Hotel Review:

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. 

However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.

Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.

Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.

Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

Overall, it was okay for a short stay. Once we arrived, they asked us if we wanted to upgrade the room given that the one we had booked (cheapest option) was on the highest floor where you could hear the AC a bit. After checking it out we did decide to upgrade the room given that we didn’t want to sleep with the white noise. The location is okay although it is right next to a big street and a few minutes away from the next metro station. For the price it was more or less okay.

The check-in experience is good, the hotel is conveniently located, the travel is very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is very soft and big, and the sleep is particularly fragrant. The staff was warm and welcoming and had tea as soon as they checked in. The breakfast is rich in variety, salads, fruit noodles, and the taste is very good. Overall cost-effective, will choose here next time recommend

The hotel boasts a great location, stylish design, and is clean and hygienic. A very satisfying stay! The room was bright and clean, and the facilities were new. The staff were friendly and responsive. Convenient location, quiet and comfortable, I had a great rest. Highly recommended to friends!

Bringing a baby to Xi'an during the holiday, this hotel is perfect for family outings. From the Fengcheng 12th Road subway exit, the attractions are all direct subways, no need to drag the children to transfer, adults and children are easy. The hotel lobby is spacious and the children have local activities. The room upgraded the family room for us, the area is large enough, the child can run away in the house. The sanitary condition is first-class, and the children are most afraid of not being clean, but the bathroom floor walls here are cleaned thoroughly, rest assured. The bedding was clean and soft, the baby slept soundly, and our adults had a good rest. Quiet at night, no interruption. Breakfast is very cost-effective, more than 100 yuan, great value for money. Convenient to eat and shop around, great experience!

Dig into the treasure hotel! The whole is very new, the room has no smell, and the decoration is simple and atmospheric. The most plus point is the supporting service: the gym is open 24 hours a day, and the laundry room is ready to get the clothes after the exercise. The whole process is free and worry-free; self-driving parking does not have to spend extra money, saving a lot of trouble. The front desk service is super warm, take the initiative to help with luggage, recommend surrounding food, the details are intimate, it is worth recommending to every friend who travels ～

Staying at H Hotel was an amazing experience! The room was spotless, no weird smells, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively gave me a local guide. The hotel's location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and there are convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs. The facilities are all very new, and I was really happy with the overall environment. At check-out, they thoughtfully offered luggage storage. This place offers incredible value for money; I'll definitely choose it again next time!

I was really surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It was very clean. The front desk even upgraded my room after I booked it. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room that can be used for free. Overall, everything is very good. Recommended

Bringing elderly children to Taiyuan to play, I chose this hotel is really good, the price is very high, breakfast is as shown in the picture, 20 people are also delicious, the room is relatively large, the hotel is in a good location, the Yingze Bridge is, it is very good to take a taxi, take a taxi to Jinci less than 30 yuan, the hotel is the subway exit, You can take the subway to Wuyi Square and Food Street, Liuxiang and other places to play, or you can take the subway to Taiyuan South Station and the airport. Near the hotel is the Shanxi Museum. The starting price of a taxi is 8.6 yuan to the Jinshang Museum. It is very cheap. Or walk directly for 15 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and score 5 points. Taiyuan is cheap to take a taxi, the place is not big, the online car-hailing and taxi driver masters are very good and enthusiastic.

Excellent value for money. The rooms were lovely, and breakfast was decent. Its proximity to a shopping mall was very convenient. The main area for improvement would be the elevators. They were quite slow, likely because the hotel shares them with other businesses in the building. Despite there being many elevators, their efficiency wasn't great. A washing machine would also have been a welcome addition.

The room is OK, it will not be noisy, the TV can not be watched, the shower room is showered and the water is like a lot, the sewer is slow, the pool can not be opened too much, and the clothes will splash. Stayed for three nights, the good mood of the day for breakfast is gone.

The room was spacious and clean! The decor was cozy, the facilities were complete, the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the TV played smoothly! There was even hot water at the front desk!! The price-performance ratio was incredibly high! Free parking is available for hotel guests, which is very convenient for daily outings. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the young lady with the lovely smile. It was such a hot day, and the front desk staff even brought me ice water, which was very thoughtful. I booked a room without a window, but they upgraded me to one with a window for free!! Thumbs up! 👍 Breakfast is included in the room rate, so the price-performance ratio is truly amazing. The breakfast was quite plentiful, with porridge, noodles, steamed buns, eggs, shumai, and more. I highly recommend it just for the price-performance ratio, not to mention how good the room was and how good the front desk service was! You won't regret staying here! Truly worth the money! I will definitely stay here often, highly recommended!!!
