Just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, it's really easy to find. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient, and the lady working there had a lovely smile. The room was more spacious than I expected, with large windows offering a great view. The cleanliness was exceptional; even the faucets were sparkling, and there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners. The mattress was very supportive, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The soundproofing was excellent – I wasn't disturbed by any noise from neighboring rooms or the street. And for this price, including breakfast, it's truly great value for money! There are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby, giving it a lively, local feel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Hotel Review:

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. 

However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.

Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.

Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.

Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

H Hotel Xian boasts an excellent location near the Bell and Drum Towers, with breakfast options nearby, though I often woke up early and ate elsewhere. The hotel features comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a great spot for exploring the city, and I appreciate the convenience of dining options within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Xian!

The environment is super comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very soft and sleeps very fragrant, the service attitude is good, the price is very high, come next time! The location is excellent, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the health is in place, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the experience is full ✨ the overall exceeded expectations! The hotel has only been open a short while, so the facilities are excellent and complete. It's also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was quick. Overall, it's a great place!

I booked this hotel on short notice for this business trip, and the experience was much better than I expected. The room was spotless, the sheets and blankets were dry and smooth, clearly changed carefully, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. The toiletries were complete, which made me feel very reassured. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, handling check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently, and even patiently pointed out nearby restaurants. The best part was the soundproofing; it was incredibly quiet in my room at night, with no noise from the hallway or next door, and I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it included congee, noodles, eggs, and several simple side dishes, all of which were delicious and satisfying. The price was also very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The price-performance ratio is very high, the surrounding environment is also good, and the room is clean. It's just that the audio-visual room can't watch audio and video. The merchant doesn't give membership, so there is no way to watch any movies or variety shows. I want to watch TV but there is none. I regret this a little bit. Everything else is good

Zhengzhou Accommodation Recommendation! H Crystal Hotel is truly a peaceful haven tucked away in a bustling area. The room design is very stylish, and the lighting creates a wonderful ambiance, perfect for taking photos. The mattress is just right, not too soft and not too hard, and the water pressure in the shower is great, washing away all the fatigue. Overall, I'm very satisfied, five-star recommendation!

The location of the business trip was in Zhengshang Building A, so I booked this hotel because of its convenient location. After checking in, I decided to stay longer. The service was really good. For example, when I needed a lunch box in the middle of the night, the front desk lady found a way to get me an oden box. At that time, I thought that the front desk lady's ability to solve problems was really good; later, the sound insulation was not very good, and someone was talking in the corridor in the middle of the night. After I called the front desk, they sent me two days of breakfast. Although I didn't eat it, I felt that the service attitude of this hotel was very good, and the bed was very comfortable, more comfortable than at home; in short, the two-day accommodation experience at H Hotel made me very happy
