"A special thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk! She was incredibly welcoming, contacting us on our phones even before check-in to share important details and local weather info. Her service, and that of the entire hotel staff after we checked in, was incredibly thoughtful. All the gentlemen working there were fantastic too, helping with luggage, parking, and delivering breakfast to our room every morning. There was even a kind staff member who helped wash and dry our clothes after we went skiing, and then brought them back to our room – truly exceptional and considerate service! The hotel's meal portions were also surprisingly huge. They even offered to process and deliver any leftover ingredients to our room for dinner, free of charge. Their homemade yogurt was delicious too! It was a very enjoyable stay! The service is absolutely top-notch, and I highly recommend staying here. The snow scenery is beautiful, and I'd love to come back again to experience it in the summer!"

"The hotel is new and the room is clean. The shower and toilet are separated, which is a plus. Being on a high floor with no obstructions, we had a great view of the mountains and beautiful sunsets. Even though there were many machines in the laundry room, it was still fully occupied. The hotel's location is super close to People's Square, with a large supermarket and many restaurants nearby."

"This is absolutely a hidden gem in Narat! The 270° panoramic mountain view is stunning, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows looking right out onto the grassland and snow-capped mountains. Waking up to such a healing view is incredible. The courtyard is quiet and comfortable, the air is fresh, and it's far from the hustle and bustle.
