My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

The hotel isn't in a standalone building; it's located within a multi-purpose building that houses other facilities. The room was spacious, allowing for a very comfortable stay. While the access isn't exceptionally convenient, the bus service is excellent, so getting around was never an issue.

The hotel's location is superb. It's easy to go to several interesting spots around and also there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. The room size is quite large. It's very convenient for us to expand our luggages. All of the staff, we met, are super nice, polite, and very helpful. Overall experience we had here is very positive.

It was very convenient, located just a few minutes' walk from the station in a safe and clean area, and less than a 10-minute walk from the cruise port. The room was clean and stylish, and the bathroom was spacious and easy to use.

Really enjoyed staying at Residence Inn by Marriott Vancouver Downtown ✨ The room was very spacious and came with a kitchen, which made the stay super comfortable, especially for longer trips. Breakfast was actually really good with plenty of options, and the location was super convenient. Easy walk to Robson Street for shopping and restaurants, and also convenient for going to Granville Island and around downtown Vancouver. Overall, it felt very comfortable, practical, and easy to stay at.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time. The service was excellent. I had originally booked for several consecutive nights but had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. The hotel kindly agreed to process a refund, and I'm very grateful for their understanding.

Review hotel We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea. The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

Nice hotel, good location, parking was a little cheaper than usual for Vancouver. Room was a suite, large and comfortable. TV in the bedroom was very oddly angled in a way that you couldn’t easily watch it from the bed…. Peculiar …. Recommended.

The room smelled like mildew especially in the bathroom. The worst part was that the AC unit didn't work. We got in late and the room was not cool. I lowered the temperature on the thermostat and went to sleep thinking that the room would cool down. It didn't. It was warmer through the night and woke me up. The temperature increased by a couple of degrees Celsius.

Great location, right next to BC Place Stadium, which was the venue for the Switzerland vs. Algeria World Cup match. We could really feel the incredible energy from the fans outside. I booked this hotel over two months in advance through Trip.com, and it became non-changeable after 24 hours. A week before our trip, I noticed the price had dropped by 40%! (Probably due to the World Cup, the initial price was artificially high). Trip.com customer service tried to mediate, but unfortunately, the hotel refused to adjust the rate. The room was spacious enough, and the service was good. There's a supermarket and plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby. The only downside is that it was too expensive, costing over 3300 RMB for one night.
