Changchun Longfu International Hotel

This is my go-to choice for business trips. It's clean, quiet, and convenient for both work and getting around. The amenities are comprehensive, and the internet speed is stable. A perfect stay for business travel.

Miss Chang Xinyue at the front desk provided exceptional service, promptly resolving any issues we had. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every evening. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is clean and bright, and the lobby is dazzlingly beautiful as soon as you step in. Zhao Qianyun at the front desk processed our check-in very quickly and efficiently. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful; no matter where you went, the hotel staff always had a smile on their face. When we needed service at night, the front desk responded promptly and resolved the issue immediately.

The hotel is grand and impressive, though a bit far from the city center. The front desk lady was very nice. The room was super spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and the bed was comfortable. However, there were some neglected spots when it came to cleanliness (see photos), but overall, the experience was still good. The main issues were with the bathhouse: the attendant responsible for shoes was sluggish and took ages to retrieve mine. After my bath, I ordered lunch, which was very reasonably priced, but the dumplings arrived cold. All the good reputation the hotel had built was unfortunately ruined by the bathhouse and dining service.

The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and I'm very satisfied. The soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. However, the service needs improvement. In such a competitive hotel industry, positive reviews aren't earned by simply sitting around. For a hotel of this size, management needs to step up its game.

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!
