Hotels with Bars in Interlaken

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station, with a COOP supermarket right downstairs. The room was clean but it was really hot in mid-June, the heatwave in Europe this year was no joke. Luckily, it only started on the day I flew back home. Most hotels here don't have air conditioning or fans, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hotel breakfast was really substantial, good enough to keep me full until the afternoon.

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue Hotel, Interlaken. The riverside location with stunning mountain views was absolutely beautiful. A special thanks to the reception staff for their warm welcome, friendliness, and excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended, we would love to stay here again!

We stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. Haha... actually, the mountain view was pretty good! At first, I felt so disappointed when it snowed, but then it suddenly cleared up for a bit, letting me experience the Alps. I felt it wasn't a wasted trip after all. Though, it might not be as beautiful without the snow.

The hotel is very carefully arranged, very clean and comfortable. It feels like a hotel run by a couple. Although the scale is not very large, the experience of staying is excellent. Our room is on the 3rd floor. There is a large outdoor balcony. You can see the tourists who play paragliding on the mountain. Flying in the sky, very happy, There is coffee and tea in the room, and there is also a pot for boiling water. The warm and thoughtful service of the proprietress feels very warm.

High floor with a balcony and an excellent location. The price is a bit high, but it has a fridge. The overall service is good, and the elevators are quite smart. There are supermarkets, malls, and restaurants nearby, and it's not far from the train station. There's a big park across the street where you can see paragliders, offering fantastic views. Aside from the price, there aren't many issues.

First, let's talk about the location. From Interlaken Ost station, turn right and walk straight for about 280 meters, and you'll arrive. Actually, you don't even need to exit the station; just walk to the end of the platform, and it's much closer. We discovered this later and always used that route – just make sure you know which platform to walk along directly, avoiding the underground passage. Second, the hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. They gave a thorough introduction to the hotel and important notices, specifically mentioning not to put food waste in the bins. For self-catered food, there's a dedicated dining area (Pic 8) where they provide free plates and cutlery, which you just need to return to the bar counter after use. We had to book a suite because all other rooms were full. The room was quite spacious, with a small balcony offering a nice view of the mountains behind (Pics 1, 2). The bathroom had a massage bathtub with lavender and ice salt available, which was incredibly relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was served in the back garden, and the setting was lovely. The only drawback was that the temperature hit 30 degrees Celsius during our first few days, and the room had no air conditioning. (Hotels with AC are rare there, which is understandable, but I still hope they'll improve this in the future, especially with global temperatures rising). After contacting the front desk, they provided a fan, which helped a lot. In the following days, the temperature dropped, and it was fine; after all, it gets cool in the mountains at night. The hotel's decor style truly resembles a vintage European hotel. Plus, there's a row of seats and tables outside the entrance, which is a great spot to sit and enjoy the street view in the evening. Directly opposite the hotel is the cable car station for the Harder Kulm viewpoint, and Hohematte Park is just a short walk away. Third, directly across from the train station is a large Coop supermarket that has pretty much everything. As others have mentioned, the roasted chicken is indeed cheap and delicious, about 7 CHF for half a chicken. It closes at 7 PM, but there's also a smaller Coop supermarket inside the train station that closes at 9 PM. It has fewer varieties than the main one, but it still covers basic food needs, even if the selection isn't huge.

This is an excellent apartment hotel for a family vacation. The rooms are very spacious, easily accommodating four people, and the kitchen facilities are fully equipped with everything from cookware, tableware, and glassware to a dishwasher and refrigerator. The hotel boasts a fantastic location directly opposite a large green lawn, offering a great view of paragliding performances while you enjoy breakfast. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to both Interlaken Ost and West stations, and there's also a direct bus to the train station right outside. Breakfast was decent, with all the essentials, though the fruit selection was a bit limited. The breakfast service only starts at 7:30 AM, which feels a little late.

Really great, well-equipped, excellent service, and very complete. It has a wonderful sense of history, and the staff are fantastic. They even gave us lots of complimentary items. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.
