GGuest UserFriendly receptionists and good service. However, there are few drawbacks, very limited choices of breakfast, the room is in the basement and no windows and no bathmat available. There was an incident happened during our stay. We complaint about the service of the breakfast and the inflexible, the manager and the team resolved the matter promptly. Overall, the service was great.

First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland

The lobby is very large, spacious, bright and clean. The front desk service is very good. They patiently answered our questions, including the wireless network password in the room. One thing is worth mentioning. After checking in, I called the room and asked about our stay. The room was very tidy and clean. I was very satisfied with this stay. The facilities are average, and the soundproofing of the rooms is actually pretty good. However, perhaps due to the small number of guests, there were construction-like sounds near night. After complaints, it was improved. The hygiene is average, maybe the wind is strong, and the window glass seems to have not been wiped for a while.
