Environment: very convenient for eating, there are several snack bars nearby. For breakfast, I recommend the Hu La Tang restaurant, which opens early.

The sofa, stool and two tables are super convenient. The robot food delivery is also very convenient. I just forgot to take pictures. The service is also very good and the bed is very comfortable. I just hope there is a disposable toilet seat.

First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low
Summary: The appearance and lobby are four stars, the room is three stars, the supplies and breakfast are at the level of a guesthouse...

There was an incident happened during our stay. We complaint about the service of the breakfast and the inflexible, the manager and the team resolved the matter promptly. Overall, the service was great.

I slept through the night. The facilities are very complete, from high-speed Wi-Fi to various charging ports, all meet the needs. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the toiletries are of good quality, and the hot water supply is stable and sufficient. The soundproofing effect of the room is also commendable, and the noise outside does not affect my rest at all. The lobby is very large, spacious, bright and clean. The front desk service is very good. They patiently answered our questions, including the wireless network password in the room. One thing is worth mentioning. After checking in, I called the room and asked about our stay. The room was very tidy and clean. I was very satisfied with this stay.
