Facilities: They have most of the basics, with two or three pools. We booked a deluxe sea view room, but honestly, we should have gone for a pool view. You can't see the sea, it's really far away. All you see are the street below and the parking lot. So much for a 'sea view' room! If we had a pool view, we'd see the pool right outside, which would be more convenient for using it. I think there's also a villa area, but I didn't look closely.

Hygiene: It was alright, pretty standard. The breakfast selection was poor and mostly catered to Western tastes. There were a lot of Russians. I found a hair in my freshly made omelet, which was unpleasant.

Environment: It's pretty average, especially for a resort. The best part is that it's right on the main street, which is quite lively with shops. A few hundred meters up the road is Karon Temple, and the night market is also there, but it's only open on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and we missed it.

Service: It was okay. Staff spoke English and Russian, but no Chinese, which wasn't a problem for basic communication. About 85% of people on Phuket are Russian, so that makes sense. This hotel is decent if the price is right, but it's not worth it if there's a significant holiday premium.

Pros: Excellent location, close to the beach, nice hotel environment, with children's entertainment facilities, and a rich breakfast.

Cons: The hardware facilities are a bit old, the lobby is quite low-end and very hot. There were no welcome drinks or towels upon check-in, instead, they had a Starbucks where you had to buy your own. For a family-friendly hotel, it's not very accommodating to children; we were charged an additional 4200 Thai Baht for 4 nights for a child not occupying a bed (whereas many other hotels in Phuket offer free stays for children). Furthermore, the hotel doesn't offer Chinese-speaking service. The check-in time is late and check-out time is early (3 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out), which goes against international norms.

We have a long holiday with a very big room (2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 1 big living room with a kitchen area) that is good and suitable for a family of 5 like us.
My children love the swimming pool, balcony, sports room and hotel cat. Good location, it is near the beach and food is within a short walking distance.

It is the first time for my children in Phuket. Everything is ok and safe for them. Good service, all reception staff are very friendly especially Khun Bou and a lady with long hair who has a beautiful smile and helped us a lot. We are happy to see the security at the entrance. They smiled and said ”Sawasdee karb” every time we passed by.

We like the sea views from both the bedrooms balcony and mountain view from the living room to have lunch and watch the sunset, no need to find any restaurant because we have everything from our rooms, just need to buy food from outside.

The few things that would be better if they can improve is the bathroom sink is too high for my little daughter, a lot of dried leaves in the pool and noises from the pubs which alerted us a few days but later we got used to it. 
But overall it is ok. Good  😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

Excellent, I'll definitely be back. The room was clean and tidy, and I especially loved the slippers provided. The welcome drink at check-in was unique and delicious. The view of Karon Beach was great, and the swimming pool was beautiful.

What we enjoyed most of our stay was how well treated we were by the staff and our kids had so much fun with all the activities the hotel
Offered daily. This hotel is really family orientated to give the best experience for the entire family. The breakfast was very good and for the kids a special table was set with everything they like in plates and cups themed for boys and girls. Special buffet nights are offered with local dances to entertain. The location is perfect, very close to restaurants, the beach and massages. We will definitely return.

Отдыхали семьёй 2 взрослых и ребенок 3 года на вилле, она была чудесной! Сразу видно, что они недавно их открыли, в номере ещё пахнет чистотой и новой мебелью) все очень красивое, просторное, удобно, что у родителей отдельная комната)
Сервис на высоте, все работники улыбчивые, услужливые, несколько раз в день убирались в номере, приносили вкусные комплименты)
Предлагают завтраки по меню в ресторане только для жителей вилл и ещё можете пользоваться всей инфраструктурой отеля, завтраками в том числе из главного ресторана. Мы завтракали по меню, нам было достаточно. Там на выбор что-то из тайской кухни и стандартные вроде : авокадо тост, Бенедикт, блинчики, омлет, гранола. И ещё можно выбрать небольшие закуски на шведском столе.
С 17:30 до 19 гостям вилл предлагают бесплатные коктейли так же со вкусными закусками. Кофе/чай в неограниченном количестве.
Для деток есть игровая комната, большой бассейн с горками, лейками, ведрами и детская площадка) сын был в восторге ☺️
Наверное, из единственных недочетов, отмечу, что при заселении берут депозит 5000 батт (об этом никто не предупреждал, но нас смутило не это, а то, что депозит возвращают при выезде и у нас был ранний вылет, по просту не было бы возможности потратить тайские батты в таком количестве, но пошли навстречу и вернули депозит накануне, вечером)
До пляжа карон минут 10 пешком, рядом куча магазинов, 7/11, кафешки, массажки и всё всё всё. Уезжать не хотелось, вы молодцы. Надеюсь, уровень будете поддерживать.

Everything else was perfect, but I gave the 'environment' a 4.5 because non-hotel guests can use the same elevator as hotel guests to access the sky restaurant on the 55th floor. This is a huge security concern, and I hope the hotel addresses it.

Now for the positives: I booked a standard room, but the handsome young man at the front desk upgraded me to a suite for free! The comfort level was instantly maxed out. Located on the 49th floor, the room was incredibly spacious, with a separate walk-in closet and a bathtub.

Regarding breakfast, there wasn't a huge variety, but they had fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious bread that was crispy, not too sweet, and not greasy. The bacon was also peppery and fragrant. I ate so much in the morning that I wasn't hungry even after shopping all afternoon.

Also, the hotel's sky bar is definitely worth a visit. They gave us three experience coupons. I ordered red wine, and the other two drinks were non-alcoholic. It had a great vibe, you can see from the photos.

Overall, the hotel's service, facilities, and breakfast were all very good. However, the elevator issue needs to be resolved quickly, as it poses a significant safety hazard.

we had quite a short stay here but absolutely loved it. they had the ABSOLUTE BEST breakfast in the whole hotel breakfasts world - both european and asian types were full of choices and i genuinely couldnt decide where to start. the entire hotel left me speechles with the decor it was really beautiful. the gym had such a nice view of the pool and the surrounding garden. it is also very close to the public transport, shopping malls and night markets. if you consider staying here, definitely yes - you will remember it for a very long time.

We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room and it was pretty big & clean. Had all the amenities you need and big bathroom. It’s quite accessible to centralworld - like a 5-10 minutes walk and along the walk there’s street vendors you get check out. Although location wise it seemed shady at first cause it’s slightly hidden and there’s a mall on the first level which isn’t the actual hotel lobby, reception (located on the 9th floor). Can be confusing for drivers too cause they have to a drive whole big round to reach the hotel entrance. But if you’re by foot, no issue since you can just walk in. Overall still a good stay for a short trip.

The whole stay was great. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We just only had a problem with the bathroom door as it keeps getting stuck when we open and close it and there’s a gap which is gave us some privacy concerns but overall we ha d a great stay. Their breakfast is also really good with lots of options to choose from. We enjoyed the pool, too! Will come to stay here again.

Convenient for visa extension as directly connected to Government complex (Immigration) under one roof.  Front desk, housekeeping efficient and friendly.  Parking guard Gf was the opposite.  Told us to turn inside the building though we have informed him we booked into the hotel and made us going around for the first 2 floors only to find out all parking lots have been permanently blocked off.  Upon our distressed   final approach, we were told to go to 4f where bridged directly to the hotel building.  Otherwise, could have been a comfortable stay.

Centara is good hotel with good gym and good view from windows, room looks fine and wide. Hotel far away from beach side. Restaurant  is expensive, no choice for poor vegetarians… They provide shuttle  bus drop to the beach every hour, thanks.
We stay one week without hot water in shower, reception  know about this problem , but nobody help, doesn’t matter how many times I call.
Fist time in my life I stay in 4****star hotel without good cleaning service, lots of insects on walls,
blankets and pillows very dirty !!!
There is nice swimming pool and garden inside with lots of trees and flowers. 
In this hotel they respect animals much more than humans, so they proud to show on the board lots pictures  with cats and dogs. 
Nearby restaurant  1 vending machine swallow money, but give no snacks, hotel said they not responsible.
Service should be better, need to find a manager with modern education to run this beautiful hotel with prosperity. My opinion if hotel gets money from international clients is better to teach stuff how to communicate with customers on American/English way, perhaps is right way to run business. Stuff is tired and boring all day long.

Our stay was truly wonderful, marked by comfortable beds and spacious, well-appointed rooms that perfectly suited my family’s needs. We especially appreciated the attentive service and thoughtful amenities provided throughout our visit. Older hotel in a quiet location, good location if you’re mainly going to soi 6. Still close enough to city center with a short ride. Minibar in the room is nice.
