Just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, it's really easy to find. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient, and the lady working there had a lovely smile. The room was more spacious than I expected, with large windows offering a great view. The cleanliness was exceptional; even the faucets were sparkling, and there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners. The mattress was very supportive, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The soundproofing was excellent – I wasn't disturbed by any noise from neighboring rooms or the street. And for this price, including breakfast, it's truly great value for money! There are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby, giving it a lively, local feel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an.

H Hotel Xian boasts an excellent location near the Bell and Drum Towers, with breakfast options nearby, though I often woke up early and ate elsewhere. The hotel features comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a great spot for exploring the city, and I appreciate the convenience of dining options within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Xian!

Okay, I've revised the review to around 100 words and adjusted it to a more composed and objective tone.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast selection was extensive and of excellent quality. The complimentary late-night snack was a thoughtful touch, adding convenience and warmth to my trip. Special praise goes to the front desk staff; their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness demonstrated the hotel's outstanding service level. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would consider staying here again.

This Xi'an trip to stay at H Crystal Hotel exceeded expectations! The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway, and it is very convenient to travel. The lobby is simple and atmospheric, the room is cleaned spotlessly, there is no smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is very good. The bathroom with dry and wet separation is clean and refreshing, and the facilities are complete and easy to use. The front desk staff is warm and courteous, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the response to problems is timely. The supporting self-service laundry room is very intimate and the breakfast is rich. The overall price is very high, the service details are in place, come to Xi'an strongly recommend this, will choose again next time!

The room is incredibly spacious and bright, definitely not cramped! It's super clean, and the decor is simple yet elegant. The wardrobe offers plenty of storage, making it easy to put away luggage and clothes. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and all the facilities are brand new. The bed is comfortable, the environment is quiet, and overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is clean and concise, the environment is very good, the staff at the front desk are very good at service, and they gave me two bottles of water before leaving. The check-in was very fast, the room type was upgraded for free, and late check-out was provided for free. The room is also very clean and nice👍

The service is outstanding! The two handsome guys working the night shift were incredibly warm and helpful, elevating the hotel's service quality to a five-star level! Even in the middle of the night, they were enthusiastic in asking about and doing their best to meet our needs. They helped us switch rooms and patiently explained the features of different room types, which we greatly appreciated! The hotel's overall hygiene and environment are also excellent, and the breakfast is abundant. Everything was great! Highly recommended!

The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was very fast, and their attitude was superb. They also enthusiastically recommended great local spots for food and fun. The room was fully smart, which was incredibly convenient. It was also very clean, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise from the hallway or next door. The shower had great water pressure, and the hot water came quickly. Even the toiletries were high quality. Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and the food tasted great. The location is excellent, right near Dihao Food Street, making it easy to shop and dine out. Parking is also convenient; you can park for free all along the street in front of the hotel. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth staying again. Highly recommended!

The room is clean and tidy, and there is a small table, just right for the children to do their homework. Opposite the hotel is Chifeng College, where there is a night market with many snacks, very convenient. It is worth praising that the brother and sister at the front desk are super nice. Because of the sudden heavy rain, the brother also held an umbrella for us.
It is a 10-minute walk from Wanda Plaza and a 3-minute drive from Chifeng Museum. I had a breakfast at the breakfast shop downstairs, which is generally highly recommended👍🏻

I was really impressed with this hotel during my business trip! Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were very professional. The room was clean and tidy, and the decor didn't feel outdated at all – you'd never guess it was renovated 20 years ago. The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!

The room is not bad. It is very close to the Yingze Bridge Coal Museum. It is very convenient. The bustling place to eat is nearby. The supermarket can also be the fly in the room. There are more small flying insects. You can bring children to make reference.
