The check-in experience was very pleasant and quick. Enor and Harsh were friendly and professional. We were given a high floor as requested and upgraded to a double bed without being asked. The room had a good view of the city and had everything one needs and expects from a hotel when on holiday. Breakfast had a huge spread. More asian and salad options would be great. There were some healthy choices, skimmed milk and Indian masala tea too. The hotel looks good from the outside with 26 floors, a clean swimming pool, a gym and an elevator that gives you a view through glass. It had an event for NYE too. We saw a lot of people partaking in it. It is an easy walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. There are 2 convenience stores nearby, a cafe inside and easy to get taxis (Bolt, Careem, Uber). Jabed who cleaned our room well was cordial and professional and checked on our needs. Overall, we had a great stay, better than expected after reading older reviews. The staff that work here are friendly and want to help, including the breakfast staff. I left some minor written suggestions with the lady at the desk when we checked out at noon on Thursday. I love the Millennium brand hotels and Millennium Central Downtown can go from great to extraordinary! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Veronica

As a business traveler, my stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Here are the facts for fellow travelers to consider:

Misrepresentation and Deception: I booked a room explicitly advertised as a 'King Bed Room,' but what the hotel provided was a 'fake king bed' made of two twin beds pushed together. To hide the large gap in the middle, they covered it with a thick bedsheet. This is a clear case of intentionally concealing a defect.

Physical Harm: Because there was absolutely no support where the beds joined, I woke up this morning with severe lower back pain after sleeping directly on the gap all night. It wasn't until I pulled back the sheet that I discovered the truth.

Extremely Insincere Handling of the Issue: After finding the problem and discussing it with the hotel, the manager only offered a '5-hour late checkout' as compensation. For a serious breach of contract that caused physical harm and involved deceptive practices, I found this attempt to downplay the issue and offer a meager resolution completely unacceptable.

Consumer Tip: These拼接床 (jointed beds) not only disrupt sleep but also pose health risks. If you book a king bed room, make sure to lift the sheets and inspect it upon check-in.

In Summary: The hotel is dishonest about its facilities and shies away from taking responsibility for its service. I have already submitted the evidence to the booking platform and reserve the right to pursue legal action. I strongly advise anyone who values good sleep to think twice before choosing this hotel to avoid a negative experience.

Really enjoyed my stay at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were welcoming and professional, and everything was clean and well organized. The food was very good, especially the breakfast with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. A great option for staying in Dubai, especially close to the airport!

We stayed at Millennium Place Dubai Marina with my friend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly what you expect from a great Dubai stay.

The location is excellent: just a short walk to Dubai Marina Mall, the promenade, cafes, and public transport. It was very convenient both for sightseeing and evening walks along the Marina.

Our room was clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was great and maintained a high standard every day.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with any request and make us feel welcome. Breakfast was tasty but not so varied.

Overall, Millennium Place Dubai Marina is a perfect choice for a trip with friends — great location, excellent service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

I stayed at this express hotel in Dubai for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations—it truly offers incredible value for money! As a business traveler, my priorities are transportation, efficiency, convenience, and cleanliness, and this hotel perfectly met all of them.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Dubai's business district. It's very convenient for taking a taxi to exhibitions or office locations, and the surrounding amenities are complete, with plenty of casual dining options and convenience stores.

The front desk service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were super fast, English communication was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The guest rooms are in a standard business minimalist style. While not overly spacious, the layout is practical, with a wide and functional desk. The bedding was clean and soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet rest after a long day. Room hygiene was impeccable; the bathroom was dry and tidy, with powerful hot water and good water pressure. The free Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfectly meeting the needs for online meetings and work.

Breakfast was a Western-style buffet, with a rich variety and consistent quality, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The hotel also offers essential business facilities like a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and simple laundry services, showing thoughtful attention to detail.

To find such a hassle-free, comfortable, and high-value express hotel in Dubai is incredibly business-friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Dubai!

We had a super, super amazing stay at Millennium Hotel Downtown Dubai with my family. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a very warm and cozy atmosphere.

The staff were absolutely top-class — always friendly, helpful, and smiling. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and we truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well organized and perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel at home.

Thank you to the entire team at Millennium Hotel Downtown Dubai for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🌟

لقد كانت إقامتنا في فندق ميلينيوم داون تاون دبي رائعة جدًا جدًا مع عائلتي. منذ لحظة وصولنا شعرنا بالترحيب والاهتمام. الفندق جميل ونظيف والأجواء فيه دافئة ومريحة للغاية.

طاقم العمل كان رائعًا بكل معنى الكلمة — ودودون جدًا، متعاونون، ودائمًا يبتسمون. بذلوا كل ما في وسعهم ليجعلوا إقامتنا مريحة ومميزة، ونحن نقدر ذلك كثيرًا.

الغرفة كانت واسعة، نظيفة، ومريحة جدًا. كل شيء كان منظمًا بشكل ممتاز، مما ساعدنا على الاسترخاء والاستمتاع بإقامتنا.

Parking at this hotel is a real challenge, and the entrance is quite small. The Indian gentleman at the front desk wasn't the most efficient, but I guess that's common with foreign front desk staff. Honestly, it doesn't compare to hotels like Atour or Hanting in China. It's just 'good enough' for a business trip. The room itself was clean, though. The pictures are from my outings near Dubai Marina, so I didn't really take any of the hotel interior.

The location is excellent just a few minutes to the metro station making it convenient to get around Dubai. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. 
The staff especially receptionist (Musha) and concierge was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Dubai

On my previous visit, the hotel was 100% clean. This time i was surprised to see the amount of stains on the room walls and especially in the shower. Maybe using wallpaper isn’t the cleanest idea for a hotel. However the experience was nice, design is nice, ambiance is perfect, staff are nice, breakfast is good, and the bed is comfortable, view is amazing. But hygiene comes first.

Everything was great but there were some amenities that weren’t working like the tv connection and the one of the lights. But otherwise everything was perfect.

Good hotel, standard room, average cleaning but improved with personal input and employing self cleaning techniques, staff is great but young men are not fully trained for a thorough cleaning, this can be improved. Friendly staff, ready to help from receptionist to the security guards and porters. Hotel looked much nicer and cleaner in general due Ramadan outlook. Didn’t try food, we been out and about. I am staying in this hotel since 2017 occasionally and must say there seems staff shortage after covid, which if considered can help improving services again. Overall I surly will recommend staying at the hotel 💚

In Mecca, the location is good. There's a supermarket and bus stops downstairs, making it convenient for getting around.

The suite we got two days before we leave was very spacious and beautiful.

The only thing we still don’t like is the behaviour of the housekeeping manager who doesn’t inform the housekeepers of our demands, we hope the hotel management will deal with this matter as soon as possible.

A less-than-expected experience. The hotel justified it by saying they were at 100% occupancy. None of the requested services were provided, including extra shampoo, a baby crib, or an extra blanket. Even the Wi-Fi wasn't working. However, the shuttle service to the Haram was excellent and always available.

I arrived quite early just to drop off my luggage, but the first thing I was told after informing them that I had a reservation for that night was that I needed to pay for an early check-in, which I hadn't even wanted. They should have asked before assuming the situation. Also, when I was waiting to check in, another lady arrived and they attended to her first.
Then, while I was showering, I discovered that there was no conditioner. I tried to call reception, but there was no answer, so I had to get dressed and go to reception. 
To top it all off, the people in the room next to mine decided to have a party. They were talking, screaming and laughing so loudly that I had to call reception again at 2 am.
I also found the area around the hotel quite strange, with lots of people sitting on the pavement and the street dirty.
The room is nice and big but it’s too old and wasn’t that clean. 
This being said, if I ever return to Abu Dhabi I will not stay there for sure!

I traveled from Dubai to Abu Dhabi myself, and first of all, parking was very convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the decor is beautiful. It had a lovely Christmas atmosphere. If you park in the underground garage, it can be a bit tricky to find your way up, as each hotel's elevators are different, so keep that in mind. The room was also spacious, and the staff were very friendly. I especially want to mention that the hotel's breakfast was fantastic – absolutely delicious! If you go early, it's practically empty. Just a heads-up: the air conditioning can be quite strong, so I recommend wearing long sleeves.

Amazingly mixed feelings from staying. If you definitely want to live in Saadiat and you don't have the desire or opportunity to enjoy luxury hotels for 10,000 dollars a week, you will definitely like this hotel. It is the best compromise. But be prepared that you won't have a luxury 5 stars. Personally I stayed very pressured. But everything in order. Price-quality ratio, for this place 100%. Very nice and well equipped apartments. There are all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. In 2 minutes there is a Spar, with a rosy choice of first-needed products and items. A luxurious beach in 1 minute. But very few cheeslones. They are dismantled early in the morning. But the beach and the sand are so pleasant that it is quite possible to lie on it on a towel and enjoy. But without umbrellas. In general a solid four!!!
