The hotel seems a bit older and its location is a bit out of the way, but the price is definitely better than other places. It's a pretty good option for a one or two-night stay. There's also a convenience store nearby, which is very handy.

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Sugamo Station that has both subway and JR trains, which makes it a good area to live in. There are shops and restaurants all around. The hotel is clean and provides free bottles of water, though the water from the tap is suitable for drinking. The staff is friendly and helpful, both English speaking and non-English speaking.

Staying at this hotel alone was an absolutely perfect experience! While the overall space isn't huge, the clever Japanese design really shines through. The layout is incredibly well-planned, allowing plenty of room to open up two suitcases comfortably, and the storage areas are a thoughtful touch. For a solo traveler, it never felt cramped or restrictive.

The cleanliness throughout the entire room was astonishing. From the bedding and tabletops to every corner of the bathroom, everything was spotless. The towels, toiletries, and other amenities were neatly arranged, and this meticulous attention to detail really put me at ease.

The location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk to the tram station, making daily commutes, sightseeing, and dining out super convenient. Plus, there are three convenience stores and a drug store nearby, so you can easily grab late-night snacks, restock travel essentials, or pick up daily necessities in one go, without any detours. It's truly ideal for solo travelers.

The front desk staff were also very attentive, communicating smoothly and friendly. Both check-in and check-out processes were incredibly quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. For a solo trip to Japan, choosing this place is a no-brainer – highly recommended!

The location is absolutely unbeatable. There are bus connections to both Narita and Haneda airports, and the bus stop is just a 10-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. It's also super easy to get to Ginza, Shinjuku, Roppongi, and Shibuya, with the subway station just a minute's walk from the hotel. Getting anywhere is a breeze. While the room isn't huge, it's very well-equipped. The front desk staff speak fluent English and the service is lovely. The only minor drawback is a persistent odor in the elevator, but thankfully, it doesn't extend to the room. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 6-minute walk from the JR station via the skybridge on the second floor, and along the way you can find Wendy's Burgers, Sushiro, gacha machines, yodobashi and Daiso. Donki is just across the street, and Takashimaya is a 5-minute walk away. Showa Park is also a short walk from there. The room, though small, was fully equipped. Amenities included a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hair tie, and cotton swabs. The mini-fridge had drip coffee and tea bags on top, and there were plenty of charging outlets. Ice and a microwave were available on the fifth floor. I checked in early November, and although it might have been the off-season, both nights were very quiet.

Although the space is not big but all you need is completely prepared. I like the clothes spray prepared by hotel, is sweet because I can spray after eating big smell meal like sukiyaki etc
And all the staffs are friendly also!

This was quite funny. When booking, I requested a non-corner room, non-smoking, and close to the elevator. However, upon check-in, the front desk assigned me a corner room far from the elevator. The hallway air quality wasn't great. The room size was decent, clean, quiet, and odorless. In the bathroom, there was a hair over 20 centimeters long hanging on the bathtub wall. Everything else was good though. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel's location is good, very close to the station, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping.

Let's do the sad thing first. The room is small but tells you on the reviews, 
The breakfast you have to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant over the bridge to a set menu place. Sadly I'm it does not cater for veggies, it was beef or salmon.
We didn't get a refund either.
The washing machine was brilliant, we washed everything before coming home.
The room only gets cleaned every 3 days, which wasn't done on day 3, but think it was a conuncation thing. 
The staff are kind and very helpful. It was real close to both stations you need to get everywhere, including the bullet train.
All in all the place was easy to find and great location for us.

Good price and sooooooo GOOD LOCATION not to far from train station, walk around 3-5 minutes from station. And it easily to take the train to Shinjuku because you haven’t change the train line. The room is small but not the problem but i can’t find the way to close the heaters and open the air conditioner, so i had to open the window at night for the cold weather for good sleeping. 👍🏻 the hotel will be remain in my list for next trip if i’d have plan to visiting Tokyo.

well. nice environment. The reception was very kind and smiling. The hotel's instructions are in English, whether it is the bedding in the room or the sukiyaki practice for dinner. It is very convenient for tourists in English-speaking countries. There are also a variety of colors to choose from. The hot spring water is an alkaline sulfur spring, which is greasy to wash on the body.

LUGGAGE STORAGE 💀 
💕Overall the hotel is amazing! Near to 7/11 and Lawson. There’s an airport bus just 5minutes away. However, their luggage storage system, it says there’s free luggage storage but they only allow ONE baggage per person, if there’s 2 ppl in your room then 2 luggages. You can store your other luggages at the mall where the airport bus is, BUT Sundays the storage space is closed and we had to drag our luggages to somewhere else for a whole day….you should have written the one luggage per person instead of free luggage storage at the concierge so that people can plan accordingly.

The bathroom was small but clean and functional. Everything else was great; fresh towels were left at the door daily, which was very convenient and thoughtful. The room was cleaned every three days, perfect for guests who prefer minimal disturbance. Overall, it was simple, comfortable, and good value for money.

Very perfect location with many transport options and different lines available. It’s within walking distance to Dotonbori and Namba. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and the hotel is opposite McDonald’s and a 24-hour AEON hypermarket.
The room is enough for two people and has everything we need. It’s not very big, but more than sufficient.
We will definitely stay here again when we visit Osaka!

Had a fantastic stay! While the hotel is a bit of a walk from Tennoji Station, about 10 minutes, there's a slight uphill section that can be a bit challenging with luggage. However, the hotel itself is excellent. The room was much larger than a hotel I stayed at in Tokyo for 800 yen a night, with a comfortable bed and a desk. The bathroom was even slightly bigger than a standard one, and besides the shower, the hotel also has its own public bath, and provides yukata (Japanese robes), which was a lovely touch. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The hotel's in-house travel magazine was also a great read, offering a very enjoyable regional breakdown of recommended dining, entertainment, and attractions in Osaka and Kyoto. Highly recommend!

The room was spotless and felt brand new. It was actually bigger than I expected, and its close proximity to the subway station was a huge plus. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby too.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with an ice machine, vending machine, and a large public bath. Service: The staff can speak English and Japanese, and they provide multi-language brochures for local attractions. Hygiene: The room was clean and well-stocked with amenities.

The front desk service was quite good. Even though the price was affordable, the room size wasn't small. Transportation isn't super convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station. However, a taxi to Osaka Station is only around 1000+ yen, so no need to worry too much if you're carrying luggage. The air conditioning in the room was quite dirty; I hope they can improve that.

i booked so many times here! i'd prefer solo trip if i want to stay more than a day. cuz single room much better! hehe.. i tried all rooms. single, couple and family. all were good! even the single and couple room kinda small, but we were good and it was still comfortable for us. recommended to all who has short trip in KL! i sometimes drive, they have their own parking (free) but i prefer to park outside because the parking kinda creepy for me as a girl.

Its a good location for solo traveller , the place is near to shopping mall and there are also various food place that we can go , I highly recommended these place for people who love to travel

Stayed at room 304. Sound isolation is not that great, you can hear the dogs barking. Smell isolation is not great as well, I think there's a restaurant below the hotel, you can smell the food at times. 

Daily makeup of the bed and toiletries is non existent as well. But I ain't complaining about the price if you plan to stay for 2 to 3 days. Alot of shops located around the hotel. Location is great.
