I didn't book this room originally, but later changed it to do laundry. Yes, this room has a washing machine, but the boss only allows a quick wash of 15 minutes 🤣🤣. I asked for a 30-minute wash, but was rejected! Never mind, when it was time to dry the clothes, other guests had already occupied all the available hangers (there were only 3 coat racks and only one regular clothes rack). I wanted to negotiate for sharing, but was also rejected by the guests. It's really frustrating. I hope the B&B understands what it means to put guests first. Clothes racks are not valuable items and can be folded and stored when not in use. It would be very awkward for guests to fight over the clothesline or even share the same clothesline. I hope the B&B can consider the guests more. When I was washing clothes that day, I was careless and forgot to clean the bag, resulting in paper scraps all over the floor. I was very sorry. The owner of the B&B was very nice and helped to clean up. The breakfast was also delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep.

It is clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every morning, I woke up in awe of the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. some of my favorite memories will be the heavenly scent of lavender drifting outside our room, the sound of the river and the beautiful sunset. The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery felt like a dream. As our stay comes to an end, I feel genuinely sad to leave. It feels like I've left a piece of my heart here. The warmth of the people, the beauty of the place, and the unforgettable memories we've made will stay with us for a long time. Thank you to the boss and the entire team for making our stay so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shejing Homestay to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to return again one day.

I traveled with my parents and child, and choosing this guesthouse in Nalati was definitely a great decision! Last night, we had the 'big plate chicken' at the owner's place, and today we had chicken soup, both made with their own free-range chickens. The meat was absolutely delicious. The soundproofing is excellent, and the natural light is fantastic, ensuring a peaceful rest. What truly stands out is how incredibly thoughtful the owner is. He proactively helped us with our luggage and recommended some beautiful, less crowded spots for our family to visit. Staying here truly feels like being at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nalati.

After check-in, they delivered our bags to the room and promptly brought a beautifully prepared afternoon tea, making us feel truly at home. The room's decor was warm and cozy. We had just gotten caught in the rain in Nalati in the afternoon, so the shoe dryer in the room was an absolute lifesaver – truly a thoughtful touch! The fairytale-like courtyard made us want to take countless photos of the scenery. The backyard faced the river, offering stunning views of the grasslands. The next morning, breakfast was a delightful nine-compartment platter of nutritious and delicious food. With such an environment and service, it was hard to leave. When we departed, the same gentlemen helped with our luggage and reminded us not to forget anything. I highly recommend this guesthouse, straight out of a fairytale! Next time I visit Nalati, I'm definitely staying here. It offers excellent value for money! I especially loved the well-behaved and friendly pets at the guesthouse. I also noticed they have family rooms, which I'm sure children would adore.

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

There are many B&Bs near the Narati scenic area, and this one is ranked first, so it naturally has its unique qualities. The hotel's design and rooms are exceptional, with a distinctive style. The rooms also have an exotic feel. My favorite feature was the large bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, a soak completely melted away my fatigue. The hotel uses Acqua di Parma toiletries and provided complimentary fruits, snacks, and soft drinks. In the evening, there was a bonfire party with free-flowing beer, lamb skewers, singing, dancing, and even fireworks. I highly recommend this hotel. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift of nuts.

A group of us went to Nalati and found this hotel. It was really nice. As soon as we entered the yard, we felt it was clean and tidy. There were flowers and vegetables grown by the owner himself. The room was also very bright and very clean. In the afternoon, the owner personally prepared afternoon tea for us. In the evening, we were hungry and ordered a few dishes of his stir-fried dishes. The taste was also very good and authentic. Overall, I felt that it was good value for money. I strongly recommend this restaurant. Next time I come with friends, I will stay here again 😁😁😁

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness. I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious. Areas for improvement: The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

The facilities are comprehensive and all very new. The service is warm and prompt; they provide free hot water and winter essentials, and are always ready to help with any request. The room's large floor-to-ceiling window directly faces a snowy landscape, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beautiful scene of snow falling on the grassland right from your bed.

Half a month trip to Xinjiang, the most satisfying stay! The hotel is at the entrance of the scenic spot, the environment is very good, surrounded by woods. We all like the architectural style very much, the decoration of the room is also very natural, and the comfort is very high. The service was in place and there was a shuttle bus to help us bring our luggage to the door of the room, which was really friendly for us who had been playing all day. Although I don't know if I will come to Xinjiang again and come to Nalati again, I really recommend every tourist friend to stay at Linyin Hotel and I will be very satisfied!
