The bed is clean and comfortable, the bathroom has a large amount of water, and the air conditioner is powerful. Overall, I am very satisfied! GGuest UserFriendly receptionists and good service. However, there are few drawbacks, very limited choices of breakfast, the room is in the basement and no windows and no bathmat available. There was an incident happened during our stay. We complaint about the service of the breakfast and the inflexible, the manager and the team resolved the matter promptly. Overall, the service was great.

First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low

I slept through the night. The facilities are very complete, from high-speed Wi-Fi to various charging ports, all meet the needs. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the toiletries are of good quality, and the hot water supply is stable and sufficient. The soundproofing effect of the room is also commendable, and the noise outside does not affect my rest at all. GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good. As soon as I got out of the elevator, I heard a greeting. The security guard helped me with my luggage. I felt like I was at home. The lobby is very large, spacious, bright and clean. The front desk service is very good. They patiently answered our questions, including the wireless network password in the room. One thing is worth mentioning. After checking in, I called the room and asked about our stay. The room was very tidy and clean. I was very satisfied with this stay. I will also recommend friends to choose this hotel when they come to Korla. It is also very convenient to travel, whether taking the bus or taxi.

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, you can see the train station square when you take his elevator, and it is too close to the train station! Go to the bus 101 to the Grand Bazaar, and the bus 26 to the museum. The bedding is clean and tidy. Although it is very close to the train station, it is very quiet to sleep at night and can't hear the train sound! The only regret is that the parking lot, entering and going out two mouths, one with a railing, and one with a large iron gate, is too inconvenient.

After arriving, the hotel upgraded me to a suite with windows for free, as well as free breakfast. The service was really great. The most important thing is that the environment is also good. It's close to the Peacock River and there is a hotel in front of the hotel. There is a food court, which is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The landlady was even more welcoming, though she wasn't around often. The B&B is right by the train station, with many shops, supermarkets, and food stalls nearby, making it easy to find food. Overall, at just over 30 yuan per night, it was a great value.
