This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Nalat National Scenic Area, just a five-minute drive away! The surroundings are beautiful, and from the window, you can enjoy views of the grasslands within Nalat. The room decor and cleanliness are both exceptional and very distinctive. The service is warm, professional, and friendly!

Absolutely amazing!!!! It's perfect for a vacation. This time, I could only book one night because it was peak season, but next time during the off-season, I definitely want to stay for several days!

Choosing to stay at the Indigo Narati for our honeymoon was an excellent decision – the overall experience exceeded our expectations and deserves a perfect score! The hotel beautifully blends Kazakh nomadic flair with a sophisticated and elegant design. The guest rooms feature high-quality materials and thoughtful, cozy arrangements, showing meticulous attention to detail everywhere. Our stay was fantastic, and the hotel thoughtfully provided fresh fruit, local snacks, and authentic yogurt, which was a very kind gesture. I especially want to commend LAXIN, one of the staff members. After learning it was our honeymoon, she went above and beyond to make us feel special, even surprising us with a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate. What a wonderful surprise! The floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony in our room offered direct views of the snow-capped mountains and grasslands. The bedding, toiletries, and other amenities were all top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. The breakfast selection was extensive, with delicious and authentic Xinjiang specialties. Both the facilities and service were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We felt so lucky to have stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Yili!

Here are a few things I was really happy with: 1. They upgraded our room for free. 2. Since there were three of us and we needed an extra bed, they confirmed our needs and the price with me beforehand. Everything was set up and ready for us to check in when we arrived. They even added me on WeChat in advance. 3. I booked a horse photography session. Although there was a slight communication hiccup during the process, it was resolved very quickly. Plus, the horses at Indigo look much more spirited than the ones out on the prairie. 4. While I wasn't entirely satisfied with the final photos from the travel shoot, having this value-added service option is still great for those who need it. Overall, this was a good experience. Having such a luxury glamping hotel option in Narat is a nice addition.

The best accommodation on this Xinjiang trip, I'd come back just for this hotel! Our butler, Ayxaa, is even more beautiful than Dilraba! She added me on WeChat a day in advance, upgraded our room, and even gave us an extra dinner. She was incredibly quick to respond to all my requests. Room views were superb, and the restaurant food was abundant. We arrived at 9 PM, checked in, and went straight for dinner. By the time we finished eating, all our luggage had already been delivered and neatly arranged in our room. A big thank you to the handsome staff! The check-in staff were also very enthusiastic. Oh, I forgot to ask for their name! Overall, it's a hotel I'm extremely satisfied with. I wouldn't mind if the room rate increased a little, as long as it included attraction tickets – that would make it even more perfect! 😍

The hotel was great, and the service was excellent. The views were also beautiful. We had all three meals at the hotel, and the desserts were especially delicious. Alin was incredibly responsible and attentive; she was always quick to help with any requests. We'll definitely be back!

Room Amenities: Excellent! All the decor is meticulously chosen, from the fixtures to the soft furnishings, everything is top-notch. It has a distinctive local feel, and since the hotel is newly opened, all the equipment is very modern. Value for Money: Considering its location in a scenic area and during a holiday period, it's hard to find anything better. Especially after staying at an AC by Marriott, which was either more expensive or similarly priced, this Indigo really blows them out of the water. Breakfast: Delicious and very diverse, with many local specialties. They even had hearty dishes like hand-shredded lamb ribs, packed with protein! Location & Transport: It's very close to the scenic area, and there are charging stations right downstairs at the hotel, which is super convenient. Service: Everyone was wonderful. The front desk lady even thoughtfully upgraded my room type. I'm so pleased!

The hotel facilities are top-notch, and I really love the room's decor. Breakfast is also very generous. The scenic view rooms, restaurant, and gym all directly overlook the Nalat Grassland and snow-capped mountains, which is fantastic. My only suggestion would be for the service to improve a bit more.

The Naraty Green Hair Indigo hotel has a very distinctive style, with a clean and elegant environment. Its location is convenient, and the service from Laxin was thoughtful and attentive. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant.
