Metro station is just in front of the hotel and there are many eateries and grocery shops. Location is  very convenient. There is no room cleaning through the stay, towels changing is self service. Breakfast selection very limited and taste so so only. Room is very spacious and it can be noisy as McDonald is just downstairs.

I'd call this hotel's location 'the light of Paris' – it's incredibly convenient, right at the subway station entrance. You can take a direct train to Disneyland and Charles de Gaulle Airport without any transfers. The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, shops, and malls. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle are all within walking distance. Plus, the nearby Saint-Eustache Church offers evening concerts, which is a fantastic, lesser-known local experience.

The hotel rooms are spacious and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. The front desk even provides travel tips and tourist information. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, offering limited options if you're staying for multiple days. I hope everyone reading this has a wonderful time in Paris!

I chose this hotel with my three almost-adult children. Its location is the biggest advantage, right by the Seine River, a few hundred meters from Notre Dame Cathedral. The Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Place de la Concorde, and Musée d'Orsay were all within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a Carrefour supermarket. The hotel lobby offers complimentary hot water, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, and more. It rained during our stay, and coming back to the hotel for a hot chocolate or tea was incredibly comforting. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The bed in the bedroom was larger than 1.3 meters, feeling almost as big as a king-sized bed. The sofa bed in the living room opened up into two separate single beds, which was great. The only minor drawback was that one of the beds made quite a bit of noise when turning over. The open-plan kitchen had ample utensils, and we could easily make simple meals after buying some oil and salt. Frying eggs and cooking instant noodles was no problem – my 'Chinese stomach' simply can't handle Western food all the time. The bathroom had a clothes dryer, and a hairdryer and iron were also provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but disposable slippers were available, though of average quality. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There's a bakery not far downstairs where fresh croissants were 1.4 euros, which was quite good value. All in all, if you're traveling as a family, have a 'Chinese stomach,' and aren't rolling in money, I'd recommend it.

Hotel is in good condition with excellent customer service. We would like to thank Ms Salini at the reception for her hospitality and guidance when my sis mobile phone was pickpocket in the metro the day we arrived. Paris should have more people like her. Hotel is just next to the metro (place d Italia) but pls be careful for those that is taking the metro as pickpocket operate inside and outside especially in front of the mall. For 1st time traveller it’s not advisable at it might get a bit rough during the night. Overall stay at hotel is good just not outside the hotel. Take care for those that is staying around that area.

This is a serviced apartment near Avenue de l'Opéra, so the location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. It's right off a main road, which feels very safe. The hotel's facilities are decent, though our induction hob broke on the last day. The hot water can be a bit inconsistent; sometimes it's not great if you use it later in the evening. Housekeeping is done every three days, and there's an extra charge if you want it done sooner. Overall, the physical amenities are okay, but the service isn't great. There's only ever someone at the front desk, and you rarely see other staff members. I don't think it offers good value for money, as the room rate is quite expensive.

The hotel's location is its biggest highlight. They have many branches in Paris, and this one is in the 16th arrondissement, not too far from the main attractions. It's perfectly situated for a city walk in the most romantic city. With a kitchen, it's especially suitable for families who like to cook their own meals. There's an Auchan supermarket just 200 meters away that has everything you need at reasonable prices, and it's much larger than the nearby G20 and Carrefour. The street next door seems to be an 'Asian street' with Chinese, Thai, and Japanese restaurants. If you register as a member at the front desk, you get free breakfast, one voucher per person per meal. There's also a coffee machine near the breakfast area on the ground floor with free coffee and milk daily, but it's best to use your room's cups. The hotel's philosophy is all about self-sufficiency, sustainability, and living well. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a little dated, especially the faucets, which aren't ideal, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience, which is why I extended my stay for another night.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just two minutes from the subway station. The famous Moulin Rouge is right outside, and it's also a street full of bars, very lively at night, but also quite chaotic. It's safe to stay indoors at night.

However, there was a noticeable odor near the kitchen entrance to the room; otherwise, it was fine.

It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.

We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least. 

Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.

Would I return? Yes sure

This hotel is conveniently located close to Bastille and both bus and subway stations. The staff at the front desk answered questions politely when asked. The hotel seems run down and not very clean. There were hand prints on the inside of the bathroom door from the previous guests and oddly enough both my room and the elevator had issues with mosquitoes. In the entire time I was there - no cleaning staff entered my room. My room had a kitchen but no effort was made to empty garbages in either the kitchen or bathroom. I know I am not alone in this - as I observed other people going to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and bringing their garbage down to the lobby to ask where they might empty it. When I made my booking, I specifically requested a room away from the elevator, so naturally I had the closest room to the elevator possible. I realize Paris, like any big city in Europe, is expensive but I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends. Make note if you decide to stay there, that the hotel offers breakfast at a cost double what one might pay within a block of where it is situated.

Located near Montparnasse train station with numbers of nice restaurants and supermarkets around. The room is spacious with amenities like an electric kettle, digital safe, cleaning shampoo, gels and etc.
Self-service coin laundry is in the basement one, and free coffee, cocoa machine at lobby level 1.

Very good location. Just 2 minutes to Holborn Station and walking distance about 10-15 mins to Covent Garden and SoHo. Decent room size with a kitchenette. However, it's not as per what stated on Trip.com that there's housekeeping. We were informed that it's an apart hotel which does not provide daily housekeeping.

Quite a good value stay during the Christmas holiday season. The room was spacious and clean, with nothing really to complain about. However, the room lacked amenities, requiring us to request them separately from reception, which isn’t ideal for a hotel in this price range. On the plus side, this hotel is very convenient, easily accessible from Farringdon Station on the Elizabeth Line, making it a direct route to Heathrow.

The hotel is super close to the tube station, making it really convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is lovely, part of a high-end residential district in London. The room was clean, and the service was perfectly fine. The only minor downside was that breakfast wasn't served in the hotel; you had to pick it up from a supermarket next door. I personally found the breakfast to be just okay, but then again, that's pretty standard for UK breakfasts. Overall, I was still satisfied.

1. Excellent location
Within walking distance to major attractions like Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, and Westminster. Subway stations (Embankment, Charing Cross) are also nearby, making getting around very convenient.

2. Room layout and amenities
The room has a small kitchen (refrigerator, sink) for basic cooking, free Wi-Fi, and ample storage space, making it feel like a 'home away from home' for longer stays.

3. Front desk/Service
Most guests appreciate the friendly staff and smooth check-in process. Thoughtful amenities like the complimentary coffee machine are a plus.

Cons:
1. Outdated facilities and cleanliness issues
The room facilities feel old, and the cleanliness was not as good as expected. Specifically, the maintenance of the bed and bathroom was off-putting.

The hotel apartment is converted from an old post office. The facilities are very new and the ceilings in the room are very high! The space feels very comfortable. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby, which is suitable for office work and business travel! Convenient transportation, two stops to Kingscross, and buses go directly to Oxford Street and the University of the British Empire.

A very high-quality accommodation experience. We booked a family room but only two people slept there. The facilities were complete. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. The location is excellent for work. Call grab food also convenient.

I never expected to enjoy this hotel as much as I did. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The entrance greeter assisted us with carrying our luggage and even opened the car door for us, which made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived.

I booked an apartment-style room that was perfect for a family stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and even came with a water dispenser. Although the hot water function was not working, we were still able to boil water using the pots and kettle provided. The washing machine was also a great addition, especially with its hot air drying function, which made doing laundry very convenient.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. It truly made my first trip to Jakarta an amazing and memorable experience.

What kind of porridge is this? It's just rice with some broth. Was it cooked by a chef or an intern? So embarrassing. A hotel as big as Citadines, tarnished. Even though the service was good, there were still many shortcomings. The bathroom was flooded. There was no iron facility. The phone couldn't be used. I arrived at night and was given a room that hadn't been occupied for a long time. You could see something on top of the toilet, indicating it hadn't been used in a while. I asked for ice at night and got it, but it was really oily, I don't know what kind of oil it was. Disgusting.
