By far the best hotel we stayed, even that we travel the world, faultless and seamless transition from the start till the check out. Wow!!!

The hotel's garden design is really beautiful, very suitable for friends who love taking photos. The Arabian Courtyard is really well-deserved. It is said to be the palace of the former Moroccan princess. The Moroccan dish tagine is also delicious, refreshing my understanding of salty and sweet tastes.
The overall service is very good. Special thanks to Supun at the reception and Ayusha at the housekeeping. Their service was very thoughtful during the stay, and you can feel that they are really helping the guests.
We were arranged on the first floor of the Arabian Courtyard. As soon as the floor-to-ceiling glass door opened, there was a large lawn. A few steps away was the breakfast room, swimming pool and beach. It was very convenient to go anywhere. I like it. I will recommend it to every friend who is going to Dubai for vacation.

Facilities: The room is spacious, well-equipped, hygienic and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the quilt cover and sheets are of good quality.
Service: A home away from home experience. Every staff member responds with a warm smile and can recognize you and greet you by name.
He is very professional in dealing with people, maintains just the right sense of boundaries and distance, and pays attention to the needs of guests without intrusion.
Environment: So beautiful. It feels like you are in a southern French wine estate. Every step is romantic. The trees and flowers are lush, the birds are singing happily, and the little rabbits are eating grass cutely. You can overlook the landscape of the modern city in the distance.
The quality of the food is also great. The restaurant deserves its two Michelin stars.
The resort is run with great care and provides an unforgettable and satisfying stay.

We came and stay here only 1 night but it was amazing experience, the real 5 stars hotel with nice staff, beautiful room, balcony facing the horse race fields, nice infinity swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately my husband came late, otherwise we will have dinner in Prime their steak house. Breakfast was yummy, so many variants food you can try, and i have salmon for breakfast so love it. We were enjoyed to spent our weekend there. Thank you

In Cape Town, The One & Only is the ”One & Only” hotel to choose. 

OK, its not the cheapest, but from the welcome at the moment you arrive to when you come to leave the friendliness and service from the team members is exceptional. Great location with direct access to the waterfront and V&A, safe, lovely rooms and nice bars / restaurants with great atmosphere.

Overall a great customer / guest experience is provided.

Been before, will go again

The environment and service are good, the room is big, and there is a shuttle bus to take you to restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The facilities are not as complete as expected. The restaurants in the hotel are not very delicious and the price-performance ratio is low. You can eat near the hotel. I recommend a restaurant called noa! ! It's delicious
