There was an incident happened during our stay. We complaint about the service of the breakfast and the inflexible, the manager and the team resolved the matter promptly. GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.

The landlady was even more welcoming, though she wasn't around often. The B&B is right by the train station, with many shops, supermarkets, and food stalls nearby, making it easy to find food.
