I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with the way this hotel handles its customers. I booked a room through Ctrip to help a friend, and due to a small mistake, I accidentally selected the wrong city. However, my frustration has nothing to do with the booking error itself, but with the hotel’s complete lack of professionalism and responsibility in handling the situation.
The moment I realized the issue, I immediately:
• Contacted Ctrip multiple times
• Sent emails to the hotel
• Even called the hotel directly
Yet the hotel never responded to anything. No replies to my emails, no answers to my calls, not even a basic acknowledgment. The hotel chose to ignore every attempt I made to reach out, which is absolutely unacceptable.
I have stayed at countless hotels around the world—budget, mid-range, and luxury alike—and I have never experienced such unprofessional and indifferent service. For a hotel operating under a major international brand, refusing to respond, refusing to support, and effectively abandoning its customers is disgraceful.
A simple reply, a confirmation, or even the slightest willingness to help would have solved the issue. Instead, the hotel chose complete silence.
I am extremely disappointed. With this level of irresponsibility and lack of customer care, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I truly hope the management reviews the behavior of their staff and the way they handle guest communication—because right now, it is unacceptably bad.
