Facilities: The room is spacious, well-equipped, hygienic and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the quilt cover and sheets are of good quality.
Service: A home away from home experience. Every staff member responds with a warm smile and can recognize you and greet you by name.
He is very professional in dealing with people, maintains just the right sense of boundaries and distance, and pays attention to the needs of guests without intrusion.
Environment: So beautiful. It feels like you are in a southern French wine estate. Every step is romantic. The trees and flowers are lush, the birds are singing happily, and the little rabbits are eating grass cutely. You can overlook the landscape of the modern city in the distance.
The quality of the food is also great. The restaurant deserves its two Michelin stars.
The resort is run with great care and provides an unforgettable and satisfying stay.

By far the best hotel we stayed, even that we travel the world, faultless and seamless transition from the start till the check out. Wow!!!

We came and stay here only 1 night but it was amazing experience, the real 5 stars hotel with nice staff, beautiful room, balcony facing the horse race fields, nice infinity swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately my husband came late, otherwise we will have dinner in Prime their steak house. Breakfast was yummy, so many variants food you can try, and i have salmon for breakfast so love it. We were enjoyed to spent our weekend there. Thank you

I wanted to go back as soon as i left there. They just make you feel like ure at home..!!! It's one of my best experience in Dubai. 

Why is trip.com constantly deleting my photos of the hotel

The environment and service are good, the room is big, and there is a shuttle bus to take you to restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The facilities are not as complete as expected. The restaurants in the hotel are not very delicious and the price-performance ratio is low. You can eat near the hotel. I recommend a restaurant called noa! ! It's delicious

Stayed there with my wife for 4 nights, together with the extra arrangements of special dinner, breakfast, etc for the anniversary and birthday. The service was just perfect organized by the team, and staying on the beach can be very peaceful with the flag of do not disturb. Thank you.
