The room's soundproofing was poor; I could hear people talking and opening/closing doors in the next room in the hallway, and even coughs were clearly audible. The hotel is located by the road, and I could hear large trucks driving by in the early morning. The hotel air conditioner had a very unpleasant smell when the heater was on, as if the air conditioning ducts were burnt. There was a sign in the hotel elevator advertising a ”treasure trove” service, but when I called to ask, nothing was available. Before check-in, they gave me two bottles of yogurt as a gift. When I extended my stay, the housekeeping didn't even bother to make the bed; they just changed the towels and took out the trash. They didn't even replace the disposable slippers. (I regret not taking pictures.) The service was quite poor.

酒店很有特色，新中式佈局，給人端莊大氣道感覺。裏面放着弟子規，詩詞，道德經，很能突現企業文化，老闆一定看透這人間冷暖，在客户需要的時候剛好給以慰藉，不錯的企業文化，值得學習。早上提供美味的餐飲，尤其感謝那個服務點阿姨，很會照顧小朋友，還有前台的服務，態度特別好，企業的員工都很有愛心精神，看到都讓人親切，點大大的贊。免費的接送也值得點贊。今後再來肯定選這家酒店。

This is the fourth time I have stayed. Every time I come to Zhengzhou, I will give priority to it. The front desk service is also very good. I try my best to meet the customer's requirements. Every front desk lady is very patient with a smile. You must praise it. It feels old, I didn't have shower gel in the middle of the night. I quickly called the front desk and sent it in less than two minutes. It was really good!

This is my first time staying in Qianna. I have been in Henan for almost a week and I have seen many Qiannas here.
Advantages: High cost-effectiveness, good location, just across the street from the subway entrance, and not far from tourist attractions. The room is spacious and decorated in a neo-Chinese style, which was well received by my mother. There are also some nice details, such as the ability to light incense and tea bags. The young lady on duty at the front desk that day was also very nice. She served with a smile and responded to every request. I was very impressed by her.
Disadvantages: A bit old, with some dirty walls and cracks on the floor. The laundry room is a bit haphazard, so I don't dare to wash clothes here. The toilet next to the restaurant on the underground first floor was very dirty in the morning. There was water all over the floor when I didn't flush the toilet and no one cleaned it. There was no toilet paper in the toilet on the first floor in the morning and there was still no paper when I went there in the evening. The kettle on the first floor was not plugged in, so the tea and water were cold. I hope you can pay more attention to the small details.

The room was very clean, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic ❤️ during the special period of the girls, there were warm heart ginger tea and sanitary napkins provided. The sanitary napkins were also very useful for big brands. The decoration style of the whole store was very antique and cultural, mainly because of good service!
