1. Service: 100 points. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The concierge at the door proactively helped us with the car door and luggage, informing us that our bags would be delivered to the room shortly. The handsome front desk agent who checked us in was highly efficient and incredibly warm and thoughtful. He proactively informed us about the location and operating hours of the hotel's various facilities and even upgraded our room type. Issues like a damaged bathroom curtain and our need to open a window for ventilation were promptly resolved after we got to the room. The housekeeping staff was also quick to respond when we requested cleaning or additional amenities – kudos to them! 
2. Facilities: 97 points. Our room was on the 18th floor. Upon entering, we found the room to be stifling hot, like a sauna. We wanted to open the window for ventilation but found it locked and unable to open. The front desk later contacted engineering to fix it. My personal suggestion is that while I understand the hotel's concern for safety in preventing guests from opening windows on higher floors, perhaps the window sealing could be more thorough? In my room, the lock securing the window was loose. Some guests, unaware of this, might try to force the window open, which is quite dangerous. I recommend putting up a sign near the window advising guests to contact engineering if they wish to open it, along with a phone number. Also, why do the bathroom trash cans require a foot pedal? After using the restroom, having to touch the pedal with dirty tissue is unsanitary. I suggest replacing them with hands-free trash cans. Additionally, could a 'Do Not Disturb' indicator light be installed instead of requiring a door hanger? 

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, but the dining environment was a bit noisy. Could the background music be turned off? It was too loud.

The Hyatt Regency Wujiaochang is a superb international hotel. With further improvements to these details, it would be even better. I will definitely be back.

Whenever I'm in Jiading, I often choose the Hyatt. Its location is truly unbeatable, right by Yuanxiang Lake with fantastic views. Before the Spring Festival, there was a wonderful festive atmosphere with all the decorations set up. I've also dined at their Chinese restaurant several times; the food is excellent and the service is great. My only minor complaint is that the in-room facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom doesn't have a smart toilet. It would be even better if that could be improved.

Booked a 2.4-meter king bed, which was perfect for traveling with two kids. The hotel is conveniently located above Global Harbor Mall, making it a one-stop shop for everything you need with children.

Facilities: The pool is heated and closes at 10 PM.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: Check-in is on the 7th floor, and we stayed on the 16th floor.
Service: The concierge on the evening of February 28th was excellent. He helped me arrange for a robot to deliver items to my room and even brought up my food delivery from the locker.

Braving the high temperatures, my friends and I took a city walk in Songjiang, having pre-booked our stay at the Hyatt.
Upon arriving at the hotel lobby after parking, it was around 1 PM, and my friend's child was feeling a bit unwell from the heat. Fortunately, we encountered a lovely and compassionate staff member, Ms. Xiao Song, at the front desk. When she heard the child was uncomfortable, she immediately arranged for a room for us to rest in, even though official check-in was after 3 PM (we had booked two rooms). She also kindly walked us through the dining options and parking procedures. Her professionalism and meticulousness were truly impressive.
The hotel's overall ambiance was also good. Although the facilities were a bit dated, the service was still exceptional. Definitely worth recommending!

The hotel location and rooms are very good, but due to the peak Labor Day holiday, manpower was low, there was a lot of delivery trash at the elevator and outside the rooms that was not collected on time. Understandably that waimai is the top choice for most guests because only one restaurant in the hotel was open, perhaps putting a centralized trash bin per floor would be better and signs to educate guests where to throw them. That way pests can be avoided, rooms won’t have smell of food, and the hallways looks cleaner and organized.

The hotel is conveniently located in Chenjia Town, not far from the cross-river bridge when driving down. From building #4, where we stayed, you can enjoy night views of the bridge and the large lawn. When checking in, the front desk attendant specifically asked if we minded a room at either end of the hallway. I said I didn't, and she kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view. The room itself had a sofa, a desk and chair, and a balcony with a swing chair. The bathroom was very spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a shower. Taking a bath was very comfortable 🛀🏻, but the shower pressure was a bit weak, making showering less satisfying. The mini-bar was inside a cabinet; the tea bags were decent, but the coffee wasn't good. The bedding was very soft and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast buffet was below average. Steamed and fried items were all semi-finished products. Pancakes, noodles, wontons, and congee were freshly prepared, but all the stir-fried dishes were vegetarian. Overall, the meal was very ordinary. It was also quite inconvenient that we had to go to the lobby to pick up any food delivery orders. However, the staff's service during both check-in and check-out was excellent. After contacting our butler via WeChat, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating to almost every request. Finally, each guest received a local Chongming specialty as a gift 😊.

The hotel’s location was excellent, the facilities were great, the service was outstanding, and the room was cozy and comfortable. Overall, everything was very good.
The only thing I wished for was a better breakfast selection. Considering it is a five-star hotel, the variety of food was a bit limited, which was slightly disappointing. Other than that, everything was great. Special thanks to Sandy, Nikki, Kuaola, restaurant waiters & waitress as well as the valet parking staff for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. I truly appreciate it.

The overall experience at Hyatt Regency was satisfactory; however, it fell short of expectations when compared to previous stays at similar properties worldwide.  Having stayed at multiple similar properties across the globe, this visit felt comparatively underwhelming. In particular, the room size was noticeably smaller than anticipated, and while the staff were courteous, the level of hospitality did not match what had been experienced in the past.

The hotel is big and great, The cleanliness is on point with daily house keeping and all the amenities. The only thing lacking is the food for breakfast as the apartment residents have to go to the 25th floor for breakfast and the options are limited. The apartment are nice and clean. Depending on the room type you can see the Burj Khalifa. The supermarket downstairs is really useful to buy essentials.  With family the apartment are a really good choice .

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

Great location and room. It is wise to choice here. Near Blackfriar and City Thames Link station. and there is a Tesco near by. You gonna love it. We need vacuum to store our clothes，they happy to help！

The location is not absolutely central, and the tube station was 10 minutes walk, but was convenient and quiet. There were two pubs nearby for food and drinks. 
The hotel reception was efficient and friendly. It was not the usual Hyatt Regency with limited facilities. The room I requested with a view of the Big Ben was amazing. However, it had a relatively small bed. The shower facilities were good and modern.

Old hotel, good location, convenient for shopping nearby. The room facilities are a little old, but the exterior is OK. There is a Cantonese restaurant nearby, the taste is good, recommended.
