"This is a very memorable experience in Korla. The hotel is very new and we have specially prepared welcome fruits and raisins. And the front desk of the hotel is extremely spacious, beautiful and high-rise. And there is a laundry and drying service, all using LG equipment, very high-end. The equipment used in the gym is also Matrix, very good. And the staff is warm and really enthusiastic. In short, an unforgettable experience, highly recommended!"

"Bringing my family to Korla, choosing this hotel was such a smart decision. The overall environment is elegant, like an oasis in the desert. The courtyard and terrace are perfect for photos. The room is spacious with a well-thought-out layout, giving the kids plenty of space to move around freely. The swimming pool, children's playground, and leisure areas really added to the fun of our trip, and the staff were very patient with the little ones. It's conveniently located for getting to nearby attractions. For dining, lodging, and entertainment, especially the breakfast – you absolutely *must* try it! It's like a five-star restaurant, and the coffee, in particular, was so good, I drank a cup and didn't feel sleepy driving all day, haha. The swimming pool is also fantastic; I recommend eating breakfast, resting a bit, and then going for a swim. The kids can enjoy the heated pool. Overall, the feeling was excellent. After our trip, this hotel was definitely the most satisfying part!"

"The Korla Renaissance is definitely the best hotel in Korla! The location is excellent, right by the Peacock River, offering fantastic views. The hotel's decor is full of Western Regions Silk Road style, and the lobby is grand. The rooms are spacious and new, spotlessly clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The front desk service was warm and attentive, a special shout-out to Selina, Ruby, and Zhang Shuo. Before checking in, we toured several room types, and my friends unanimously decided to stay at the Renaissance. After check-in, they even thoughtfully gifted us Korla fragrant pears.
The stargazing pool is incredibly beautiful, and the gym is well-equipped. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including Xinjiang specialty baked buns and beef noodles. The overall experience was perfect. This is my top choice when visiting Korla! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Anonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

TianhuangguThe room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low
Summary: The appearance and lobby are four stars, the room is three stars, the supplies and breakfast are at the level of a guesthouse...

This hotel is really great! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt as comfortable as if I were back home. The room was so clean and tidy that it was amazing. Isn't it more comfortable than home? It's like living in a warm little nest. I will come again next time! For example, the king-size bed room I stayed in this time was so comfortable to sleep on! The location of the hotel is also great! There is everything around, and travel is super convenient. Isn't it just like living in the city center? I walked around and ate around here, it was so cozy, I just loved it! The service of the hotel is simply amazing! The staff are super enthusiastic and available at any time. Isn't this the standard of a five-star hotel? I once asked them to help me get something, and the speed was amazing! The hotel is very cost-effective! You can enjoy such good services and facilities for such a small amount of money. Isn't this a good deal? I think it's much more cost-effective than other hotels, just like discovering a treasure! Old FoxI enjoyed my three days at this hotel. The carpets and rooms look dated and it is time for a serious refurbishment. But the bed was large and comfortable. The internet and air conditioning worked well. The ladies at the reception desk were kind, welcoming and in good spirits. The location is literally one minute from the train station which I found very convenient. A pleasant stay, xie xie!

The lavender scent on the lapels is more healing than the aromatherapy machine
[Compared to] The same old check-in spots for Internet celebrities on the commercial street
[More love] In the morning, when you open the window, you will see the century-old Grand Bazaar awakening, white mist rising from the baked bun shop, sparks splashing in the clinking sound of the coppersmith shop, and the silver-bearded elder cuts melons for you with a smile in his wrinkles: ”It's very sweet, free.”
[Compared to] The standard welcome fruit delivered by the hotel robot
[Warmer] The raisins that the cleaning lady quietly puts in your pocket, the security uncle reminds you in stiff Chinese ”It's windy at night, so put on more clothes”, and the guy at the front desk blushes and plays the dutar folk song mixed with the scent of figs across the corridor.
The most unforgettable thing about this trip to Korla was packing the sincerity of my Uyghur friends into my suitcase. If you also want to experience the warm human feelings when you open the door like I do, rather than the cold feeling of a luxury high-end hotel, I strongly recommend the Jinlan Business Hotel hidden in the Grand Bazaar of Southern Xinjiang.

The accommodation is very close to Korla Station. The price is affordable, the room has air conditioning, and it's very cool.
