This hotel was an absolute delightful surprise!!! A must-stay when you visit Tokyo!

First off, the decor doesn't feel like your typical chain hotel at all. The minimalist style, combined with Japanese Zen elements, makes for a very comfortable stay and is perfect for photos. Every decoration feels just right. Initially, I wasn't even planning on staying here and didn't have high expectations, as I transferred from the Aman due to a flight delay.

The service was truly exceptional, especially from a lovely Cantonese lady who spoke Chinese. Their Chinese-speaking service is definitely the best in all of Japan. Right off the bat, we received vouchers for dining and the spa, and upon check-in, there were two complimentary welcome drinks at the bar. With service this good, the minor inconveniences like the slightly winding hallways (because it's a converted commercial office building, so the corridors are a bit maze-like with only one pathway) or the small gym and pool are absolutely no issue. And the Tokyo Tower view here... you truly have to experience it in person to feel its awe-inspiring power! All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again!

The service was excellent, and they even had staff who spoke Chinese. We stayed for two nights and booked dinner-inclusive rates for both. On the second day, they kindly adjusted the menu for us. We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is also great, making it very convenient for shopping.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Times Square. The front desk upgraded us to a room facing the square during check-in, which was a nice bonus! 👍

The room was quite small. It was difficult to open two large suitcases, making it feel more suitable for a solo traveler; it would be quite cramped for two people. Housekeeping was quick to respond when we requested water.

The breakfast restaurant had a nice ambiance, and everything was à la carte. The food was decent. However, the hotel didn't inform us in advance that there was a credit limit for breakfast included in our stay, nor did they mention it at check-out. We never received an electronic bill either. We only found out about the charges when we saw them on our credit card statement later. This process is really unreliable; I almost thought the hotel was overcharging me! This issue brings my service rating down from what would have been a 4.5 to a 3.5.

Thankfully, Trip.com customer service was very helpful. We only learned the full story through their communication, and they eventually resolved everything perfectly. I want to specifically commend them for that! 👍

The service is also good. I may come back in the future. The toiletries are all from lalabo. The price is much better than other old money hotels. I will stay here next time I come to New York.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! When checking in, the front desk staff were warm, polite, and patiently answered all my questions. The room was clean with no strange odors, had great natural light and views, and was fully equipped with amenities. Yona and Colin were incredibly attentive, proactively asking about my needs and thoughtfully offering all kinds of assistance. The hotel environment was quiet, allowing for undisturbed rest, and the overall ambiance felt upscale and comfortable. It's suitable for both short trips and business travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and it will be my top choice for future trips!
