The hotel's attention to detail in its service was truly exceptional, making us feel incredibly welcome. The front desk staff were highly professional and courteous, patiently explaining all of the hotel's amenities and offering local travel tips. When we called housekeeping for an item, their response was incredibly fast, delivering it within minutes. Upon returning from an evening out, we found our room had been tidied by the cleaning staff, who thoughtfully left out complimentary drinking water. Additional services like luggage storage and self-service laundry/drying were provided free of charge, with absolutely no hidden fees. The meticulous service made us feel completely at home.

Convenient location, near the International Convention and Exhibition Center, near the sand boat Ole. The room is clean and hygienic, cost-effective, convenient for business travel and overall satisfaction. I don't want to be so noisy in the city here. However, the accommodation on the outside room will be noisy at night, the car rumbling in the middle of the night, and the sleep quality is poor. It is recommended to upgrade the interior of the room type.

Hotel Review:

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. 

However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.

Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.

Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.

Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

H Hotel Xian boasts an excellent location near the Bell and Drum Towers, with breakfast options nearby, though I often woke up early and ate elsewhere. The hotel features comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a great spot for exploring the city, and I appreciate the convenience of dining options within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Xian!

Very satisfied with a stay experience! The decoration style of the hotel is modern and warm. The bookshelves and landscape design in the public areas are very stylish. The intelligent robots everywhere make the stay more technological.
In particular, I want to give a compliment to the front desk lady. The people are super enthusiastic and very patient when checking in. The hotel facilities are introduced in detail and make people feel at home. The room is clean and tidy, the details are in place, it is recommended for business or travel, and I will choose here next time!

超讚的入住體驗，五星好評實至名歸！這次出行選擇了這家酒店，體驗感直接拉滿，遠超預期，真心想給滿分好評！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻，工作人員熱情的微笑和問候，瞬間讓人感受到滿滿的誠意。前台辦理入住的效率特別高，工作人員耐心細緻，不僅快速完成了手續，還貼心介紹了酒店的設施分佈和周邊遊玩、就餐攻略，細緻的服務讓人倍感温暖。入住的大床房寬敞明亮，裝修簡約又不失格調，整體佈局合理，細節處盡顯用心。
房間的衞生狀況更是無可挑剔，地面一塵不染，床品柔軟親膚且無任何異味，躺上去舒適度滿分，一覺睡到自然醒。衞浴空間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全且品質上乘，熱水充足、水壓穩定，洗漱體驗特別好。房間裏還配備了高速WiFi、智能電視和迷你吧枱，各類設施一應俱全，使用感極佳，隔音效果也很棒，在房間裏靜謐又舒心。早餐菜品豐富多樣，熱菜、點心、水果、飲品一應俱全，食材新鮮、口味地道，餐廳工作人員還會及時補充餐食，時刻保持用餐環境整潔。
此外，酒店的地理位置十分優越，緊鄰地鐵站和商圈，出行、購物都非常便利，全程服務貼心又周到。這次入住全程體驗都非常舒心，無論是硬件設施還是服務細節，都挑不出任何毛病，已經列入我的出行首選清單，強烈推薦給大家，下次來一定會再次入住

The hotel service was good, and the transportation was quite convenient. The breakfast was also decent; I added it at the front desk when I checked in. They even offer late-night snacks. I had the chicken noodle soup, which was very convenient, especially since my itinerary in Taiyuan was packed, and I didn't want to spend too much time looking for food. The front desk service was excellent. My room wasn't ready yet, and they upgraded me from a smaller room to a deluxe smart room. Very thoughtful, impressive! Big shoutout to the front desk staff who helped me check in.

I was really surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It was very clean. The front desk even upgraded my room after I booked it. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room that can be used for free. Overall, everything is very good. Recommended

The room is very spacious and clean. The intelligent equipment in the room is very convenient. The TV can be projected and electric curtains. The hotel is very close to the subway. It is the battle of the University of Technology of Metro Line 1, especially the street next to it. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, fruit shops, and supermarkets. Shopping and eating are very convenient. The prices are also very low, I will choose this hotel next time.

This was the second hotel I stayed at in Nantong. It's located in the business district, very close to the Nantong Sports Center, which is great if you're there for a concert. The area around it is quite lively. You can also explore the Langshan Scenic Area nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was decent. The only thing to be aware of is that getting a taxi in the business district on weekday mornings can be tough, so make sure to book one early. Both high-speed rail stations are a bit of a distance, and you could easily miss your train – I learned that the hard way!

這次因工作出差入住了這家酒店，整體體驗遠超預期！位置太加分了，離地鐵站步行5分鐘，周邊餐飲、便利店齊全，趕早班高鐵或晚間應酬都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，出差奔波一天後能睡個好覺太重要了，而且隔音效果很好，完全沒被外界噪音打擾。
 
服務更是亮點，前台辦理入住高效，還主動告知周邊交通和辦公相關的便民訊息；保潔阿姨每天打掃都很細緻，補充用品及時。房間裏的辦公區域寬敞，燈光亮度適中，網絡穩定不卡頓，處理工作文件、開網上會議都很順暢，對於出差黨太友好了。
 
早餐種類豐富，熱菜、主食、水果、飲品一應俱全，食材新鮮，能滿足不同口味需求。性價比很高，下次出差還會選擇這裏，也推薦給經常出差或出行的。

The room was spacious and clean! The decor was cozy, the facilities were complete, the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the TV played smoothly! There was even hot water at the front desk!! The price-performance ratio was incredibly high! Free parking is available for hotel guests, which is very convenient for daily outings. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the young lady with the lovely smile. It was such a hot day, and the front desk staff even brought me ice water, which was very thoughtful. I booked a room without a window, but they upgraded me to one with a window for free!! Thumbs up! 👍 Breakfast is included in the room rate, so the price-performance ratio is truly amazing. The breakfast was quite plentiful, with porridge, noodles, steamed buns, eggs, shumai, and more. I highly recommend it just for the price-performance ratio, not to mention how good the room was and how good the front desk service was! You won't regret staying here! Truly worth the money! I will definitely stay here often, highly recommended!!!
