The room's soundproofing was poor; I could hear people talking and opening/closing doors in the next room in the hallway, and even coughs were clearly audible. The hotel is located by the road, and I could hear large trucks driving by in the early morning. The hotel air conditioner had a very unpleasant smell when the heater was on, as if the air conditioning ducts were burnt. There was a sign in the hotel elevator advertising a ”treasure trove” service, but when I called to ask, nothing was available. Before check-in, they gave me two bottles of yogurt as a gift. When I extended my stay, the housekeeping didn't even bother to make the bed; they just changed the towels and took out the trash. They didn't even replace the disposable slippers. (I regret not taking pictures.) The service was quite poor.

This is the fourth time I have stayed. Every time I come to Zhengzhou, I will give priority to it. The front desk service is also very good. I try my best to meet the customer's requirements. Every front desk lady is very patient with a smile. You must praise it. It feels old, I didn't have shower gel in the middle of the night. I quickly called the front desk and sent it in less than two minutes. It was really good!

Like it, not far from the subway station bus station, the room is clean, the mattress is very comfortable, the bathroom is dry and wet.

This hotel is amazing! The lobby is elegant, the rooms are spotless, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The most surprising thing is how quiet it is. During my stay this time, I went to Henan and the movie town. The pick-up service was really convenient. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and handled things in a timely manner. The room was large, the sanitation was very clean and the equipment was perfect. There is a gym on the second floor and a washing machine and dryer on the third floor. Breakfast is also very complete, the duration is very long, 7.30-10 points, three days of cooking is not heavy, the aunt who manages breakfast is very intimate

The location of the hotel is excellent, the subway station/city center business district is convenient to go anywhere. The surrounding area is very quiet and the rest is very good at night.
From the front desk to room service, every staff member is warm and thoughtful, take the initiative to say hello and respond to requests. Check-in and check-out procedures are fast.
The room was more spacious, clean and tidy than expected, without any smell. The mattress and pillows were moderately firm and hard, and I slept until dawn. The shower water pressure is sufficient and the hot water comes quickly.

The front desk staff will call to confirm your room before entering. The lobby isn't large, but it's thoughtfully decorated. The front desk ladies always stand up to greet you. The room is well-planned, and the bed is very comfortable. The small sofa and coffee table are also very convenient. The separate wet and dry areas are convenient for use. The rain shower head easily splashes water outside, so a straight-down shower head would be more convenient for washing your hair. The breakfast has a variety of stir-fries, which, if you're used to eating stir-fries in the morning, will satisfy your daily needs. The soy milk is my favorite, very thick. Oh, and the subway is great. I love commuting.

Transportation: The hotel is one subway stop from Luoyang Railway Station, getting off at Guohuayuan Station. The bus stop right in front of the hotel provides seamless transfers.
Food: Nearby Zhuangyuanhong Road offers a variety of delicious restaurants, including beef soup and tofu soup in the morning and barbecue in the evening.
Hotel Facilities: The rooms are newly renovated, though still slightly smelly. I recommend adding some plants. The rooms are clean, and any minor issues with the facilities are promptly addressed. Free parking is available. There is also a laundry room with dryer and a gym on the second floor.
Service: The front desk was excellent, and they even offered a free room upgrade for a 4:00 AM check-in.
Suggestion: The laundry room could provide bags for clean clothes. The maid could also check the room amenities during cleaning to prevent any problems.
Recommendation: Thank you for the complimentary peony cakes. I will stay here again next time I visit Luoyang.

I rarely comment on hotels, but their store is really good. I stayed in their chain hotel in Xi'an. The service attitude was super good, the room was very, very clean, and there was a light fragrance in the corridor. There was a shuttle bus to the entrance of the park, and you could call the hotel to pick you up. They would also help with the luggage. If you ordered takeout in the middle of the night, they would also help bring it up. The service attitude was very good.
