Hotel opening Summer 2024Looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Vancouver International Airport? Look no further than SureStay by Best Western Richmond Vancouver Airport hotel! Our 76-room hotel is conveniently located at 7188 Westminster Highway in Richmond, British Columbia, just a five minute walk from the Richmond Brighouse Skytrain station. This puts you within easy reach of the airport, downtown Vancouver, and many exciting attractions.

"The room was very clean; though it showed its age, it was impeccably maintained. The front desk had a Chinese-speaking staff member, which made us feel right at home and communication a breeze. The free hotel shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby; the closest, Yun Zhi Nan, is less than 100 meters away and serves absolutely delicious food. The park behind the hotel was a lovely spot, where I even saw ducks in the morning. Just a 10-minute walk away is a famous shopping mall, perfect for a shopping spree. Its second floor is a fantastic food court, offering a wide array of international dishes. After leaving for the airport, I realized I had forgotten a bag of clothes. I called the hotel, and they went above and beyond, finding it and holding it until my friend could pick it up. Such thoughtful service! It truly put a perfect end to my Canada trip."

Amazing
JJiurizuyinThe location is super convenient! You can walk to Stanley Park, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the famous Robson Street, where you'll find plenty of options for dining and shopping. There's even a free shuttle to Capilano Bridge Park right around the corner, in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel, which is incredibly handy. There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby, making this one of the best locations in downtown Vancouver. The service was also good, and the little handmade doll in the room was really cute – though it costs $40, which was a bit of a shame, haha. Check-in and check-out were both quick. The only downside is that the price isn't cheap, and it can be a bit unaffordable during peak season. But having experienced it once, it was definitely worth it.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

66585****I chose this hotel mainly because it's very close to the Canada Line, only a 5-minute walk away. However, the facilities are indeed quite old, which doesn't quite match the nightly price. The hotel basically has no lobby. Check-in was efficient at night, but there were no doormen to help open the door or carry luggage. I must commend the breakfast; it's an à la carte trial, like having a trendy brunch, and the restaurant service was very good.

MMs KWThe hotel is conveniently located and the sky train is very fast. The room was larger and cleaner than expected, and 2 bottles of water were replaced every day. I use L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE for shampoo, shower and conditioner.

JJanez VoDear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team. Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey. Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome. I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand.

HHuizzyLocation: Fantastic! Canada Place, Gastown, and Stanley Park are all within easy walking distance. Facilities: Generally good, with excellent water pressure in the shower. Cleanliness: Excellent. Surroundings: Conveniently close to the subway line. It's just a 10-minute walk to the station for airport access. Service: Friendly and attentive.

GGuest UserWe have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

AAndrew DorisonThe best thing is the view from the window, very convenient for a night before a cruise, 10 minutes walk to the cruise terminal, the metro is also nearby within walking distance. The service is very good, the breakfast is delicious. The downside is the area, a lot of homeless and crazy people, drug *******. The smell of ********* is almost everywhere. For transit, a great option.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

GGuest UserThe staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated. The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options. The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there. Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.
