A very satisfying stay! The hotel's environment and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and tidy, and a thoughtful welcome gift was provided upon check-in, making me feel very welcome. Room service deserves special praise; the staff proactively washed my socks, a rare and attentive service. The hairdryer in the room was powerful and easy to use, making the washing experience very comfortable. Furthermore, tea, teacups, and even individually wrapped disposable paper cups were provided, demonstrating attention to detail and hygiene. Overall, the service was friendly and attentive, the facilities convenient, and it was a stay that offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This time I lived in Shanghai and the overall feeling was very good. The room space is not small, it is Chinese style, the floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floors have a very good view, you can see the city view outside, and the lighting is very good. The bedding is comfortable to sleep, the public area of the hotel lobby is very decorated with a national style, and the details look at the heart. It is suitable to live on a business trip, and the price/performance ratio is OK.

This hotel is ideally located at Metro train station, and within walking distqnce to shopping Mall. There is no shortage of food eateries and restaurants near this hotel. I would rate it top mark for the staff friendliness and and service. The staff displayed knowledge of the surrounding and were able to give accurate information and tips on going to tourist spots. They listened and understood what we requested, and they are proficient in their job area. Breakfast was good every day and we enjoyed the local food very much. We were happy that the food were local, as we were there also to taste the local cursine. The rook facilities were comfortable and clean.

I specifically chose this hotel for my trip, and it proved to be an excellent decision. The overall cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious and tidy. The service was attentive and efficient, with quick check-in. The breakfast was well-balanced with both meat and vegetables, and was fresh and delicious. The best part was the shuttle service within the scenic area, saving me a lot of travel time. The self-service laundry facilities were complete and easy to use, perfectly solving my laundry needs while traveling. Hot water came quickly, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything was thoughtfully designed; I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was really good and clean. We came here for an exam after seeing a recommendation from Zhu Zong. It was very quiet when we slept, not a sound. The hotel service was also great; they even gave us an extra key card and some foot soak packets, which was a nice touch. It was excellent, and we'll definitely come back next time!

Can be kept great
Hygienic: very clean and refreshing, not stuffy
Environment: The environment is also good, the atmosphere is great
Service: Very warm is a good place to live
Facilities: The bed is not bad, very soft, great sleep haha

Super good. The room and breakfast were upgraded. It was very clean. The key is that I forgot the ring in the hotel. I contacted me quickly and arranged to send it back. Fairy Treasure Shop. The little brothers and sisters of Treasure will continue to choose it next time I come to Gongyi. Thanks again 🙏

The first stop in Zhengzhou, I wanted to go to Yinji, and there were a lot of people in Yinji. Later, I transferred to Fangte. When I stayed at the hotel, it was really beyond expectations. The hotel was very good. The whole house was intelligent voice control. The breakfast was rich and there were many types. Because the children were afraid of heat, the hotel also had summer cool quilts, and the quilt was particularly soft. It is a very good hotel in the place I have been to, Fangte is also, the experience is particularly good, very good, recommended

The hotel staff is very nice and welcoming, and the overall environment is also good. I brought my children to Xinmi to play and booked the hotel based on the ratings. I am very satisfied. I will choose Qiana Hotel again next time. Because the number of people traveling changed temporarily, the front desk upgraded the room type for free and also gave me breakfast. It was a great experience

Really nice and welcoming staff.
The room is comfortable with a nice view on the neighborhood.
The nearest metro is about 1 km far from the hotel, you can easily get there in 10 mins walking
Nearby there are lot of street food stalls, small restaurants and convenience stores that stay open until late night.

I rarely comment on hotels, but their store is really good. I stayed in their chain hotel in Xi'an. The service attitude was super good, the room was very, very clean, and there was a light fragrance in the corridor. There was a shuttle bus to the entrance of the park, and you could call the hotel to pick you up. They would also help with the luggage. If you ordered takeout in the middle of the night, they would also help bring it up. The service attitude was very good.

This hotel I chose for my business trip was a truly wonderful surprise! The moment I opened the door, I felt incredibly comfortable. The floors were sparkling clean, without a speck of dust, and the bathroom sink and shower corners were spotless. The bed linen was fluffy and fresh, with no strange odors at all. The front desk staff were super efficient with check-in and even helped me with my heavy luggage. They patiently gave me recommendations for nearby restaurants when I asked. I requested bottled water once during my stay and they delivered it incredibly fast. The service was thoughtful and attentive throughout, yet never intrusive. After two nights, my experience was absolutely perfect. Next time I'm in this area, I'll definitely choose this place again!

The environment was elegant and quiet, the bedding was comfortable and sleep-inducing, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially one of the ladies, greeted me with such warmth and a friendly smile. She patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel so welcome. The room itself exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly spacious with plenty of light, never feeling cramped at all. The cleanliness was top-notch, every detail was spotless, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. All the facilities were complete, and the location was great, with easy access to transportation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great value and comfort. Special shoutout to Ms. Wu at the front desk for her excellent service. I'll definitely be back!

The view of the lakeside hotel is great, you can see the lake by opening the window, and the environment is quiet and quiet. The rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. It is very comfortable to blow the lake breeze in the evening, travel is convenient, the overall experience is good, it is worth staying.

This hotel is very close to both entrances of Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, so I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the park. After watching the Iron Flower show, a lot of people were trying to hail taxis at the park exit, which meant a long wait. Staying here was super convenient because I could just walk back to the hotel. The owner even upgraded my room. There was a bit of street noise, but I always sleep with earplugs, so it didn't bother me at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Service attitude is very good, the environment is very clean
Facilities: There is a washing machine and the gym is very complete
Hygienic: The sanitation is very clean, and the new hotel is clean in all aspects.
Environment: very quiet, there is a smart housekeeper in the house
Service: Butler service is particularly good, check-in is very smooth

The room size was just right, and the front desk staff were helpful and had a great attitude. The facilities were complete, and breakfast was good too. There's a hotel parking lot next door, which is quite convenient. The only downside was that the room smelled of smoke.
