Our stay at Shejing Homestay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. A special thank you to the boss as well, whose care and dedication can be seen in every detail of the homestay. It is clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every morning, I woke up in awe of the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. some of my favorite memories will be the heavenly scent of lavender drifting outside our room, the sound of the river and the beautiful sunset. The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery felt like a dream. As our stay comes to an end, I feel genuinely sad to leave. It feels like I've left a piece of my heart here. The warmth of the people, the beauty of the place, and the unforgettable memories we've made will stay with us for a long time. Thank you to the boss and the entire team for making our stay so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shejing Homestay to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to return again one day.

A hotel worthy of a dedicated review, a must-stay in Nalati! 1. Extremely close to the scenic area entrance, a 6-minute drive. 2. Parking is available right in front of the hotel. 3. Breakfast is provided, and the food is delicious—freshly cooked dishes and made pancakes—a very satisfying meal. 4. The courtyard is beautifully decorated (see pictures). After leaving the scenic area in the evening, sitting in the courtyard, browsing your phone, and enjoying the breeze is a great way to relax after a long journey. 5. Meals can be delivered directly; they have everything you need for food and drinks. 6. Surprisingly, there's even a washing machine in the room—a huge plus!

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

A group of us went to Nalati and found this hotel. It was really nice. As soon as we entered the yard, we felt it was clean and tidy. There were flowers and vegetables grown by the owner himself. The room was also very bright and very clean. In the afternoon, the owner personally prepared afternoon tea for us. In the evening, we were hungry and ordered a few dishes of his stir-fried dishes. The taste was also very good and authentic. Overall, I felt that it was good value for money. I strongly recommend this restaurant. Next time I come with friends, I will stay here again 😁😁😁

The location is very good, on the side of the national road, parking space is large, a few minutes drive from the west gate of Nalati Scenic Area. The traffic jam in the east gate of Nalati Scenic Area is serious, and it is much more convenient to play near the west gate. After the boss saw that the reservation was quiet, he also contacted in advance to inform that the special room was outside the courtyard for eating and close to the street, and there might be noise. After the actual stay, it was okay. On the one hand, the double-glazed soundproofing was good, and on the other hand, he brought his own earplugs. The room is spacious and the curtains have a good shading effect. If there is one more chair, it will be more convenient to put things. From the homestay, you can look at the Nalati Valley grassland across the Gongnaisi River. The scenery is very beautiful. I met several tourists who took travel photographs.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness. I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious. Areas for improvement: The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

I had such a wonderful stay here and truly want to thank all of the staff for making my trip so special. First of all, the hospitality was beyond amazing. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I was honestly a little nervous at first. However, every staff member tried their best to help and welcome me warmly, which touched me deeply. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Yi. She was the only person who could communicate with me fluently in English, and she helped me with absolutely everything during my stay. Because of her kindness, I never once felt uncomfortable or isolated here despite the language barrier. I would honestly give her 10000/100! The accommodation itself was also excellent. The room was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly every night. Another thing I loved was the variety of activities offered here. Everything was amazing , horseback riding, delicious hot pot meals, and even professional photography sessions. It was my first time riding a horse, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning, but the staff took such good care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the culture here. It felt so warm and heartfelt. I truly love your culture. At night, there was a campfire gathering where local staff sang songs and danced together. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience for me. In conclusion, if I ever visit Xinjiang again, I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so much to every staff member for your hard work and kindness. Had a very pleasant stay here. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and communicative. We booked 3 rooms, and the staff thoughtfully contacted us beforehand to ask whether we preferred the rooms to be near each other or to have better views even if the rooms were further apart. Really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive to the entrance of 那拉提景区, which is very convenient. A lovely touch was that they prepared goodie bags with mineral water and lotion for us when they saw us heading into the scenic area, and also on the day we checked out. They also introduced us to local horse riding guides for a one-hour ride into the woods. It was a very different experience compared to the horse riding activities inside the scenic area, as this one brought us deeper into the forest and felt much more authentic and peaceful. Breakfast was decent. The stay also has its own halal restaurant, which was very convenient when we were too tired or lazy to drive into town for food. Overall, a comfortable and thoughtful stay with warm hospitality.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

At first, I was worried about the health of the homestay. I didn't expect the owner of this homestay to be very careful, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The small yard is very beautiful. Although the breakfast is not as rich as the hotel buffet, it is very comfortable and clean. I think this is the most important thing. Sometimes it is not comfortable to eat at the hotel. The breakfast boss fried dishes are delicious, the steamed buns and Hanamaki are also delicious, we live very comfortable and eat very comfortable. thank you very much.
