The Hotel is named as Smile Hotel, I dont know If somebody told that allready to the reception stuff, No greeting, No friendly face.

But thats just for the receptionist, the cleaning stuff is very friendly and helpfull,

The Rest of the Hotel is okay, normal standart for Japan, clean, quiet and everything in the room what you need. Its close to the Metro and around 30 Minutes into town.

Many shops and supermarkets are close by.

The twin room size was a pleasant surprise! For this price in Tokyo, the room was quite spacious. The beds were about 1.2 meters wide, and I could easily open a 28-inch suitcase and a 24-inch front-opening suitcase with plenty of room to walk around. There was even a washbasin outside the bathroom, which was very convenient to use. The room cleanliness was good too. For getting around, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway entrance. Even with luggage, it's just a 12-minute walk to the bus stop for airport buses to both airports, making transportation very convenient. It's also a little over a 10-minute walk to JR Nihonbashi Station.

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Sugamo Station that has both subway and JR trains, which makes it a good area to live in. There are shops and restaurants all around. The hotel is clean and provides free bottles of water, though the water from the tap is suitable for drinking. The staff is friendly and helpful, both English speaking and non-English speaking.

I mainly stayed here for Disneyland, and it's very close to the subway station (you can take the subway or bus). There's also an airport shuttle bus that goes directly to Kasai Station, and then it's about a 15-minute walk to Nishi-Kasai Station (which is the subway station near their hotel). There are plenty of food options and several convenience stores right outside the hotel. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, but check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was indeed tiny, but for Tokyo, the price was definitely cheap. We just stayed for one night before moving closer to Disneyland, so it was alright.

Service is fantastic. Everything is good! Location is literally next to the station. A very affordable hotel if you’re looking to chill and have a calm time at Tokyo. Be aware that if you’re not a smoker, you’d smell cigarette smoke often. Other than that, it’s pretty good! Highly recommend!

Great location. Bed was comfy and shower was nice and hot. The room is small as with most business hotel rooms. Earplugs they provided helped a ton as the soundproofing is poor. Area is quiet and safe.

I was in town for a show, and this hotel is really close to Tachikawa Stage Garden. It's super clean, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze.

A very clean and comfortable small room with a classic Japanese layout. It's very close to Tokyo Tower. The only downside is that there aren't many food options outside the hotel, as it's in an area somewhat removed from tourist crowds, but it's also quite peaceful. Being right next to the subway, getting around is convenient. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money.

Good price and sooooooo GOOD LOCATION not to far from train station, walk around 3-5 minutes from station. And it easily to take the train to Shinjuku because you haven’t change the train line. The room is small but not the problem but i can’t find the way to close the heaters and open the air conditioner, so i had to open the window at night for the cold weather for good sleeping. 👍🏻 the hotel will be remain in my list for next trip if i’d have plan to visiting Tokyo.

well. nice environment. The reception was very kind and smiling. The hotel's instructions are in English, whether it is the bedding in the room or the sukiyaki practice for dinner. It is very convenient for tourists in English-speaking countries. There are also a variety of colors to choose from. The hot spring water is an alkaline sulfur spring, which is greasy to wash on the body.

It's been over 10 years since I last visited Osaka, so I specifically booked this hotel nearby. I chose it based on the price, ratings, and reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint – it exceeded my expectations! It offers incredible value for money. It's only a 5 to 8-minute walk from the busiest part of Shinsaibashi. The facilities are very new, and the service is excellent. The room facilities were better than I expected, and I was lucky enough to be assigned to the top floor, so the view was incredibly open and bright. If I could stay on the top floor again next time, that would be absolutely wonderful.

The room was very clean and quiet, and had everything I needed. They offer unlimited toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, etc. on the first floor. It's also very convenient for getting to the city center, and there are 7-Elevens nearby. I'd definitely come back again~

The location is absolutely wonderful, there are about 3 convenient stores near the hotel, only a 500m walk to the nearest metro station and about 900m to Shin Osaka station, really convenient for those who want to explore nearby cities such as Kyoto, Uji, Nara and Himeiji etc. The staffs are really nice and the room is very clean, we will definitely book this place again for our next kansai trip!

The overall stay was comfortable, but there are a few areas that need improvement.

Regarding security:
It's concerning that you can access floors without a room key.

Amenities:
Mineral water and skincare products were not provided.

On the positive side, having a washing machine was very convenient. However, the allocation of washing machines is unreasonable – the female-only area has only two machines, and once they're full, women have to use the machines in the male area, which is not a pleasant experience.

In summary:
The overall comfort is there, but there's room for optimization in terms of detailed management and gender-specific space design.

Had a fantastic stay! While the hotel is a bit of a walk from Tennoji Station, about 10 minutes, there's a slight uphill section that can be a bit challenging with luggage. However, the hotel itself is excellent. The room was much larger than a hotel I stayed at in Tokyo for 800 yen a night, with a comfortable bed and a desk. The bathroom was even slightly bigger than a standard one, and besides the shower, the hotel also has its own public bath, and provides yukata (Japanese robes), which was a lovely touch. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The hotel's in-house travel magazine was also a great read, offering a very enjoyable regional breakdown of recommended dining, entertainment, and attractions in Osaka and Kyoto. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with an ice machine, vending machine, and a large public bath. Service: The staff can speak English and Japanese, and they provide multi-language brochures for local attractions. Hygiene: The room was clean and well-stocked with amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Osaka Metro's Higobashi Station, with a 7-Eleven nearby. It's also relatively close to the Umeda shopping district.

i stay hotel ni 2 hari bilik 301. First day, aircorn lambat sikit nak sejuk, tgh2 malam baru sejuk. I just hope pihak hotel take this action seriosly - jangan lupa servis aircorn. Second day, sejuk pulak aircorn nih 😊 mungkin malam tadi hujan? btw, i suka staff lelaki (waktu pagi) yang handle case i tu (xtahu nama) dia very polite dan very professional serta cekap 👍🏻 10/10 star for you. thank you so much!

The hotel service was so-so. The room had peeling paint on the ceiling, and they charged 10 MYR for an extra pillow. I also left behind a charger with three cables, but they claimed they couldn't find it. On the bright side, the front desk manager was very friendly, which was a plus.

Its a good location for solo traveller , the place is near to shopping mall and there are also various food place that we can go , I highly recommended these place for people who love to travel

my second stay here.. love the room with the great location.. value for money..
