Had a great stay at Pullman Shanghai Central—this was actually my second time here, and I would highly recommend it.

The location is a big plus, surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options. It’s also conveniently near the train station, and the famous Tianzifang is within walking distance, which makes exploring really easy.

The staff were helpful and attentive throughout the stay, and the room was spacious and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day out.

Overall, a reliable and convenient choice whenever I’m in Shanghai, and I would definitely return again.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and a wide array of dining and entertainment options nearby. Check-in was swift, and the front desk staff were warm and professional. The room was spacious and bright, fully equipped with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering great value for money. The overall stay felt as warm and relaxing as being at home. I highly recommend it to all travelers.

Finding this east-facing room in a cooling Shanghai was absolutely amazing! I stayed for three days this time, and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The ambiance, the food, and the room service were all fantastic! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich. I'll definitely be back next time!

I stayed in Phuket for twelve days, and Pullman was my first choice right after landing because it's so close, just a few kilometers away. It's also my favorite spot: uncrowded, with a clean and quiet beach. I also love the hotel rooms; they feel like you're in a forest park. This is exactly the kind of vacation I enjoy.

When I checked into the Pullman Phuket, I booked a sea-view king room. I'd requested a high-floor, sea-view room in advance and reiterated it upon arrival. Initially, I was given a room on the 6th floor where the balcony was completely obscured by trees, blocking the sea view. I immediately went back to the front desk to request a change. After confirming availability, the staff personally showed me another room, and I successfully moved to a high-floor, sea-view room with a fantastic view. The whole process was very smooth.

Check-in Tips:
• A 4000 THB deposit is required upon check-in. Any on-site consumption will be deducted from this deposit upon check-out, with the remainder refunded or additional charges collected.
• The high-floor balconies offer panoramic views of the entire Andaman Sea. The beach is just across the street, a short walk away.
• The hotel grounds have peacocks and free-range chickens.
• Breakfast is extensive, with two dining areas and a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
• You can also book a Thai SPA with the front desk.

⚠️ Important Reminder: When booking, make sure to check if it's for 'one person' or 'two people' as the room rate is charged per person. If you have a visitor, the front desk will notify you by phone, and you'll need to go downstairs to meet them.

I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful; they spoke English slowly and clearly, which was great since we don't speak French. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, and it's super convenient to get around by bus or metro. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is practically right there!

The hotel is conveniently located; the main entrance isn't far from Montparnasse station, just a short walk across the street. There's another metro station very close by on the back side, accessible through the shopping mall on the right. However, there are no restaurants nearby, only three small supermarkets (including the one in the mall) which aren't great – limited and poor quality selection. It's best to buy whatever you need at Marks & Spencer or McDonald's in Montparnasse station before dark.

The hotel room facilities are new and decent, and it's quite spacious. The window is large but can't be opened. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the quality is acceptable. At the restaurant, the hostess let the two foreigners ahead of me go straight in after checking in, but when it was my turn, she told me to wait on the left for someone to escort me. Then, the foreigners behind me were also allowed to enter freely after checking in. Annoyed, I confronted the hostess directly.

The person who checked me in was a Chinese-speaking woman (though I didn't need or see any benefit from Chinese service). She assigned me a corner room (that's the first red flag). I paid the deposit in cash (second red flag: showing my money). The third red flag is that the room door didn't have a deadbolt. Around 10 PM, half-asleep, I was suddenly woken up by the door opening. Luckily, I had a door stopper with an alarm, which scared the person away. I immediately went downstairs to the front desk. After checking the surveillance footage, she made a phone call and then told me it was staff maintaining the carpet or something, and they didn't realize the room was occupied. The front desk immediately moved me to another room, but I couldn't sleep a wink. In the morning, I went to the front desk to check out early. The front desk called the manager, who repeatedly tried to persuade me to stay. The manager was very polite and clearly regretful about the incident, offering me a better room with assurances that there would be no more issues, but the damage was done. If it weren't for the alarm, I can't imagine what might have happened. I insisted on checking out.

Throughout this awful experience, Trip.com's response was swift, proactive, and helpful in assisting and dealing with the situation. They did everything they could, which is why I feel confident choosing Trip.com.

When traveling, safety is always the first and most important priority. When a hotel room door doesn't even have a deadbolt, that's already a warning sign.

The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury.

+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. 

+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.

+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. 

- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.
