AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low
Summary: The appearance and lobby are four stars, the room is three stars, the supplies and breakfast are at the level of a guesthouse...

OOld FoxI enjoyed my three days at this hotel. The carpets and rooms look dated and it is time for a serious refurbishment. But the bed was large and comfortable. The internet and air conditioning worked well. The ladies at the reception desk were kind, welcoming and in good spirits. The location is literally one minute from the train station which I found very convenient. A pleasant stay, xie xie!

Isn't it more comfortable than home? It's like living in a warm little nest. I will come again next time! For example, the king-size bed room I stayed in this time was so comfortable to sleep on! The location of the hotel is also great! There is everything around, and travel is super convenient. Isn't it just like living in the city center? I walked around and ate around here, it was so cozy, I just loved it! The service of the hotel is simply amazing! The staff are super enthusiastic and available at any time. The most unforgettable thing about this trip to Korla was packing the sincerity of my Uyghur friends into my suitcase. If you also want to experience the warm human feelings when you open the door like I do, rather than the cold feeling of a luxury high-end hotel, I strongly recommend the Jinlan Business Hotel hidden in the Grand Bazaar of Southern Xinjiang.
