Hotel location is excellent, stylish design, clean and hygienic. Very satisfied stay! The room was bright and clean and the facilities were very new. The staff is kind and has questions. Convenient location, quiet and comfortable, good rest. Worth recommending to friends!

Hotel Review:

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. 

However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.

Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.

Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.

Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

Overall, it was okay for a short stay. Once we arrived, they asked us if we wanted to upgrade the room given that the one we had booked (cheapest option) was on the highest floor where you could hear the AC a bit. After checking it out we did decide to upgrade the room given that we didn’t want to sleep with the white noise. The location is okay although it is right next to a big street and a few minutes away from the next metro station. For the price it was more or less okay.

The service and hygiene are very good. When we entered the door, we poured us tea and tea. It was also very good. When we left, we sent us water. Miss sister at the front desk, the little brother's service to us is really good, really Amway this hotel

The next morning, I needed to go to Xi'an North Railway Station. Hotel H was unexpectedly satisfactory. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to get to the railway station, and there is a subway not far away. It is very convenient to go out. The room is very cost-effective, the room is large, the sanitation is also very clean, and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is very new, the front desk staff is very good, and I also asked my needs intimately, so that I felt like going home in an instant. When checking in at the front desk, the staff was very efficient. The young lady not only had a sweet voice, but also introduced me to the hotel's facilities and special services in detail. When I said what I wanted to do for a quiet room, she quickly arranged it for me.
Entering the room, the warm atmosphere came. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft like a cloud, and it seemed to disperse all fatigue when lying on it. The room is exquisitely furnished, the small ornaments are unique, and the toiletries in the bathroom are of high quality and exude a pleasant aroma.
The hotel's breakfast 🥣 is also very rich, there are many dishes, breakfast is rich and varied, Chinese and Western cuisine is all available, and the specialties taste great. The waiters in the restaurant are warm and thoughtful, always meeting my needs at the first time.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient, not far from the city center, walk 🚶 about 600 meters to the subway, there are Wanda, Tai'ao Plaza, eating, drinking and having fun, in my spare time, I can go to the hotel gym to exercise, the equipment inside is very new. Very good, very cost-effective, highly recommended

Clean spacious room. I booked for 1 night and can’t complain. Clean and soft double bed, clean dry shower, toilet and quiet corridors. Clean floor carpet. I recommend this hotel for solo travellers looking for a place for a night. I got a bit of headache though from tobacco smoke, I don’t know where it was coming from.

Bringing elderly children to Taiyuan to play, I chose this hotel is really good, the price is very high, breakfast is as shown in the picture, 20 people are also delicious, the room is relatively large, the hotel is in a good location, the Yingze Bridge is, it is very good to take a taxi, take a taxi to Jinci less than 30 yuan, the hotel is the subway exit, You can take the subway to Wuyi Square and Food Street, Liuxiang and other places to play, or you can take the subway to Taiyuan South Station and the airport. Near the hotel is the Shanxi Museum. The starting price of a taxi is 8.6 yuan to the Jinshang Museum. It is very cheap. Or walk directly for 15 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and score 5 points. Taiyuan is cheap to take a taxi, the place is not big, the online car-hailing and taxi driver masters are very good and enthusiastic.

I was really surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It was very clean. The front desk even upgraded my room after I booked it. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room that can be used for free. Overall, everything is very good. Recommended

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dayoujing and is easy to find. There's also a small shopping mall downstairs. The hotel occupies floors 42 to 49; the entire building houses various hotels on different floors, which means there's a constant flow of diverse guests. The rooms with a view are decent; being on a high floor, you can get a glimpse of the city lights at night, though there isn't really a 'scenic' view to speak of. Hotel service was average. When I called the front desk for extra water, they informed me there's a hotel policy of only providing four bottles per day, which was not stated on the booking page. However, the room itself was clean and quiet, which was a definite plus.

A great business trip and living experience!
 
This time I stayed at this hotel due to a business trip, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The location is too much, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, the surrounding dining and convenience stores are complete, it is very convenient to catch the early high-speed rail or evening entertainment. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, it was too important to sleep well after a day of business trips, and the sound insulation effect was very good, and it was not disturbed by the outside noise.
 
The service is even more highlight, the front desk check-in is efficient, and the surrounding traffic and office-related convenience information is also actively informed; the cleaning aunt is very meticulous every day, and the supplementary supplies are timely. The office area in the room is spacious, the lighting is moderate, the network is stable and not stuck, the processing of working documents and online meetings are very smooth, and it is too friendly for the business trip party.
 
The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes, staple foods, fruits, and drinks are all available, and the ingredients are fresh and can meet the needs of different tastes. Very cost-effective, I will choose here next time I travel, and I recommend it to frequent business trips or travel.

Facilities: This time I lived in a big bed room, the room has projection equipment to watch TV is very convenient!
Hygienic: Cleaned very clean
Service: From the front desk lady to the back kitchen uncle and the cleaning aunt are very kind and thoughtful!
I have to say that their bed is still very comfortable, I think the breakfast is more than those chain hotels, the variety is still more.
