We traveled from Shangri-La Green Valley, Linka, Benzilan to the most anticipated Meili Songtsan. Let me start with the environment. The view of Meili Snow Mountain was very nice. We saw the golden mountain in the sun. The service of Songtsan was also online. However, the food in Meili was really bad. The restaurant management was very good. They kept changing the dishes and waived the meal fee in the end. However, as a hotel at this price, it should be improved. There were also bugs in the food. When we checked out in the morning, the front desk service was always on the phone. We waited for 10 minutes at the door with two luggages. It was hard to describe.

It was my first time staying at Songtsam. Benzilan is the smallest one. It is in a small village and has its own characteristics. The decoration is of good quality. The room is comfortable and clean, which is in line with the low-key luxury positioning of Songtsam. The barbecue dinner is 350 per person. The ingredients are good and all are fresh local specialties. The portion size and dishes are arranged reasonably. The breakfast is very ordinary, and there is no decent coffee.
In general, the experience is good but the price-performance ratio is average, especially in winter when there is no scenery. The nearby LUXE Benzilan is only half the price. If you really want to experience the Songtsam culture, you might as well spend the remaining money here to live in a more distinctive location.

Songzan is worth experiencing, warm and comfortable, eat well! Feeling at home.
Unfortunately, the whole environment was damaged because of the relocation of flooded households in Cizhong. The pastoral scenery is gone. regret! This is a distribution center for extremely beautiful hiking routes such as Antarctic Luo.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a ten-minute walk to Songzanlin Monastery! Although the hotel has been open for some years, the facilities are well-maintained, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. As a 'super hotel enthusiast' who is a bit of a clean freak, I hesitated for a long time before booking. I ultimately chose to stay at the recently opened Indigo, only booking a 'one-night experience' at the long-admired Songtsam Linka. The family suite I booked offered lovely views, with Songzanlin Monastery clearly visible from the window. The entire hotel has a strong ******* style, and the personalized management makes you feel so welcome! Everything exceeded my expectations, but it's a shame I didn't book more time at Songtsam! I'd like to extend special thanks to our butler, Diji Zhuoma, who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Upon learning that one of my family members was celebrating a birthday, she immediately brought a handwritten ******* greeting card and a birthday cake 🎂, which deeply touched us. This 'Songtsam-style service' made us feel right at home—it was so comforting and healing!!! Thank you, Songtsam, for nurturing such outstanding staff. I will definitely be back next time—I've fallen in love with Songtsam...

Green Valley was fantastic! The hotel itself is incredibly rich in local character, making it feel like you're staying in a ******* cultural museum. The staff were also wonderfully friendly and approachable. When we suffered from altitude sickness, they even thoughtfully provided oxygen machines. I highly recommend participating in the hotel's various activities, such as hiking and rubbings; they are all fascinating and offer a wonderful insight into the local culture and way of life.

The hotel is very big, the environment is very beautiful, there are small scenes everywhere, the scenery of the small pier behind is also unique, and I saw two cute kittens.
The service staff are very good; the breakfast is very rich and the food is good.
The pillow is not very comfortable. It will become very hard and uncomfortable after sleeping for a long time. The pillows of other Songzan hotels are not so hard.
