"The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's fantastic! After landing, I just used a Day Pass to come straight here. Check-in was incredibly convenient! My second impression is how easy it is to find everything around – Costco, Fengtai (a supermarket), food, accommodation, and entertainment are all so accessible. Third, the hotel's swimming pool and hot spring are amazing. After a long day of exploring, I'd go for a soak, and it was so relaxing and refreshing!"

"Although it's a bit far from the city center, there was a bus stop right in front of the accommodation with buses heading downtown, so getting around was absolutely no problem. In fact, I preferred it, as it was a quiet residential area and I got to stay in a spacious house! Having a private room meant I could move around freely without feeling self-conscious. While the bathroom and shower were shared, the bathroom was right outside my door, so it felt almost private. I also never had to wait for the shower, which was great! The kind host always responded quickly to messages! It was such a wonderful place that I'd love to stay there again if I ever visit Vancouver. Thanks to them, I had a very happy stay. Thank you! 🥰"

"Very close to downtown. 20-25min walk to waterfront. Room is clean, and the shared shower room and washroom are clean as well. Personally, the shampoo is not suitable for me. If that matters, I suggest that bring small sample by yourself. My room faces the main street, it was noisy after the happy hour(lol), I dont have sleeping problem, so it didnt bother me at all. They do offer earplugs. You can get them from front desk. Btw, the staff was very nice at the front desk."

"This is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best."

"I like the location of this hotel as it is very near the airport, has shuttle service and is also right at the center of the Asian food/restaurant area. There is a wide variety of Asian cuisine you can choose from all within walking distance. Dim Sum, Sushi, Korean BBQ, H.K. style restaurants, you name it. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a rest and relax area at the lobby where you can get coffee, tea, water etc. while you wait or if you need to use a computer. There is also a gym if you need to do some small workouts. The best thing I like is the ability to open the top small window in the room so fresh air can come in. I always do that so I can turn off the air-conditioning and have fresh air instead. The weather in Vancouver is pleasant so I find it unnecessary for air-conditioning. Plus most hotel air-conditioning is loud. There is a mini fridge and microwave which really comes in handy. As for improvements, if they can add more grip to the shower flooring, that will be safer for guests. I find it quite slippery as the shower floors are too smooth. Also, the shower water pressure is quite pathetic especially on the 6th floor, it feels like dripping water. I always look forward to a good shower especially right after traveling on a plane for over 10 hours. The dripping shower is a disappointment."

SSusan PradjaWe are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

GGuest UserThis was my first solo trip here, and I managed to get the additional visa all by myself. My foreign language skills aren't great, but I DIY'd my itinerary and visa online. Both immigration and the hotel front desk were quite patient with me. I arrived at the hotel at night, and the room was pretty clean. It's also not far from the station. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

XXinwujiban1. The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance to attractions like the Steam Clock and Chinatown, plus you can easily walk to Costco, T&T Supermarket, and the SkyTrain station. Taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance, and it's also very close to the Hertz downtown car rental location. 2. The suite has a double sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic facilities, so you can cook your own meals. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet. 3. The room rate included four complimentary breakfasts, which had a good variety and quality. Several floors in the hotel also provide drinking water, so you can fill your own bottles and save on buying water. 4. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. During our stay, we accidentally broke a bottle cap, and when we informed them, they said we didn't need to pay for it. 5. The hotel is also very close to the 2026 World Cup stadium, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city center.

Everything I needed was provided, and it felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. SSofialThe staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit. Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off. There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated. Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.

It only takes 30 minutes for washing and 60 minutes for drying...

GGuest UserWhile there are fewer amenities, I was travelling with a friend and the hotel gave us a connecting room (two rooms with a shared door).
