Fenomenal location close to everything + subway

Just be aware that there is the Roof Top Bar with Lou music friday-saturday until 4AM  (18th floor) we could hear it a little bit from 9th floor so closer floors might have suffered it a little more...or they maybe joined the party??!!! Needs to be 21 to get in.
Saturday Sundays entry is admitted to everyone as they offer Brunch Service there.
The grab&go thing is great for breakfast and also if you want to grab something to eat during long days visiting the city. Also ask for free water if needed!!!
The 10 dollars to spend every day per room is also good as you can use them to get some extra food or coffee or beer or discount when using the hotel bar/restaurants/club facilities. 
In brief, very good place to stay in New York

Good facilities, the room is a little small, and parking is not easy

Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.

Great decor! Friendly staff made the stay pleasant. They were very helpful with any questions we had including help us book a taxi to LaGuardia. The gym is also clean and has everything you need for a quick hotel workout before seeing the city. Perfect walking distance from Manhattan Bridge.

Great location, trendy new hotel. Loved the free ‘grab and go’ breakfast. Rooms are very small with very few places to put anything even with the sink in the bedroom. I’d say better for couples or solo travellers than families.

Nice location near to airport, but it’s very noisy and the soundproofing isn’t good. Early in the morning, the housekeeping staff clean the room next door, and the noise can easily disturb your sleep.

Encountered several disruption during stays.
1. Hot water faulty for the whole hotel, thus to shower in cold water.
2. Lifts were spoilt for 1 day
3. Midnight fire alarm notification, all guests were to run down via staircase and gathered outside of hotel. However, no further / proper instruction and safety announcements provided by hotel crew or security. We have to check with hotel crew and was being told it was false alarm.  Terrible experience.

The location was great for us, 4mins walk from Stratford station. The breakfast was good and easy check in (plus managed to check in early which really helped with leaving the bag in the room). 

However, my young children and I were allocated a room on the first floor, from the design it appeared to also be an accessible room. The shower unfortunately didn’t drain so filled the entire floor of the bathroom, I travelled with young children so had to send someone else to reception at 10pm to assist for fear of someone wanting to use the loo at night as slipping on the wet room. When staff arrived, they weren’t surprised and just went to get a heap of towels to mop it up then I made a barrier for the showers in the morning. 

My room had a Lavazza coffee machine- great, but it was broken completely unusable   

When I reported my issues to check out, there wasn’t much customer service. The staff said she could make me a coffee to take away, and I could select some crisps from the side to take. Quite disappointed with this. I couldn’t move rooms in the night due to two young children fast asleep in bed, but this wasn’t offered anyway.

Lovely hotel near ExCeL London. We were there for a two-day conference and ExCeL was within a 10–15 minute walk. Our room had a direct view of London City Airport - we got to see planes landing from time to time which was an extraordinary experience.

The room was very clean and had all the basic necessities. We were also offered welcome cocktails, which was a lovely touch. There was also a pool table and photo booth in the lobby for entertainment. Royal Dock nearby for evening stroll.

The location is fantastic, and the price is reasonable too. It's within walking distance to several must-see attractions like the Old Town and the Financial District. You can store your luggage in the lockers conveniently located downstairs at the hotel.

Cleanliness 5, Location 5, Service 5, Facilities/Amenities 4 (out of 5). Sometimes the noise from the floor above was a bit noticeable, but overall it was a quiet stay in a calm area. The tram station was very close, making it super convenient to get to the city center easily. There was no kettle, but it was great to be able to use the microwave on the first floor. The staff were also very kind.

We stayed at Moxy Frankfurt Airport in a family room and had a good experience overall. The family setup was surprisingly spacious for the four of us. It actually consists of two separate rooms, each with a queen bed and a queen-size sofa bed, which gave everyone plenty of space to spread out.

The amenities are pretty basic, but they have everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was large, although the shower water temperature kept changing, which was a bit annoying.

Breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but there was enough variety and it did the job. A big plus is the large supermarket right downstairs that's open until 10 PM. It was super convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack.

One thing to be aware of: even though the hotel is only about 2 km from the airport, it's not really walkable. We ended up taking a taxi, which cost around €10–15 each way.
