The newly renovated Grand Hotel Belvedere is a true highlight in Wengen. In my opinion, the combination of historical charm and modern, 'casual luxury' is exceptionally well executed. The new wellness area with heated indoor and outdoor pools is particularly impressive – an absolute paradise after a day in the mountains. The view of the Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen Valley is unbeatable. The ambiance is warm and very tasteful (lots of wood and natural stone). The team is young, international, and extremely welcoming, even though English is more often spoken than German in the service. Breakfast was delicious and had everything you could need. It was a bit of a shame, though, that some things incurred an extra charge. Conclusion: If you're looking for a luxurious but not stuffy hotel in the Swiss Alps, this is the perfect place. Tip: If possible, book a room with a balcony and valley view – the view is worth every penny.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station, with a COOP supermarket right downstairs. The room was clean but it was really hot in mid-June, the heatwave in Europe this year was no joke. Luckily, it only started on the day I flew back home. Most hotels here don't have air conditioning or fans, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hotel breakfast was really substantial, good enough to keep me full until the afternoon.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

A lovely Swiss-style hotel located perfectly on the river front in the beautiful Interlaken Snowy mountains viewable from the bedroom window really made it a picturesque setting. Although visiting in the warmer months would be just as good. We were warmly welcomed by an enthusiastic employee, a Canadian woman who’s name we didn’t get. She made recommendations on restaurants, which were amazing, and also places to go and visit in the surrounding region. She even checked the live cameras on top of the mountains to provide us with weather conditions - amazing customer service. We highly recommend taking a train to Lauterbrunnen followed by the gondola up to Murren - the place is stunning and the views are incredible! Breakfast was enjoyable and included fresh bread from the bakery over the road, homemade Bircher muesli and the best green tea I’ve ever had! A breathtaking trip which has us wanting to go back as soon as possible!

We stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Weisses Kreuz and would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely excellent — right in the heart of town with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of amenity shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away, making it incredibly convenient. Parking was straightforward as well. There is nearby parking available, and payment applies from 7am onwards. We found the parking spaces to be relatively spacious, which was a plus. Cars can’t really drive into the hotel so we were a bit lost initially The receptionist was such an amazing lady — warm, welcoming, and professional. She kindly upgraded us to a corner room that was bigger than what we had originally booked, which we really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, and we especially loved having a bathtub — it made the stay extra relaxing after a long day out. They were very thoughtful. They gave us chocolate on the bed. Thats sweet. There are lift for our heavy luggage as well. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Considering that breakfast is included in the price, we felt it was very good value for money. The only small note is that the corridor lighting is quite dim, which can make it feel a little heavy or subdued. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant and lively, with what seemed like a high occupancy rate — clearly a popular choice. Overall, this is a very well-located, comfortable hotel offering great value. We would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is right next to the West Station, which, while not as convenient for transport as the East Station, still offers plenty of train and bus connections. A major reason for choosing this hotel was traveling with elderly family members and children, as I was worried about a long walk from a distant station. The area around the West Station is quieter with fewer shops and restaurants, though there's a French restaurant specializing in pasta that's quite good. We booked a family room and were reasonably satisfied. Hotels in Interlaken are very expensive in summer, and not many have air conditioning, so this one was pretty decent.

I stayed here during the summer. Overall, the hotel may suit many travellers. However, based on my personal experience, the room I stayed in may not be ideal for guests who are very sensitive to light or noise. Before sunset, the room did not feel completely dark, so guests who prefer a fully dark room for sleeping may want to take this into consideration. I also noticed some noise from the corridor, doors, upstairs movement, and the road, so it may not be the best choice for guests who need a very quiet room. This is only my personal experience from the room I stayed in, and other rooms or stays may be different.

Location The hotel is centrally located in Interlaken. Interlaken Ost train station is about an 8-minute walk away, and a bus stop is just about 100 meters away. This is very convenient for excursions in the region. Room The room was beautifully decorated in an appealing Baroque style, making it cozy and elegant. We also received a nice upgrade to a room with a balcony, which made our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a drawback: the silicone joints in the shower showed mold. This is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. Staff / Reception At check-in, Pierre truly impressed us: he was very friendly, professional, courteous, and service-oriented. The rest of the staff was generally attentive and friendly but sometimes seemed a bit unsure and not always entirely competent. Language skills were an issue: German is only spoken to a limited extent, and Swiss German not at all, which sometimes complicated communication. Breakfast The breakfast, unfortunately, was very disappointing and did not match the quality expected of a 4-star hotel. • There was no declaration or allergen labeling for the food. • The products offered seemed cheap and stale: scrambled eggs from a carton, hard pretzels from the day before, and pastries and bread that were consistently low-quality frozen goods. On the positive side, the reception actively asked for our feedback after breakfast. After our honest comments, something was brought to our room as an apology. Unfortunately, this included some already moldy berries, which negated the good gesture. Overall Impression Despite the beautiful central location, the generally very nice room with a balcony upgrade, and especially Pierre's outstanding service, our stay was overall disappointing. The mold in the shower joints and the low-quality breakfast left a negative impression. For the price and star category, we would have expected significantly more cleanliness and quality. Therefore, we would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful environment, ideal location, convenient transportation, great breakfast, warm indoor environment, and kettle. You can see the green mountains outside the window, and you can fall asleep to the sound of water at night, which is very comfortable!
