GGuest UserNot close to the train station or lift station. Requires a pretty good uphill walk. About 15-20 min walk uphill from train station, and about 10-15 min walk from the ski lift/gondola. But once you get there, the location is beautiful. The hotel does offer a shuttle/e-car/bus transport. It's quiet, overlooks the town, views of the mountains, perfect secluded space. Hotel is clean, rooms are beautifully designed, compact but functional. Beds are comfortable, loved the rooms. We had a family room which was perfect for our family of four. The family room consists of two separate rooms across from each other in the hallway. In the hallway, there was a private entrance that brought you into the space where the two rooms were located. We loved this, because it turned our hallway between the two rooms into a foyer. Service was attentive and detailed. Loved the welcome beverage at check-in - nice touch, set the tone for the rest of the stay. Bar was cute and menu was creative. Patio deck restaurant was a perfect place for lunch. Amazing view of town and mountains, outdoor kitchen. Restaurant was great - food and service were wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. We do wish they would have changed up a couple things each day, because it was the same thing every day. Pool/Spa area was amazing. It had everything - sauna, steam room, plunge pool, two lounge pools, hot tub, showers. Caution: remember we are in Europe, some people may enter some of the facilities nude. We are personally not accustom to that, so it was definitely a little alarming for our children to see grown adults around naked. It would not be a bad idea for the hotel to have a policy around nudity or at least warn guests at check-in, on the website, or with signage. Wengen was our favorite place we visited on our tour of Switzerland, will be back, and when we come back it will be at this hotel.

AAnonymous UserRight next to Wengen station, very convenient for moving around the Jungfrau area. The village itself was beautiful and peaceful, with amazing mountain views everywhere.
We had a room with mountain view as well, which made the stay feel extra nice. The room itself was quite standard, but overall still a good stay.

GGuest UserA lovely Swiss-style hotel located perfectly on the river front in the beautiful Interlaken Snowy mountains viewable from the bedroom window really made it a picturesque setting. Although visiting in the warmer months would be just as good. We were warmly welcomed by an enthusiastic employee, a Canadian woman who’s name we didn’t get. She made recommendations on restaurants, which were amazing, and also places to go and visit in the surrounding region. She even checked the live cameras on top of the mountains to provide us with weather conditions - amazing customer service. We highly recommend taking a train to Lauterbrunnen followed by the gondola up to Murren - the place is stunning and the views are incredible! Breakfast was enjoyable and included fresh bread from the bakery over the road, homemade Bircher muesli and the best green tea I’ve ever had! A breathtaking trip which has us wanting to go back as soon as possible!

李李家的木The helpful reviews are accurate. Awesome room view and great service from all staff. We have two adults and one child and they connected two single beds and provided and extra bed. I would say just book (level 4 lifestyle room) with a peace of mind and do remember to bring your own toiletries.

The location is absolutely excellent — right in the heart of town with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of amenity shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away, making it incredibly convenient. Parking was straightforward as well. There is nearby parking available, and payment applies from 7am onwards. We found the parking spaces to be relatively spacious, which was a plus. Cars can’t really drive into the hotel so we were a bit lost initially
The receptionist was such an amazing lady — warm, welcoming, and professional. She kindly upgraded us to a corner room that was bigger than what we had originally booked, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was comfortable, and we especially loved having a bathtub — it made the stay extra relaxing after a long day out. They were very thoughtful. They gave us chocolate on the bed. Thats sweet. There are lift for our heavy luggage as well.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Considering that breakfast is included in the price, we felt it was very good value for money.
The only small note is that the corridor lighting is quite dim, which can make it feel a little heavy or subdued. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant and lively, with what seemed like a high occupancy rate — clearly a popular choice.
Overall, this is a very well-located, comfortable hotel offering great value. We would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located in Interlaken. Interlaken Ost train station is about an 8-minute walk away, and a bus stop is just about 100 meters away. This is very convenient for excursions in the region.
Room
The room was beautifully decorated in an appealing Baroque style, making it cozy and elegant. We also received a nice upgrade to a room with a balcony, which made our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a drawback: the silicone joints in the shower showed mold. This is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel.
Staff / Reception
At check-in, Pierre truly impressed us: he was very friendly, professional, courteous, and service-oriented. The rest of the staff was generally attentive and friendly but sometimes seemed a bit unsure and not always entirely competent. Language skills were an issue: German is only spoken to a limited extent, and Swiss German not at all, which sometimes complicated communication.
Breakfast
The breakfast, unfortunately, was very disappointing and did not match the quality expected of a 4-star hotel.
• There was no declaration or allergen labeling for the food.
• The products offered seemed cheap and stale: scrambled eggs from a carton, hard pretzels from the day before, and pastries and bread that were consistently low-quality frozen goods.
On the positive side, the reception actively asked for our feedback after breakfast. After our honest comments, something was brought to our room as an apology. Unfortunately, this included some already moldy berries, which negated the good gesture.
Overall Impression
Despite the beautiful central location, the generally very nice room with a balcony upgrade, and especially Pierre's outstanding service, our stay was overall disappointing. The mold in the shower joints and the low-quality breakfast left a negative impression. For the price and star category, we would have expected significantly more cleanliness and quality. Therefore, we would not recommend this hotel.

JJuannebellaThank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor.
