This hotel is excellent! Especially the front desk staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly warm and welcoming, which really made me happy. The room was very bright and dry, and the lighting setup was great. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Changchun. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! The hotel's location is superb, very close to both the high-speed train station and the commercial district, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk lady was extremely welcoming, handled check-in quickly, and even thoughtfully upgraded our room type. Breakfast offered a rich variety, tasted great, and was plentiful. Overall, the service was very attentive and it was excellent value for money.

Excellent location, spacious and clean rooms with simple yet elegant decor. The service is warm and attentive; they even give out handmade fans. In the lobby, there's complimentary homemade flower tea. The staff is always accommodating, and the breakfast is diverse and unique. This hotel offers incredible value for money.

This hotel has a lot of front desk staff who are very friendly and responsible, and check-in was quick. Breakfast is on the second floor, and the chef who makes freshly cooked wontons and noodles is excellent. However, during breakfast, I saw a restaurant staff member clearing tables who, without waiting for the guests to leave, dumped unfinished food from a guest's table into the trash. She then proceeded to another table, seemingly blindly like a robot, to clear more food, which caused great dissatisfaction among guests. When confronted, her attitude towards the guests was extremely poor. She even cleared guests' plates while they were still eating, which is incredibly impolite. I hope the hotel can provide systematic training to this staff member on etiquette, manners, and customer service.
