The overall stay exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding and bathroom were impeccably maintained. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room had good soundproofing, and the facilities were well-maintained and functional. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

Sheyi Tea Culture hotel was an amazing stay, definitely a must stay if visiting Hohhot! Food & Drink 🫖 This hotel is also a tea house and it is a tea drinker’s dream! First the room a booked came with my own tea brewing equipment and a tea brewing table with an excellent view and comfortable seats! But that is just the beginning, as you head down to the main floor a fully stocked, beautiful tea house & cafe awaits you. Daily tea and even delicious milk tea is always available. Private table sets and outdoor seating is available too. The tea masters are skilled and attentive, which made all my tea drinking experiences fun and enjoyable! You can also purchase various tea and tea ware right in the tea house. Location 📍 This hotel is perfectly located close to the near by Ancient Street, with many close by temples and shrines to visit. A craft street is close by and available all day, while a famous local food street opens up for colourful night time snacking in the evening. Many close by restaurants offering authentic local cuisine, I recommend reading the hotel’s recommendations as they were always great. If you need even more tea experience, there is a nearby tea wholesale market and many high end tea house in the area as well. The Room 🛌 The room I stayed in had lots of space, was very clean and had everything you could need to feel comfortable. Daily bathroom necessities are provided. High quality bedding, robes and slippers are waiting for you. High end bathroom equipment is installed, with hot water always available. Premium television is set up and Wifi connection always had high speeds. A beautiful kettle and tea set can be used to make tea with daily water and a welcome tea package provided. Staff 👩⚕️ The staff were very king and helpful right from check in. Actually even before check in they were helping bring my luggage inside! They were patient with communication as I was a foreign visitor. They answered any and all questions I had. They recommended great tea and amazing restaurants! The staff were always available and always smiling! Such great people really made my stay a dream. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in and I definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Hohhot! I will be back again for sure.

This was my first time staying in a family room, and as soon as I walked in, I felt the layout was very convenient. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and gave clear directions when I asked how to get around. It was also easy to get a taxi from here or go to the East Station 🙂 The room was comfortable to stay in. The bedding was neatly made, felt very soft to the touch, and both the pillows and duvet were clean and dry. I slept really well at night, and the soundproofing was good too; outside noises barely bothered me at all 😌 The gym was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and bright, and the equipment was sufficient for a daily workout. It was very convenient to go and get some exercise after a long journey, and it didn't feel stuffy in there 🏋️ The breakfast variety was richer than I expected, with both hot and cold options, all tasty. Overall, my stay was very hassle-free, suitable for family trips or an overnight stopover 😊

The hotel's location is ideal, and the environment is pleasant. There are plenty of dining options nearby, which is very convenient. I have a few suggestions though: For our triple-bed family room, only one key card could be made, which meant all three of us had to enter and exit together. Otherwise, you'd have to go to the front desk to get a room card to enter, which was a bit inconvenient. There was also a drain smell in the room. We reported it, and a staff member came to deal with it, but we could still smell it afterwards, and we're not sure why. On a positive note, the milk tea at breakfast was delicious, and the candies at the front desk were tasty!

We stayed for three nights in total, and the overall experience was great. For the first two nights, since the standard rooms were fully booked, we opted for a queen room. On the third day, the hotel upgraded us to a family room, which was much bigger and our child absolutely loved it. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly patient with both check-ins and answering our questions. The cleanliness was impressive; we felt very comfortable staying there. Breakfast was also good, with a variety of vegetables and fruits, plus freshly cooked noodles, so there was plenty of choice. The location is very convenient, with many dining options nearby. Chain restaurants serving shaomai and Mongolian cuisine are just a few minutes' walk away, and it's also very easy to get a taxi to various attractions. Excellent value for money!

The Fengshen experience must be tried! ! The boss and his family are very special and very good. Kind and hospitable. The accommodation experience is exotic and full of super unique and happy. Cost-effective. 1. There is a free pick-up/East Station pick-up. Contact me in advance. I have been waiting for me late at night. 2. A total of 8/9 an extremely exquisite oversized, large, single yurt. Every basket has its own style. It is very clean. One guest and one change. The particularly comfortable Hilton hilton bedding is very comfortable to sleep. There are also yurt characteristics. Charging and modernizing lights are all done very well. 3. The single person is very warm, small but safe. Parent-child and other super big ones can visit the scene and choose ～ 4. There are four packages outside to listen to the rain. Some have heating and air conditioning. Others have canopy. Quiet and cool. The design is very careful. Next to 1.5km Super close is the famous Internet celebrity plane punching in. The driver can take it to see the chartered car/send station at any time. You can also ask him. There are a lot of brand-new Mongolian robes to wear and take pictures for free. In the morning, there is fragrant milk tea. The vegetable field picks tomatoes and corn. The cute rhubarb is especially special for playing. Although the bathroom is not in the yurt, it takes dozens of seconds to test the experience. Disposable toiletries such as toothbrushes are of good quality. Hygiene is not said. Every morning and afternoon, I cleaned without any smell. There are two washes + toilets, so I never need to wait. Overall, thank you, uncle, aunt, sister, brother! I completely experienced the warmth of a hospitable family. The experience of sleeping in a daze in a yurt is so good.

Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; the lamb shaomai was particularly authentic, and the lamb offal soup was absolutely delicious – highly recommend both! What truly stood out was the genuine and professional service team. From the warm milk the housekeeping auntie discreetly replenished daily to the help with planning my travel itinerary, every little detail exuded a heartwarming, 'home-like' feeling. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me a souvenir gift, a thoughtful gesture that instantly melted away any travel fatigue. Xin Cheng Hotel isn't just a place to rest; it's a living cultural museum. It tells stories through its architecture, conveys local charm through its cuisine, and embodies warmth through its service. It allows every guest to experience the vastness and gentleness of Hohhot amidst the hustle and bustle. I will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts high-end decor and excellent cleanliness, with a superb location right by the racecourse. It feels grand and impressive. However, my stay wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. First, my room was quite a trek from the lobby, easily 50-60 meters away. Second, the pillows were all incredibly high; all four provided were the same, offering no softer alternative, which led to a restless night. Third, the toilet wasn't smart, and the toilet paper holder was awkwardly placed behind it, feeling a bit outdated. Fourth, the staff seemed accustomed to serving VIPs; for regular guests like us, they were rather cold and unresponsive. They'd only answer direct questions, and when I asked about breakfast, they didn't volunteer information about the hours or where it was served, which almost caused me to miss it. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but here it's 9:30 AM.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. There's free parking right outside, and it's close to both the subway and bus stations. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby, making shopping super easy.

Yesterday I was drunk and went to the hotel opposite my work to get an hourly room to rest. The purpose of rest was to work better. After sleeping all morning, I was resurrected with full blood in the afternoon and could work hard again. Overall the hotel is quite quiet and the facilities are relatively old, but the advantage is that it is close to the company, just opposite the unit.
