This hotel stay absolutely exceeded my expectations, it was amazing! As soon as I arrived, staff members proactively helped me with my luggage. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful; they even patiently explained how to use the room facilities and pointed out nearby amenities.

The room environment was simply outstanding. It was spacious and bright, with a soft and comfortable bed. The sheets and bedding were spotless, and the bathroom was clean, odor-free, with a great wet/dry separation. All the toiletries were neatly arranged and of high quality. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it faced the street, I barely heard any noise, allowing me to sleep soundly every night.

During my stay, I needed to borrow a small item, and the customer service center responded quickly, delivering it to my room in no time. Overall, the service was attentive, and it offered incredible value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room is quite big. The river view is spacious, but the hygiene is terrible!!! I brought a white puppy with me when I checked in, and it won't turn into a ”grey dog” when I enter the room!! There are too many dead corners for hygiene! You can imagine that the white dog is covered with old gray fluff, and there are always curved hairs on it... In the end, I was forced to wipe the floor with a disposable bath towel... If it weren't for the pet-friendly design, I really couldn't live here! In addition, the bath water is heated by an electric water heater, which is only enough for one person (I stayed for three days and didn't take a bath in the room. I went to the foot massage shop downstairs every day to take a bath and go back to sleep)

The aunt also cleans every day, and there is a bathtub 🛁 You can take a bath. The toilet here is indeed blocked occasionally. The shower gel shampoo in the bathroom was still used, and I changed the room once in the middle... Although we don’t mind, it’s really troublesome to change it.

Xiaoyan's memory is still fresh. The proprietress of the restaurant in the yard is very good, and the cooking is also delicious. In the evening, I have a small screw for juice, drink a fresh beer, and a word is cool. Living here is particularly pleasant. Very good choice, recommend everyone.

Firstly i love the location. It is quite center and 10 min walk from metro. Building is easy to find. It is close to Tianfu square,people 's park and also you can walk wuhou shrine and kuangzhai alley etc...They said their heating system is getting renovated but I am a person who gets cold easily so I asked them and they prepared a heater for me. It
 was clean and cleaning lady came every day to give new towels brushes waters and things. Room is pretty big and have all the equipment you need and even more. It is really useful to have washing machine and fridge.I didn't use but if u have ur utensils there is one electric stove.I enjoyed my stay here and recommend!
