GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Rooms are fantastic: fantastic bed with amazing satin cotton bedlinen, supercomfortable bed, great bathroom,large shower courtesy bathrobes , and all you need to feel well. Hreat breakfast in reatauran Hydra,at second floor. What to say? I will certainly come back! Thank you for staff : very kind and efficient!

GGuest UserPoor housekeeping service. There were 2 days without clean up of our room until we reminded them to do so.
There was no hot water supply in the room for over several hours without prior notice from hotel management. We were told later that their hot water pump were out of order and under emergent repairing.

It's within walking distance to attractions like the Steam Clock and Chinatown, plus you can easily walk to Costco, T&T Supermarket, and the SkyTrain station. Taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance, and it's also very close to the Hertz downtown car rental location.
2. The suite has a double sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic facilities, so you can cook your own meals. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet.
3. The room rate included four complimentary breakfasts, which had a good variety and quality. Several floors in the hotel also provide drinking water, so you can fill your own bottles and save on buying water.
4. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. During our stay, we accidentally broke a bottle cap, and when we informed them, they said we didn't need to pay for it.
5. The hotel is also very close to the 2026 World Cup stadium, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city center.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, happy to answer all sorts of questions and provide necessary assistance. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the bustling city.

XXiamuyourenyoubizhangStayed two nights, had to switch rooms once. The second room even had a sea view! This was because on the first night there was a power outage and the generator, which was right above our room, was incredibly loud. The staff were very friendly. Parking for two days was $92, which I thought was a really good deal.

SSamu1101The staff was very helpful, the shuttle arrives on the 3rd floor at the airport where shuttles usually pick up travelers, the driver was very friendly and the hotel provides me with the service to store my luggage in the storage room even after checkout, if you need a place to stay near the hotel a few days I highly recommend this establishment!
