The hotel is very conveniently located close to the metro. However, the room I was assigned was not very satisfactory, as both the bathroom and bedroom had a musty smell. I went to the front desk to request a room change, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked that day, so they were unable to accommodate my request. As a result, I had to purchase an air freshener and handle the issue myself.

On the last night of my stay, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire floor. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, so there should not have been any cigarette odor in that area. However, the smell was extremely noticeable, and it even spread into my bedroom.

The twin room size was a pleasant surprise! For this price in Tokyo, the room was quite spacious. The beds were about 1.2 meters wide, and I could easily open a 28-inch suitcase and a 24-inch front-opening suitcase with plenty of room to walk around. There was even a washbasin outside the bathroom, which was very convenient to use. The room cleanliness was good too. For getting around, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway entrance. Even with luggage, it's just a 12-minute walk to the bus stop for airport buses to both airports, making transportation very convenient. It's also a little over a 10-minute walk to JR Nihonbashi Station.

Smile Hotel Sugamo, Tokyo, is super conveniently located right next to Sugamo Station. You can just step out and hop on the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is quite attentive, so I felt really comfortable during my stay. There are tons of snack options nearby, and breakfast even made me feel happy 😋. While the facilities aren't luxurious, it offers great value for money, perfect for a short trip or traveling with friends. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd consider staying here again next time 👍.

Let's do the sad thing first. The room is small but tells you on the reviews, 
The breakfast you have to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant over the bridge to a set menu place. Sadly I'm it does not cater for veggies, it was beef or salmon.
We didn't get a refund either.
The washing machine was brilliant, we washed everything before coming home.
The room only gets cleaned every 3 days, which wasn't done on day 3, but think it was a conuncation thing. 
The staff are kind and very helpful. It was real close to both stations you need to get everywhere, including the bullet train.
All in all the place was easy to find and great location for us.

The rooms are dated, still using keys. The hotel is clean, amenities were good, they supply 1 small bottle of water per day. The bed was really comfortable. It mentions the laundry room is free, but actually is 300 yen/ wash and 100yen/drying. The staff is very friendly, and there was always at least 1 staff member that could speak English to help with communication.
The location was not the best (at least 30 min to get to the most famous landmarks), but was close to the subway station (5-15min walk).

Staying at this hotel alone was an absolutely perfect experience! While the overall space isn't huge, the clever Japanese design really shines through. The layout is incredibly well-planned, allowing plenty of room to open up two suitcases comfortably, and the storage areas are a thoughtful touch. For a solo traveler, it never felt cramped or restrictive.

The cleanliness throughout the entire room was astonishing. From the bedding and tabletops to every corner of the bathroom, everything was spotless. The towels, toiletries, and other amenities were neatly arranged, and this meticulous attention to detail really put me at ease.

The location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk to the tram station, making daily commutes, sightseeing, and dining out super convenient. Plus, there are three convenience stores and a drug store nearby, so you can easily grab late-night snacks, restock travel essentials, or pick up daily necessities in one go, without any detours. It's truly ideal for solo travelers.

The front desk staff were also very attentive, communicating smoothly and friendly. Both check-in and check-out processes were incredibly quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. For a solo trip to Japan, choosing this place is a no-brainer – highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel!
The hotel is 3 minutes away from Shinkoiwa station, 15 from Akihabara, Tokyo Station and direct line to Yokohama and Kamakura. You can hear the outside, the train etc but I don't think it was too much of a bother.
The staff was amazing, though they barely spoke English but they were really nice and accommodating. They have amenities at the front desk and you can also ask for a scale if needed. The room itself was good enough for me and the bed was comfortable.
 I took the breakfast option and the food was good at Jonathan's.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 6-minute walk from the JR station via the skybridge on the second floor, and along the way you can find Wendy's Burgers, Sushiro, gacha machines, yodobashi and Daiso. Donki is just across the street, and Takashimaya is a 5-minute walk away. Showa Park is also a short walk from there. The room, though small, was fully equipped. Amenities included a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hair tie, and cotton swabs. The mini-fridge had drip coffee and tea bags on top, and there were plenty of charging outlets. Ice and a microwave were available on the fifth floor. I checked in early November, and although it might have been the off-season, both nights were very quiet.

Good price and sooooooo GOOD LOCATION not to far from train station, walk around 3-5 minutes from station. And it easily to take the train to Shinjuku because you haven’t change the train line. The room is small but not the problem but i can’t find the way to close the heaters and open the air conditioner, so i had to open the window at night for the cold weather for good sleeping. 👍🏻 the hotel will be remain in my list for next trip if i’d have plan to visiting Tokyo.

well. nice environment. The reception was very kind and smiling. The hotel's instructions are in English, whether it is the bedding in the room or the sukiyaki practice for dinner. It is very convenient for tourists in English-speaking countries. There are also a variety of colors to choose from. The hot spring water is an alkaline sulfur spring, which is greasy to wash on the body.

Dear Hotel Management,
 I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter.

On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately.

When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later.

 If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email.

호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 

20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 

호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다.

It's super convenient for catching a concert at Tokyo Dome! There are tons of shops and malls nearby, so shopping and dining are a breeze. I really enjoyed the breakfast; I love natto, and the Japanese rice was delicious, as was the salmon. I prefer lighter meals, and this place was perfect. If I get the chance, I'd definitely stay here again. It's a small place, but it has everything you need. The front desk area isn't big, but it's very clean.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the room size was compact, it was sufficient for a comfortable stay in Osaka. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided were adequate.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and is a great choice for travelers visiting Osaka. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is just a short walk from Nishinakajima Station (Exit 1) and only one stop away from Shin-Osaka Station, making it very convenient for trips to the airport and Kyoto. I can also easily reach Umeda, Namba, and Tennoji on the Midosuji Line.

There are 5 minimarts nearby, plus a Matsuya restaurant, so it's easy to find cheap and delicious food. This area is quiet and peaceful, and the room was spacious enough to open a 28-inch suitcase comfortably. I also loved the shampoo and body wash—they smelled amazing!

Housekeeping is done every 3 days, but the staff will replace towels and collect trash daily if requested. Every staffs was friendly and welcoming.

The only small downside is that the walls are a little thin, so I occasionally heard some noise from the next room. Still, it didn't affect my sleep at all.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with an ice machine, vending machine, and a large public bath. Service: The staff can speak English and Japanese, and they provide multi-language brochures for local attractions. Hygiene: The room was clean and well-stocked with amenities.

Not far from Tennoji PARK exit, about a five-minute walk. Coincidentally, you'll pass Horikoshi Shrine, famous for granting 'only one wish in a lifetime.' I'd always wanted to go, and this time I happened to pass by. The room was decent; I was in the first room right off the elevator, and it was quite spacious, enough to spread out my luggage. The women's public bath seemed to have a few hours of operation in the evening, but I didn't get a chance to go and just showered in my room instead.

The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, and it's a bit of a walk from Higobashi subway station. When I arrived, I walked through an underground passage after exiting the subway, and then emerged from the basement of a building to find myself already in Nakanoshima. It was another short walk from there to the hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Their English wasn't perfect, but simple communication was manageable.

The room was a bit small, but the window faced directly onto the Tosabori River, and there was no noise, which was great.

The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the restaurant staff were very nice.

The hotel is on an island and is very close to Watanabebashi Station on the Keihan Nakanoshima Line, making it incredibly convenient to get to Kyoto by Keihan train.

When I left, I walked along the riverside directly to Higobashi subway station, which took about 10 minutes. The view was much more open than in the underground passage, and it didn't feel too far at all.

Excellent! Everything was in good condition and sufficient, and the facilities were great, *************.

Overall is good. extend again after 3 Night stay.
The toilet light will on off when open showel.
Inform counter n get take note.
When back the boss asking for maintanance floor file.
Keep care of quality.

Its a good location for solo traveller , the place is near to shopping mall and there are also various food place that we can go , I highly recommended these place for people who love to travel

Overall, it's a very good place, comfortable, and has all the necessary facilities. Parking is plentiful. Public transportation, including the MRT, is nearby and within walking distance. The environment is quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.
