Very close to the train station, walking distance was like within 6 minutes only, and if you take the bus (105) it was only 3 minutes, with less than 30 seconds walk to the place. The free sauna was an absolute highlight, where you could enjoy a one hour, free and exclusive (only yourself and/or with your roommate only) sauna. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, bathroom bright and clean, breakfast very decent. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Love it."

"I normally don’t post negative reviews but for me personally, this is objectively the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. EVER. First of all the pictures listed on ctrip for the essential room all show pictures with views of the lake. In reality there is no view except the rooms of other hotel guests. And a pebble courtyard. Perhaps the false advertising bureau should get involved. And this is something that I see other travelers have commented on. By the way, the hotel will post a reply saying that some rooms have views and some don’t. Don’t believe them. Secondly, the bedding, pillow and duvet are all made of very itchy, cheap synthetic materials, presumably to save on washing and ironing costs. I have never encountered such a material used for bedding and it was very difficult to fall asleep and I woke up every night itching and with a rash. It as such a horrible 3 nights and I do not wish it on anyone. The breakfast spread was of very very low quality generic ingredients and made me long for the breakfast at my previous hotel. Also, there were several large tour groups when we were there which made the breakfast area chaotic, noisy and loud. Upon check in there was long strands of hair all over the bathroom basin and toilet. There is also old spiderwebs with dead spiders in the shower room. It was in a very visible space so it reflects on how much the cleaning crew cares about their jobs. On the second day, we went out at 7 in the morning and had the “please clean room” placed on the door. But upon returning at 4pm the room was still untouched. This left us with a very uncomfortable feeling. We ended up not having the room cleaned for that day. Despite the newness, convenient location to the train station and the acceptable price of the rooms, it’s really not worth staying at this hotel. And if you still decide to stay here, don’t get your hopes up. This is more of a hotel suited to large tour groups. There are lots of negative reviews of this hotel on trip.com as well as other platforms. There are many other options available. I urge other potential travelers to read them and just simply stay away from this hotel."

"Car can park at the hotel entrance free of charge. Room is spacious for 4 people. Staff are friendly and provided us free travel card within interlaken area. My daughters are happy that the staff gave them chocolate and candy were put on the bed at Day 1. 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station. Not many choice for breakfast but the taste is good. Hotel cost is super expensive during summer time in Interlaken......but I still think this is a brilliant hotel."

They have three chain hotels you can stay at. Overall, I highly recommend it. Great for storing luggage too.The transportation is also very convenient! Interlaken is a small town - one day is enough to see it all. The shops offer services in multiple languages."
