"First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this."

"9.5/10 A perfect stay. Very close to the train station, walking distance was like within 6 minutes only, and if you take the bus (105) it was only 3 minutes, with less than 30 seconds walk to the place. The free sauna was an absolute highlight, where you could enjoy a one hour, free and exclusive (only yourself and/or with your roommate only) sauna. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, bathroom bright and clean, breakfast very decent. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Love it."

Our room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful riverside view, making the stay relaxing and memorable. The in-room facilities were excellent, including drinkable tap water, a coffee machine, and LED-lit mirrors, which added extra comfort and convenience. What truly stood out was the sincere and attentive service. Special thanks to Mr. Eduardo for his genuine care and professionalism. He listened carefully to our requests and went above and beyond to assist us during our honeymoon. His thoughtful message at the beginning of our journey as a married couple touched our hearts deeply. A great hotel creates a strong first impression, but heartfelt service builds lasting loyalty. "This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with.
