was a very nice hotel, rooms were the size of a closet, but I realized that's just probably New York. The whole hotel smelt fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Margs package was dumb and a waste, so don't do that. The elevator screens were off when you touched them. but all in all i would stay here again.

The facade on the first floor is actually a BAR, the front desk is hidden in the corner, and the elevator is even narrower. Arriving in New York at night, I walked around the building twice to confirm that this is the hotel entrance. After going upstairs, the corridor is narrow and surrounded by dense rooms on both sides, and the room is even narrower and compact when entering the room. It is very similar to a budget hotel, and it has nothing to do with a four-star hotel. The room facilities are simplified to the extreme. There is no refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine or other facilities, no wardrobe, only a few hangers on the wall, and the desk is a foldable desk-sized table. Because the room faces the inner side, there is no city view. Compared with other cities, housing prices are quite expensive. It seems that this is the consumption in New York.

Great location, trendy new hotel. Loved the free ‘grab and go’ breakfast. Rooms are very small with very few places to put anything even with the sink in the bedroom. I’d say better for couples or solo travellers than families.

Everything was great except service levels, no sincere attempt at early check in, not what I expected from a Marriott hotel

Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.

Still very good, just next to the No. 9 dormitory building of New York University, convenient!

The hotel is located about 1 km from the subway station, which is a 15-20 minute walk. The room size was adequate, but amenities were basic, lacking a kettle and a microwave. The soundproofing wasn't great either; loud conversations from neighbors upstairs, downstairs, or next door were quite audible. However, the cleanliness was consistently very good. But honestly, for less than 50 euros, what more could you really ask for? At such an unbeatable price, minor flaws are easily overlooked. The hotel also features an on-site gym, which is a fantastic bonus. It's truly a king of value for money.

Facilities: The facilities were decent. For Frankfurt, it still feels like a relatively new hotel.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness was good, very much in line with typical German hotel standards.
Ambiance: The ambiance was excellent; the lobby bar, in particular, was very impressive.
Service: Service was acceptable, and check-in went smoothly.

Amazing service, with a friendly drink at the reception. Room was clean and spacious. Best thing of course is the location as it only takes on stop with the S-Bahn to the airport. 

The area is very quiet and business like. There are a bakery and a supermarket next to the hotel.

The room was spotless. As a chain hotel, it consistently delivers excellent service and cleanliness. The facilities are modern and advanced. I particularly loved the reception area on the first floor, which boasts a very stylish and contemporary design.

Not a luxurious hotel bit good and worth its £.  check in counter is part of the bar counter on the ground floor. 

The room was relatively small but clean. The bathroom was also small though clean. Dont expect 4/5 star hotel service though. 

Overall hotel had a positive vibe to it. Location was also good. A three minute walk and you are at Stratford bus station and another three will get you to the shopping mall. 

All in all, good for two pax and probably two nights.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Moxy Hotel Excel London. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. Overall, the hospitality and quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
