Is pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that left a lasting impression. From its impeccable design to the delectable breakfast, my experience was delightful overall. Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it.
The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests.
One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day.
The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable.

The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. JJinganbluesThe location, the appearance is first-class, the room facilities are relatively old, and the antique furniture is also popular. It is not as good as expected, but it is not bad. You can drive into the hotel. The road is relatively narrow. There is an access control card on the last section of the road. Finally, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask for the password. Will take the initiative to tell you these precautions. Regarding the up and down of the cable car, sit for a while, hotel guests are free, you need to show your room card, remember to watch the timetable, don't miss the last bus. The view of the restaurant is very good and the service is attentive, but the food is as bad as ever, oh, I am not saying that this hotel is bad, I mean that all restaurants in Switzerland are bad (this breakfast is very good, you can go early, choose Facing the location of the waterfall, but the dinner is really hard to describe), unpalatable is one thing, full of ritual, each dish is served slowly, come up to explain to you what raw materials are used in this dish, how to make it, and if you actually taste it All restaurants in Switzerland, including but not limited to this one, are lacking in color and fragrance. My wife waited for the desserts to be served and hurriedly retreated. She panicked and forgot to take the bag. There is one thing to say, the service is still very good, the waiter put the bag at the front desk. Rory talked about it in a long way, hoping to be useful to the tourists behind.

GGuest UserA lovely Swiss-style hotel located perfectly on the river front in the beautiful Interlaken Snowy mountains viewable from the bedroom window really made it a picturesque setting. Although visiting in the warmer months would be just as good. We were warmly welcomed by an enthusiastic employee, a Canadian woman who’s name we didn’t get. She made recommendations on restaurants, which were amazing, and also places to go and visit in the surrounding region. She even checked the live cameras on top of the mountains to provide us with weather conditions - amazing customer service. We highly recommend taking a train to Lauterbrunnen followed by the gondola up to Murren - the place is stunning and the views are incredible! Breakfast was enjoyable and included fresh bread from the bakery over the road, homemade Bircher muesli and the best green tea I’ve ever had! A breathtaking trip which has us wanting to go back as soon as possible!

GGuest UserSwitzerland was the most surprising stop on my trip, and this hotel was no exception.
**Cleanliness:** Extremely clean!!! It felt spotless, and while you could tell it's an older building, it was just wonderful.
**Environment:** It's less than an 8-minute walk from Interlaken West Station, and there's a supermarket right downstairs. My room even had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains.
**Facilities:** There's a fridge in the common area, and my room had a small skylight where you could even see the stars.
**Service:** The lady at the front desk explained everything clearly and in detail.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for six nights during the New Year period, and the experience was truly impressive. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the railway station. Our room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful riverside view, making the stay relaxing and memorable.
The in-room facilities were excellent, including drinkable tap water, a coffee machine, and LED-lit mirrors, which added extra comfort and convenience.
What truly stood out was the sincere and attentive service. Special thanks to Mr. Eduardo for his genuine care and professionalism. He listened carefully to our requests and went above and beyond to assist us during our honeymoon. His thoughtful message at the beginning of our journey as a married couple touched our hearts deeply.
A great hotel creates a strong first impression, but heartfelt service builds lasting loyalty. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family in Thailand.

GGuest UserThis is a traditional 4-star hotel with an excellent location, very close to the train station and a supermarket. You can even catch a glimpse of snow-capped mountains, especially beautiful at sunset when they glow golden. The ice cream shop across the street has really delicious ice cream!

HHiyoubWe expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us.
We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review.
Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor.
And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean.
Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
