地上停車場免費停車，由於是小區附近，車不一定就能停在酒店門口。所有工作人員態度都很好。在旅途中歇息一晚，沒有太多的要求，感覺還不錯，就是酒店暫時沒有早餐，外面到處找，略有不便。

這是一個月以來住過最差的酒店，前台開發票説必須加微信，看着開票訊息記不住，太麻煩，加了微信留了訊息，到下午也不開，態度惡劣不負責任，其次説位置吧根本不是那個所謂的孔雀河，周邊吃飯都不方便，很偏，房間枕套不換，衞生間下水堵，一次性用品用最差的，空調控制面板在房頂，配的空調遙控器什麼也不顯示，調温度模式風速都要靠猜的，總之別踩坑，宣傳都是假象

房間清潔舒適，面積也寬敞，設施都很新。在網上預訂時沒留意套間是沒窗户的，到達後酒店免費升級了帶窗户的套間，還有免費的早餐，服務確實棒棒的，最主要環境也不錯，靠近孔雀河，酒店門前還有個美食廣場，很方便，總體非常滿意。

我們一行六人住到這個酒店。對評價如下，
我是在網上訂了三間房。7點左右入住。我給她們，我們住在稍微安靜一點的房間就可以了。當時就辦完了手續三間房。
房間佈局還可以。衞生間乾淨，房間整齊，事實比較完善。
下面談談不足的有幾點？
第一給我們安排的三間房，沒有窗户。我們去問他。他説你們在網上訂的都有窗户。我説你們當時為什麼不説沒有窗户？找他們換，他們不給換，所以你們定好就不能換。
第二我們早晨起來自行解決了吃飯的問題。但是他們早上有免費的早餐。我們的幾個同志有的沒有吃，有的就去吃了。為什麼他們不給我們餐卷，就因為我們是在網上訂的，所以不給我們給參加嗎？當時入住的時候，他們也不交代有沒有餐卷，事情出來後，沒有一個人給我們一個説法。沒有一個道歉。
所以衞生環境設施四分。
服務態度很差

非常不推薦 問題太多 枕頭下有一條毛 不知道為什麼被子是反過來的 洗澡的地方沒位置放沐浴露洗髮水 洗手盆的水龍頭不知道因為設計問題還是太矮了 一用水就會弄到身上 當晚11點想洗澡了發現沒熱水 打給前台 上來看了之後又説要下樓去看 下樓了六七分鐘也沒反饋 打去再問就説要修還是煮熱水要半個小時 我們提出換房 那邊又説其他房間也是用同一個水管 不同意換 等了半個小時之後還是沒有 再打去 還是不太同意我們換房 問其他房間有反饋這個問題嗎 他説沒有…然後到前台交涉了 最後説可以換房 東西收拾好之後又有熱水了 這個時候已經12點多 非常無語 前台根本不當回事 説隨便我們換不換 笑笑説了句不好意思 這麼晚了我們根本不想再折騰了 就這個樣子也叫品牌酒店？
