This is a great hotel! Check-in was quick, the hallways were quiet, and the rooftop gym was well-equipped. The lobby is bright, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it's conveniently close to the subway station. Excellent stay overall.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. Downstairs, you'll find an old street that preserves the charm of the old city. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with a smart control system. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the layout is well-proportioned with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the bustling old town. The service here is absolutely on par with a five-star hotel; the staff are polite and enthusiastic, and any requests we had were addressed promptly.

We chose to stay at the Grand Mercure Guangzhou Airport Hotel for our family trip to Guangzhou, and we were very satisfied with the experience. We booked a family suite, which was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for families traveling with parents and children. Such room types are not very common, and the overall living experience was excellent, leading to high-quality rest.

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which is very convenient for families and those traveling with children. Although the hotel's location is a bit further from the city center, having a dedicated shuttle to and from the airport made commuting much more stress-free. We took the subway from the airport to the city for our daily excursions, avoiding traffic jams, and the transportation arrangements were very smooth. Our three-day, four-night trip was relaxed overall, balancing sightseeing and rest perfectly.

The front desk staff provided professional and meticulous service, offering concierge-like assistance from check-in to check-out. Communication was smooth, and their attitude was friendly, making our family trip feel much more secure. Overall, it's highly recommended for families and those traveling with children.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is very good, and the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet. The price is really good value for money. The front desk customer service is enthusiastic, there are many breakfast varieties, which are suitable for Guangzhou people's taste, and porridge is delivered in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay experience!

The hotel is well-equipped. Each room has its own independent Wi-Fi network with super fast speed. The room has good lighting. The room is equipped with a sofa, table and chairs. The bed is clean and tidy and I slept well. The overall feeling is very comfortable. The lobby is simple and elegant. There is a free parking lot in front of the door, so there is no need to worry about the lack of parking space. The front desk lady is very skilled in her business. She upgraded the room type when there were many people staying and solved the problem in time. She is warm and thoughtful. I sincerely recommend it.

I stayed here on both my departure and arrival flights to Yantai. The hotel is just amazing and you can get a room on the highest floor with a great view to the city. It’s also very close to so many attractions here such as the golden beach and Tian square. I just went for a stroll and walked everywhere on foot. The gym has also a gym and nice coffee shop and bar. U can also have a nice breakfast in the morning.
All in all, my experience here was great and I definitely recommend it for any future guests. Oh and there’s also a flower shop u can visit. They also helped me with drying my clothes which I left here for 6 days and picked them up on my way back. They were folded nicely. The service is absolutely fantastic.

Facilities: The sea view room is absolutely stunning! You can see Erhai Lake as soon as you open the curtains! The toilet and shower are separated, which is a great feature.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the cleaning staff were very friendly.
Environment: Very comfortable, and the night view is also beautiful.
Service: We received a welcome gift upon arrival, and they offered hot drinks every day. The customer service representative, Xiangyang, was incredibly patient and enthusiastic, always responding to our questions honestly and genuinely!
I'll definitely be back!

The room is large, the water is good, the breakfast is rich, the facilities are perfect, the service is good, the location is biased, but quiet, suitable for tourists who travel by car, the fly in the ointment, the room has no refrigerator, the first day to Dali accommodation upgraded the room is very satisfied, back to Dali to live in the ancient city for one night, to the Accord for two days, also upgraded the room, The same price is much better than many homestays.
