Hampton by Hilton Korla ★★★★
"Great environment, great service, great location. The lake view from the window is quiet and comfortable. Most importantly, the bathroom has a door. This detail puts it ahead of countless other hotels. The so-called "open" style is only true for bathrooms. I dislike an open glass door the most. Even if the sewer is odorless, the fumes will completely blend with the bedroom. The atmosphere of the room is obviously affected. Pay attention to this detail when choosing a hotel."
ZIYI HOTEL ★★★★
"The staff were friendly and provided meticulous service. The hotel environment was quiet and clean, and the facilities were new and easy to use. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to friends and family. The service was absolutely perfect! The staff were warm and polite throughout, proactively inquiring about my stay and always ready to help. The hotel environment was clean and odor-free, with a warm and inviting atmosphere; it was a stay that exceeded my expectations."
Courtyard By Marriott Korla ★★★★★
"Overall, it was pretty good. They upgraded me to a higher floor for free, which offered a better view."
Aifei Hotel (Korla Railway Station Azalea River Branch) ★★★
"The accommodation experience was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. They upgraded my room for free upon check-in. I stayed for eight consecutive days, and the hotel was fully booked every day, especially crowded at breakfast. Facilities: The hotel is new, and the facilities are very modern and comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and thorough. Environment: Located in the train station area, the environment is quite good. It's very close to the train station, only a ten-minute walk. Service: Everyone was very friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful with a different menu every day."
Borrman Hotel (Korla Kongquehe) ★★★
"The Burman Hotel left a lasting impression. Its geographical location is very advantageous, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travel. The hotel's service is top-notch, and the staff are warm, thoughtful and meticulous, making people feel at home. Staying here is not only a comfortable experience, but also a pleasant enjoyment. Highly recommend the Burman Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality accommodation experience."
Atour Hotel Binhe West Road Peacock River Landscape Belt Korla ★★★★
"Not bad"
Atour Hotel, Swan Lake Scenic Area, Korla People's Square ★★★★
"After driving around Xinjiang for so many days, this Atour hotel truly disappointed me. 😤 What happened to my room upgrade benefits? Is my Ctrip Diamond VIP status just for show? I booked Atour through Ctrip and pre-selected the Diamond VIP upgrade option, thinking I'd at least get an upgraded room. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk didn't even mention it and immediately gave me the most basic room. I called Ctrip customer service, and they contacted the hotel for me. Only then did the hotel slowly upgrade my room. Seriously? I had to chase Ctrip for an upgrade? No upgrade without a chase? I had already checked in, and I was too lazy to go through the hassle of changing rooms, so I thought I'd just accept two breakfasts as compensation. But the hotel staff started passing the buck, and after several rounds of back-and-forth negotiations, they reluctantly agreed to two breakfasts. The next morning at breakfast, I found a large eggshell in my fried egg. I complained to a staff member, who casually replied, "The manager isn't here." Okay, your manager isn't here, so someone has to take responsibility, right? When I checked out, the lobby manager did appear, but he looked completely bewildered, like, "I don't know anything about this," and even asked me, "What did the chef tell me?" Excuse me?? What the chef said is an internal matter for your hotel, what does it have to do with me, a customer? I found an eggshell in my food, reported it, and now I'm supposed to be coordinating internal management for you? Even more outrageous, when I was about to leave, the hotel repeatedly stopped me. I thought they wanted to apologize or give me an explanation, but it turned out—they just wanted me to verify my phone number. Verify my phone number?? I had already checked out, and the hotel lobby manager looked completely unaware, didn't resolve the issue, and only showed up when I was about to leave, then asked me to stay just to verify my phone number? I'm completely baffled by this. What are they confirming? Or are they "reminding" me of something? Forced registration of all guests' phone numbers—who guarantees the security of their information? Having traveled to so many hotels in Xinjiang over so many days, only this Atour hotel required the registration of all guests' mobile phone numbers. Why should I provide the mobile phone numbers of my travel companions when traveling? How will the hotel handle this information? Is there a risk of data leakage? As a national chain brand, is collecting user data in this way truly compliant during such a sensitive period for information security? In summary: The service process is chaotic, internal coordination relies on passing the buck, problems are met with shirking responsibility, and customer feedback is not respected. Of all the hotels I've stayed in during my trip to Xinjiang, this Atour is the only one that made me feel "oppressed." The security guard even helped with my luggage; is this how Atour trains its staff? For this price, I'd rather stay at a Ji Hotel. Even the TV was crooked. I sincerely advise everyone: Think carefully before choosing Atour. 🐶"
Howard Johnson Life Korla ★★★★★
"The room environment was excellent – clean, tidy, and comfortable. It had smart home features throughout, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Breakfast was also plentiful. Front desk agent #7 provided fantastic service; they even sent up free iodine swabs when we needed them, which was much appreciated! I'd highly recommend this place to friends."
Korla Marriott Hotel Pear City ★★★★
"I chose this hotel after looking through many options for my trip to Xinjiang. Since my flight arrived in Korla and I was taking a train to Aksu, I picked a hotel close to the train station. What I liked most was its location on the main road; not only was it near the train station, but the airport shuttle also passes by this main road, making it very convenient to get here from the airport. As for the hotel experience: the service was excellent, they gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the cleanliness was also top-notch. At first, the TV in the room could be adjusted from all angles, which almost led to a funny mishap, haha. Overall, the stay was fantastic, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and it was easy to get around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

Renaissance Hotel Korla
"Facilities: Five-star level in Korla. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Comfortable, with a swimming pool and views of Jing'an Tower. Service: The front desk service was excellent, very patient, and met guests' requests. Especially Angela at the front desk, who was gentle and always provided service with a smile. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit."
Courle Fontainebleau International Hotel
"The hotel provides a comfortable stay with great bedding. While the room felt slightly cramped because of the reclining chair next to the bed, the overall experience was very positive."
Furunde Wanda Jin Hotel
"The room is very good, the sanitation is very clean, the service is very thoughtful, the stay is very comfortable and satisfactory, I will choose you next time"
Kangcheng Jianguo International Hotel
"The overall feeling is pretty good, very satisfying. It was my first time to stay here, and I stayed there for three nights. My friends who were traveling with us also gave us good reviews. Yogurt and Korla fragrant pears were also given on the first day!"
Hot Spring Holiday Hotel
"He kept arguing with me before checking into the hotel. Pick-up problem. When I asked why I wasn't checked in, the staff started taking videos of me checking in with their mobile phones. What kind of hotel is this? You need to take a video of the guest to check in. After checking into the hotel, you need to print out the invoice and water bill when you go downstairs. The front desk told me that only water bills can be printed, and invoices cannot be issued until noon the next day. Next to the staff. He told me that there was a discount for the recharge activity. It was already very late at that time, after 1 pm. The staff saw that I was also interested in recharging activities, so they wouldn't let me go upstairs. I made an excuse and said I went upstairs to smoke. He took out the money and gave it to me and said that he didn’t need to go upstairs, so he would settle it here. I was embarrassed, so I went upstairs to get a pack of cigarettes, and then came down to listen to his explanation. It lasted until about 5 o'clock in the morning that night, almost 6 o'clock in the morning. Everything he calculated for me was OK. It took me more than three hours in total. It's almost 6am. Finally I said I wanted to pay and recharge. He told me again that what he said before was not allowed. There was no other way, he played tricks on me all night. There are pictures to prove it. Then he told me no, and I contacted him on WeChat. Use WeChat call to prove it. I don't understand why this hotel does this? The next day I reported to the front desk again. Someone who was a minister said that this employee had nothing to do with us. He promised you himself, passing the blame back and forth and kicking the ball. My request is simple, do as promised to me. I'll recharge as usual. But now he tells me that whatever he promised me before is useless. This night is equivalent to saying that I am accompanying this staff member at work. No sleep time at all. I'm very dissatisfied. The hotel's attitude is also very bad. No solution has been given so far. I also communicated with the hotel before leaving. I'm going to get on the train now. Contact me later. solve this problem. Then it's time to issue an invoice. Just promise me. It will be opened for me before 14:00 on the day of departure. After that, I called several times on the train. He kept hanging up on me and being mean to me. If you have a bad attitude, just tell me and just open the car. No need for so many things. All have recordings and certificates. I've been thinking about how the staff at this hotel can be so lawless. Staff can have disputes with guests on the spot. Everything promised went right back. Treat guests as entertainment. It kept me awake all night. Not solved either. We consumers have no guarantee at all. Fortunately, I purchased it on the platform. There is a point of reasoning. The room type I was given didn't match either. Most of them were upgraded for me. The room has no air conditioning at all. There is always warm air, no cold air. I asked the waiter several times. The waiter told me that it was cold these days and the refrigeration was not turned on. The indoor temperature was almost 30 degrees and the room was very stuffy. No one is trying to solve this problem. Very poor service attitude. Very poor experience. It's just the backbiting of these staff members and their bad work attitude. Makes me very uncomfortable. Caused me too much trouble. I was still contacting them to issue invoices until the evening. Finally, I was promised to open it before 22:00. I still didn't keep my promise. I called the front desk many times and got many bad words. Did I spend money to stay in a hotel just to be insulted like this by you? I just want to know why?"
Bositeng Hotel
"Others are so-so, the service is just superficial, but there is still a big gap between awareness and action, and the price/performance ratio is not high. I will not choose it again in the future!"
Loulan Hotel
"I didn't expect to be able to book such a cost-effective room during the peak tourist season in Xinjiang. It also has a swimming pool and five-star facilities. There are many specialty restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient for travel."
Red Holiday Hotel
"The room service was excellent, the hotel environment was wonderful, and the overall stay was fantastic. The food was also superb; the meals tasted just like mom's cooking. Seeing the beautiful poplar trees in Korla and having such a comfortable experience was truly wonderful. I'll definitely stay here every time I'm in Korla. I hope the owner's business continues to thrive!"
Bazhou Korla Shenshe Hotel (Korla Railway Station & Bazhou Museum Branch)
"I was really satisfied after checking into this hotel. It's my first time encountering such a great hotel with so many complimentary services available for free in the lobby. They've thought of everything! The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly friendly and responsive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Korla."
Orange Hotel (Korla Municipal Government Branch)
"The check-in experience was particularly bad. I found the bugs naked after taking a shower. I am a caterer. Your store manager said that the bugs did not get into my bowl. Haha, it is unbelievable. Four-star hotels are relatively professional in all aspects of service. It is unbelievable to me that such an incident with such profound consequences is unbearable. The manager's aggressiveness is unbearable."
Borrman Hotel (Korla Municipal Government Dujuan River)
"The facilities are quite satisfactory, the sanitary conditions are generally good, parking is convenient, there is a hotel parking lot, and you can scan the QR code at the front desk for free before leaving the hotel. Breakfast is average, service is average."
