GGuest Userstayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. strategically located near Interlaken West station, you do not have to worry as both the train and bus are just a couple of steps away. lots of restaurants, gift shops and convenience stores nearby as well. room has the basic amenities that you will be needing during you stay - a comfortable bed, small refrigerator, clean bathroom and cool fan. breakfast spread was the same for both days of my stay, but that is okay because their croissant, sausage and scrambled eggs were delicious! will definitely come back if given the chance. shout out to Jerome for a great service at the desk.

JJuannebellaThank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

MM235617****I'd give it a 9 out of 10. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, about a ten-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof. It's a bit far from the town center, so dining and shopping require a 15-20 minute walk. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the breakfast spread is quite good. If I visit Interlaken again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Interlaken and would highly recommend it. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas and bathrooms. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, giving me plenty of space to relax and unpack after long days of exploring.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the train station, which made arriving, leaving, and taking day trips completely stress-free. There was also a spot to refill drinking water nearby, which was such a handy little touch, especially before heading out for a hike.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay in the Junior Suite, which was very suitable for three people. One of the beds was a sofa bed, but the mattress quality was still comfortable. We especially loved the mountain view from the rooms and could even enjoy the sunset right from our window or balcony without needing to go anywhere. We would also recommend trying their breakfast — it offers a wide variety of choices, including Asian options like rice and sauces. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a room we would recommend.

GGuest UserI stayed here during the summer. Overall, the hotel may suit many travellers. However, based on my personal experience, the room I stayed in may not be ideal for guests who are very sensitive to light or noise.
Before sunset, the room did not feel completely dark, so guests who prefer a fully dark room for sleeping may want to take this into consideration. I also noticed some noise from the corridor, doors, upstairs movement, and the road, so it may not be the best choice for guests who need a very quiet room.
This is only my personal experience from the room I stayed in, and other rooms or stays may be different.

The hotel is centrally located in Interlaken. Interlaken Ost train station is about an 8-minute walk away, and a bus stop is just about 100 meters away. This is very convenient for excursions in the region.
Room
The room was beautifully decorated in an appealing Baroque style, making it cozy and elegant. We also received a nice upgrade to a room with a balcony, which made our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a drawback: the silicone joints in the shower showed mold. This is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel.
Staff / Reception
At check-in, Pierre truly impressed us: he was very friendly, professional, courteous, and service-oriented. The rest of the staff was generally attentive and friendly but sometimes seemed a bit unsure and not always entirely competent. Language skills were an issue: German is only spoken to a limited extent, and Swiss German not at all, which sometimes complicated communication.
Breakfast
The breakfast, unfortunately, was very disappointing and did not match the quality expected of a 4-star hotel.
• There was no declaration or allergen labeling for the food.
• The products offered seemed cheap and stale: scrambled eggs from a carton, hard pretzels from the day before, and pastries and bread that were consistently low-quality frozen goods.
On the positive side, the reception actively asked for our feedback after breakfast. After our honest comments, something was brought to our room as an apology. Unfortunately, this included some already moldy berries, which negated the good gesture.
Overall Impression
Despite the beautiful central location, the generally very nice room with a balcony upgrade, and especially Pierre's outstanding service, our stay was overall disappointing. The mold in the shower joints and the low-quality breakfast left a negative impression. For the price and star category, we would have expected significantly more cleanliness and quality. Therefore, we would not recommend this hotel.

There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making me feel incredibly pampered first thing in the morning. Fresh ingredients were used, and the seasoning was just right – I couldn't help but overeat!
The dining area had a bright and clean atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive. Thanks to them, I was able to start my day in a great mood. You often see reviews mentioning 'hotels with delicious breakfast,' but this place truly lives up to that. It's a hotel I'd want to stay at again just to enjoy the breakfast. Very satisfied.

LLLSZ3First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz.
The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out.
The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy.
I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me.
Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.
