not cramped, and the room layout was neat and didn't feel claustrophobic. The bathroom floor was dry with no standing water, and all the essential amenities were readily available. If I needed extra toiletries or drinking water, a quick call to the front desk would have them delivered. This ensured a comfortable experience for both travel and relaxation. There were also charging outlets conveniently located by the bed, which was great for charging devices while lying down at night. I could store large luggage for free, and the staff thoroughly explained how to use the in-room equipment. The room was dry and clean, and there was a continuous supply of hot water. I could even heat up my own food directly in the microwave. "

Upon check-in, we encountered a minor issue with our room. After contacting the front desk, a staff member promptly came up and resolved it perfectly. They even thoughtfully offered complimentary welcome fruit as an apology. The service recovery was impeccable, and we were thoroughly impressed. Objectively, the room decor is a bit dated, and the facilities show their age – that's probably the only drawback. However, the cleanliness and maintenance are well done. Considering the prime location and excellent service, it's a reliable choice for families traveling with children."
