3-Star Hotels in Chatan

I was in Okinawa to visit family. Gone House was very convenient for me and had everything I needed for a one week stay. I enjoyed the many plants and Shisas everywhere outside. Will be happy to stay again the next time I visit.

You could just take as many amenities as you needed from the front desk! They will replace water and towels every day if you request them. Staff are available 24 hours a day. The bathroom was a little small and there was no chair, which was a bit of an issue. The area is very humid, so in the summer the dehumidifier quickly fills with water and makes a loud noise when it needs to be replaced. Lol

Highly recommend this hotel! The room has everything you need: a fridge, kettle, and stove, plus a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our trip. The room also has air conditioning and ventilation, which is a big plus. It's very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We recommend it!

The location is great, very close to American Village. It's an apartment-style residence. The room is spacious and has a kitchen, which is a big plus. However, the washing machine produces some lint; clothes come out with lint. Check-in is self-service, so I didn't see any staff. The pillows aren't very comfortable. Each person is provided with a towel and toothbrush. The bathroom has full bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

There were five of us in total—my 5-year-old child, my husband and I, and my in-laws—and everyone really loved it. First of all, it is located next to American Village, and parking was convenient. There were five of us in total. (Right next to the accommodation is a convenience store and a steakhouse... and even a McDonald's across the street... haha) I was a little worried based on the photos alone... but out of the three accommodations, this one had the best condition. It was spacious and comfortable... and there were plenty of amenities and various items... There were bedding for all five tatami mats and two single beds, so we had plenty to use. There were more towels than the number of guests, so we used them without running out. At the other accommodation's tatami room... I got bitten by bugs... but there were no bugs here... Most importantly, there is a wooden bathtub (?) where you can soak... and the scent was so good that everyone used it morning and evening. It was noisy at night because of the bikers (?), but since I was exhausted from traveling and fell fast asleep, I didn't even hear the noise. My husband said he woke up in the morning, went for a quick run past American Village toward the beach, and had a cup of coffee. I checked in via tablet, and it supported Korean, and I only needed a passport photo. Check-in was simple; I just scanned my card. I stayed here on my first day, but I found myself comparing it to this place right up until my last day. If I travel to Okinawa again, I think it would be fine to stay here for at least two days, considering the itinerary. It was a really pleasant place to stay.

Staying at this beachfront hotel was a great experience. The location is super convenient, with beautiful ocean views right outside. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing vacation in Okinawa. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would consider booking here again on my next trip to Okinawa!

Thanks for their help in bring up 2 heavy suitcases for old couples like us. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious. Close to bus stop for buses from Naha , to Aquarium and mega Aeon Mall. A number of restaurants (not as touristy as those in the American Village) near by. At a distance, yet not too far, from the busy American Village.

To sum it up, this was a great hotel for those looking for a long-term stay with good value for money. 🛏️ Room Impression Twin beds plus a sofa. Best stay all around!! I got to walk to all my favorite places and have great parking. The room was beautiful and clean, and looks quite immaculate. The staff was super friendly and very thoroughly professional. I loved every minute of my time there. I'm excited to book the place again next time I go to Okinawa.

I chose this place specifically for its oceanfront location. It's in an area with a lot of international visitors. While the facilities aren't the newest and the room is small, it has everything you need and is quite convenient. Good value for money. They offer laundry and drying facilities, free parking, and it's not far from American Village. The front desk service is also very accommodating. If you enjoy running, taking a jog on the seawall at sunset is absolutely breathtaking. At night, you can easily head down to the beach to listen to the waves and stargaze. Definitely recommended.
