Unfortunately, my impression of the hotel was ruined even before check-in. We had requested an early check-in for 11:00 AM via the app beforehand, and it was confirmed. We had an overnight flight, arriving around 7 AM and reaching the hotel by approximately 8 AM. We understood that a room might not be immediately available at 8 AM, but we expected to be able to check in at the confirmed time of 11:00 AM.

However, upon arrival, the reception told us that check-in was only at 3:00 PM because no rooms were available. After an overnight flight, we were extremely tired and ended up spending about 7 hours in the lobby. We kept dozing off on the sofa; at one point, we were woken up and told that a room would be ready soon, but then we waited another hour with no change. We fell asleep again and were once more woken up and told that sleeping in the lobby was not allowed.

The most unpleasant part wasn't the wait itself, but the attitude and lack of proper communication. We weren't offered any solutions: no place to rest comfortably after our overnight flight, no estimated time for when the room would be ready, and no compensation for the inconvenience. Meanwhile, we saw guests checking out that morning, so it's hard to believe that not a single room could be prepared between 9 AM and 3 PM.

We didn't expect to check in right at 8 AM, but if the hotel confirms an early check-in for 11:00 AM, it should be honored. Spending 7 hours in the lobby after an overnight flight, without the ability to properly rest, was a very unpleasant experience. The service at the front desk was disappointing, and I have no desire to return to this hotel.

The check-in situation was also extremely frustrating. We noticed that other guests who arrived after us were checking in earlier, while we were made to wait until the very end. The staff repeatedly stated that the delay was due to room cleaning. However, given that others were being checked in, it felt unfair and left a very negative impression of their guest relations.

We could have just as easily booked connecting flights, spent two hours at the airport, and continued our journey. However, because the hotel had confirmed our early check-in for 11:00 AM in advance, we decided to stay in Istanbul and rest before our next flight. In the end, the confirmed early check-in was not provided, and instead of resting after an overnight flight, we were forced to spend several hours in the lobby.

We had such a beautiful stay.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. Mariya and her team made us feel welcome, relaxed, and truly valued. The warmth and friendliness were consistent throughout our stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Wide selection. Fresh ingredients. Everything was well prepared and beautifully presented. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

Our room was spotless and very well maintained. Clean sheets. Fresh scent. Comfortable bed. You can tell the housekeeping team takes pride in their work.

We also loved the little touches like the mulled wine and marshmallows. Thoughtful details like this make a stay memorable.

A special thank you to Guest Relations, Leila , Mira and Morteza. All of them are  incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They made the experience even more personal and enjoyable.

We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel for recreation. The area is large and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room cleaning is excellent. Food is any taste. Service is excellent

Hotel was amazing . Especially A Lacarte restaurant was great and delicious. Also our special assistant Valeria was great she does everything for us what we need during our stay make all reservations for restaurants etc.  gave information for all animations and shows , answers all of our questions during whatsapp communication she was great!! 
All the drinks are premium bottled and cans etc. Foods are amazing delicious and quality. You can travel inside of the hotel with buggy buses 7/24 which is nice not wasting time or get exhausted to reach beach pool restaurants etc.  

Only thing that I can complain and hotel management needs to take a look and improve is about is that the most of the stuff they barely speak English except the A La Carte stuff. Also they were not nice when they ask something “e.g: pool is closed please leave and let me get the towel. “ this kind of behavior is not nice especially in Rixos.. 

But generally is ok the best hotel in Sharm!

Room service was subpar, and the cleaning wasn't thorough. My bedding wasn't changed daily, and slippers weren't provided. Also, some toiletries were missing. The food selection was vast and varied, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. On my last day, I actually got food poisoning, and I only ate and drank at the hotel. For the price and a 5-star rating, this hotel definitely doesn't deliver.

Nice hotel, new! The guys are trying hard. But still, staying more than two nights gets boring. Be prepared that the large room with a separate living room on the lower floors has a view of the wall. 🤣, photo attached. )))) Naturally, the enterprising guys initially tried to put us in a worse room, which spoiled the initial impression a bit, but after relaxing at dinner (by the way, everything was very tasty) and going on the slides, we got over it. A surprise awaited us in another room: the air conditioner in the bedroom didn't work, my husband slept in the living room... 
It took them 24 hours to fix it. 🤦🏻♀️ Instead of riding the slides, I sat with the repairmen in the room, explaining five times what needed to be done... When they brought a fan, I honestly laughed out loud. The room was just decently priced, not cheap. But if you're positive, nothing will spoil your vacation. 💪. I took off a star for the view of the wall, and for the sleepless night in the heat, and for the next day wasted repairing their air conditioner)))
