The front desk staff member was professional and attentive. Every request, big or small, was met with great satisfaction! The room was spacious and bright, with well-arranged facilities that created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was well-thought-out, and the toiletries were high-quality, making them reassuring and comfortable to use.

My stay at the Pullman Shanghai Jing An was fantastic, and what impressed me the most was the front desk service. The staff were incredibly warm, gentle, and always wore a welcoming smile. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they were patient and thorough throughout the entire process. Whether I had questions about the hotel facilities, local transportation, or even small, impromptu requests, they responded thoughtfully and were always proactive in helping. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. The attention to detail and high standard of service made my trip exceptionally reassuring. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Shanghai Hotel Stay Experience | Pullman Shanghai South

My child had a performance on the last day of the New Year in the ballroom at Pullman Shanghai South. Knowing traffic would be a nightmare that morning, we decided to check in a day early.

Upon arrival, the front desk already had our room ready. The service was excellent; they were incredibly accommodating, even providing earplugs when we asked. 

We stayed on the 16th floor. The room was spacious and had a business-oriented feel. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak if you're not in a hurry.

Since we had a performance, we were granted a late check-out and free parking, which was a huge plus.

We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a buffet and quite good.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The heating in the room was a bit too warm for winter, and I was told it's a central system for the entire building that can't be adjusted, which was a bit disappointing. Sleeping at night was fine though, not too hot and not too cold. The buffet breakfast selection was a bit limited. All in all, it was an okay experience, neither great nor terrible.

You need a shuttle car to get around, which is pretty fast but a bit of a hassle. The bathroom in the room was too slippery; there was no mat in the shower, making it very slick. The cleaning staff were very careless. The restaurant service was decent. However, the restaurant prices were double those of the places outside. It's convenient to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The pool is nice.

When I checked into the Pullman Phuket, I booked a sea-view king room. I'd requested a high-floor, sea-view room in advance and reiterated it upon arrival. Initially, I was given a room on the 6th floor where the balcony was completely obscured by trees, blocking the sea view. I immediately went back to the front desk to request a change. After confirming availability, the staff personally showed me another room, and I successfully moved to a high-floor, sea-view room with a fantastic view. The whole process was very smooth.

Check-in Tips:
• A 4000 THB deposit is required upon check-in. Any on-site consumption will be deducted from this deposit upon check-out, with the remainder refunded or additional charges collected.
• The high-floor balconies offer panoramic views of the entire Andaman Sea. The beach is just across the street, a short walk away.
• The hotel grounds have peacocks and free-range chickens.
• Breakfast is extensive, with two dining areas and a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
• You can also book a Thai SPA with the front desk.

⚠️ Important Reminder: When booking, make sure to check if it's for 'one person' or 'two people' as the room rate is charged per person. If you have a visitor, the front desk will notify you by phone, and you'll need to go downstairs to meet them.

My wife and I went for a trip to Phuket and stayed here.
The service is great. Staff (callout to Julian) are friendly and made us feel at home. If you are there, you can participate in their free activities and we enjoyed the kayaking at the calm waters and walking along the marine coast during low tide. There's also shuttle bus out to the Old Town if you want to go to the night market.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful; they spoke English slowly and clearly, which was great since we don't speak French. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, and it's super convenient to get around by bus or metro. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is practically right there!

The hotel is right by the roadside, and you need to take an elevator to the second floor to check in. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. There's a Japanese ramen restaurant about a 5-minute walk away, run by a Chinese owner, and it's open until 11:30 PM, which is convenient for a late-night snack if you're out late. From the room, you can see the Montparnasse Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Les Invalides, and more. The front desk offers free luggage delivery to your room.

The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury.

+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. 

+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.

+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. 

- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.
