"This is by far the best value-for-money chain five-star hotel in all of Xinjiang. Although Korla isn't as much of a tourist hotspot as other major attractions, this hotel is definitely worth a stay. The service is up to standard, and the hotel itself is clean and tidy. The outdoor BBQ in the evening offers great value with two jin (about 1kg) of meat for 199 RMB. The swimming pool is also very beautiful."

"The room facilities in the five-star hotel are simple and of three-star standard. Two bottles of water are provided every day, and there is no more if you ask for more. It was a bit inconvenient to take my parents out. We arrived at the hotel a little late. The front desk staff saw that my parents were older and it was inconvenient for them to travel. They knew that the elderly slept lightly, so they arranged a quieter room and asked my parents if they needed to soak their feet. They said it was a good place to soak. Feet can relieve a day's fatigue. Korla pears were prepared and milk was given. Some hotels also give fruits, but the service is not as good as this one. I was a little anxious to check out. When I arrived at the next hotel, my mother found that she had forgotten to take the necklace when she took a bath at night. She hurriedly found the hotel's phone number through Ctrip. The employee who answered the phone said: The necklace was picked up by the cleaning waiter. Because they didn't have our phone number, they didn't contact us in time, which made us anxious. I apologize. The service of this hotel is good. What I didn't expect is that I admire the professionalism of the employees. The hotel is a four-star hotel, but it is better than the international chain hotels Wanda, Atour, and Sheraton. If I have the opportunity to come to Korla, Xinjiang, my first choice is Bosteng Hotel."
