Attended Phoenix Legend's Sunday concert and couldn't catch the last train back. Staying here for a night to catch an early train back to Shanghai for work was super convenient. The room had a lovely Chinese-style decor, was very clean and spacious. The price was moderate, offering excellent value for money. It's also really close to Hangzhou East Railway Station, just a five-minute taxi ride. Highly recommend!

After comparing many hotels, I finally settled on Hangzhou Jianggan Atour Hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The room had a lovely Chinese-style decor and was very spacious. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Its location is super convenient, close to both the subway station and the riverside. Plus, the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

I arrived at 10 PM late at night to check in, and despite the lateness, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and quickly arranged everything for me! A special thank you to Xiao Li at the front desk; he was very enthusiastic and confident before I arrived, and even provided me with information on free and paid attractions. I was truly touched by his warmth and attentiveness!

Environment: Conveniently located near both the train station and tourist attractions; excellent location. The environment is very grand.

I was surprised by how good the breakfast on the 2nd floor and the lunch on the 4th floor were! The stir-fried chicken was much better than the other farmhouse-style dishes; I'll definitely come back here next time!

The facilities are excellent and thoughtful. Room amenities are high-quality and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable. The hot water in the bathroom is consistent, and the toiletries are good. Everything is well-equipped. The service is attentive and thorough. The front desk staff are gentle and polite, and check-in/check-out is efficient. Room service is prompt, and requests are quickly resolved.

The hotel is easy to find. We inquired about parking a few days in advance. The boy and Chen at the front desk made good arrangements and reimbursed the parking fee as promised before leaving. Therefore, the parking bug we saw before is not a problem. The most important thing is to have fun and have fun. The hotel does not To avoid this, both the service staff and the parking management staff took the initiative to greet us and provide guidance until late at night. Very satisfied with this! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the Cantonese cuisine for dinner is also delicious.
The choice of Lin'an originated from a limerick written by Su Dongpo, a great writer in the Northern Song Dynasty, ”No bamboo makes people vulgar, no meat makes people thin, not vulgar but not thin, braised pork with bamboo shoots” has been passed down by foodies to this day. Located in the west of Zhejiang, with a thousand-year Wuyue cultural gene, it is quiet and beautiful, suitable for living away from the world.

Location: This place is a bit off the beaten path. The entire hotel's design style is very Thai, with elephants and that typical Thai massage parlor vibe. It's also quite dark, with only yellow lighting in the rooms. I say this because I've been to Thailand many times, and this is truly that Thai style.

Service: Average. Our room was on the third floor, and we still had to climb stairs, which felt like a strange setup and design choice. Seriously.

Surroundings: Within walking distance, there's a shopping mall (KLab) and several office buildings. If it rains, it's a bit inconvenient; you'll need to take a taxi. If you're driving, there's parking available.

Facilities: Average. We stayed for three days and two nights, even during a holiday. We only chose it because the price was good. 3 days and 2 nights for 399 yuan, including breakfast for two. The breakfast was quite rich and genuinely good, I have to admit!

My partner thought the hotel's location and design were a bit odd from the start, but I told him it was the Thai style, like those Thai massage parlors with similar lighting and design. Anyway, we were only in the room to sleep and left early each morning, so we just dealt with it for two nights. So, if you're not a fan of this kind of design, choose carefully!

Also, the food delivery robot couldn't reach our room, apparently due to the steps. If you have large luggage, avoid rooms that require climbing stairs.

The hotel is newly opened, so all the facilities are quite new. The location is excellent, with a Freshippo (Hema) supermarket and a mall right across the street. The service is friendly, making you feel right at home. The only minor drawback is the design of the TV and the bed; they're positioned at a right angle, making it impossible to watch TV comfortably from bed.

Family rooms with balconies offer a better view, providing a glimpse of the lake. My family room, however, was interior-facing and only offered a mountain view. The hotel has a children's play area, with an outdoor slide that can get quite sunny. There's also a small pool right by the entrance. Fish Street is just a short walk away, which was very convenient for dining. The breakfast spread was quite varied, and an additional breakfast only cost 30. On the downside, room cleanliness was just average. The dust on the black partitions seemed ingrained and couldn't be wiped off, and even the wall sconces were dusty. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation. The room facilities are very good. The room is very clean and tidy. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. Everything is relatively complete. It is very close to Hangzhou Normal University. Xiaoying and Mumu at the front desk provide very good and attentive service with good service attitude. The little robot is very cute. I look forward to staying there next time.

I arrived at the hotel around 3 PM and the lady at the front desk kindly upgraded me to a lake-view room and even gave us a small gift. On our last day, we were supposed to check out at 2 PM, but my child was asleep. After discussing it with the staff, they allowed us to check out at 3 PM, which I found very thoughtful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends next time.

Got a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise! The hotel is very close to The Bund, and Yu Garden station is within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. The room was quite soundproof, and unlike other hotels on this trip, there was no sewage odor. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options. Overall, I recommend staying here.

This hotel is a hidden gem right next to the World Expo area, making it my top choice for concerts. The service is excellent, and it offers great value for money. The room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It definitely deserves a positive review and recommendation; I'll be sure to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

The room was well-decorated with large windows and a very comfortable bed. The hot water from the faucet heated up quickly, making for a pleasant shower experience. The mini-fridge was stocked with bottled water and sodas.

**Atmosphere:** The hotel entrance features a charming fountain. While there aren't many small shops right next to the hotel, there are plenty of dining options about a kilometer away.

**Service:** The female staff member who checked me in was very polite and courteous. Both male staff members at checkout were excellent; one, Mr. L, was particularly helpful in assisting with driving the car out. Many thanks to him. 

**Breakfast:** Breakfast was good, and the staff member serving noodles had a very pleasant attitude.

We drove to Shanghai especially for Chinese New Year. Parking was convenient with spots available both above and below ground. We were thrilled to get an upgraded room after checking in. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the room was very tidy. They even have robots delivering services, which shows great attention to detail. We were very satisfied with our experience. Getting around was easy, with a bus stop downstairs (bus 746 goes directly to the Shanghai Museum East Branch). The subway isn't too far either. The surrounding area is great for a full day of exploring, with Fudan Handan Campus, Tongji University, Shanghai International Studies University, and Luxun Park all nearby. It was an excellent choice, and we'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

The both male staffs during check in were very attentive and helpful. I reached very early at around 8.15am, they are very kind to allow me for early check in, with a wait of approximately 35mins as the room still not done with cleaning.

The staff name xiao yang (小杨-杨昌华）was very helpful and friendly. Due to early check in, my room was being arranged at 3rd level with no elevator access. So he helped to carry my 20kg luggage up, and down during check out. He also informed me that I can call to the counter during check out, so that someone can help with the luggage.
He also helped me to carried it from and to the car. 

Truly appreciate his good service which hardly get in other accommodation nowadays!

The hotel was newly renovated in 2025, featuring a bright and tidy lobby with a refreshing and sophisticated Klein blue theme. The rooms have a wet/dry separation bathroom, a medium-firm mattress, and clean, odorless bedding. The bathroom has excellent water pressure and fast hot water. Smart facilities are comprehensive, ventilation and lighting are good, and it's quiet and peaceful. Daily housekeeping is prompt, and toiletries are replenished well. The free laundry room is incredibly practical. Full marks for cleanliness!

The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, check-in is efficient, they answer all questions, and even recommend local delicacies and sightseeing routes. After an unsatisfactory stay at another hotel nearby, I decided to try this one, booking just a single night initially as I wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly patient, meticulous, and welcoming, demonstrating high professionalism and efficiency. The manager even showed us several rooms to ensure we found one to our liking – their service attitude was truly exceptional. The hotel boasts high ceilings and very spacious corridors, making the stay feel incredibly comfortable and airy, not at all cramped. The breakfast was also very generous; I had only ordered one portion, but the manager, knowing there were two of us, graciously provided an extra one free of charge. Based on this excellent experience, from check-in to settling into our room, I immediately extended our stay for a second night. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future visits.
