I stayed here last winter when I came to soak in the hot springs. I was very satisfied with the private room last time. This time I wanted to go around, so I asked the front desk to help me get a room facing the sea. Wang Zeyu, the front desk, quickly arranged the room after hearing our needs. Thank you! It’s a good experience to walk on the wooden boardwalk by the sea. The water lilies in the park are so beautiful. Especially this week, I went to the vegetation near the seaside (behind the hot springs), where there are many locusts, and it is a good season for the fragrance of locust flowers. There are also tourists and fishing enthusiasts digging on the beach. This time I know how the sandworms were found. It’s always a fresh experience to stay in this hotel. I don’t know what fun and delicious things I will find next time.

J had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites. 

The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort. 

The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker. 

One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there. 

In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good! 

Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

非常好，早晨九點多就到酒店了，停車場已經停着不少車了。前台姑娘挺熱情，説房目前還沒有打掃出來的，也沒有退的，要等一等，我説阿姨能不能給抓緊搶一下。姑娘跟房務溝通了一下，説沒問題，估計還要半個小時。我其實也沒有等那麼久。

期間有退房的，前台都問一下感受，一看就是有培訓。

再説房間，很不錯呀。超絕性價比。動線設計的都很合理，也有小細節。尤其刷牙水杯子，帶膠底，防滑。

已經推薦給朋友們了。

樓層阿姨也很細心，總之賓至如歸。感謝他們！

如果一定要提改進，房間的紗窗可以再檢查一下，毛毛季過去了，可以再清理一下什麼的，有台階的地方可以貼一下標識。期待未來更好。

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel is very neat and clean. The room is super spacious and clean too. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Smart toilet and smart guest control 小度 are a plus. Separate toilet and bathroom which are both spacious. Water pressure is great.

Appreciate that the hotel is attentive to small details which enhances the stay for guests. For example, there are hooks in the bathroom so that guests can hang the clothes (many hotels which we have stayed before do not provide hooks so it’s very inconvenient). Also there are different lighting modes which guests can set to suit their needs. There’s meeting mode which is bright, there’s cosy mode which is soothing and sleep mode. There’s also night light sensors at the bottom of the side tables near the beds. There’s also a long sofa by the window which guests can chill on and enjoy the scenery outside while sipping on a cup of coffee and munching some snacks.

Not many amenities onsite though. But it’s okay for us. Just a small gym with limited equipments. Would be great if the gym can be bigger with more equipments for workout enthusiasts. However, there’s a cute delivery robot which delivers food to the rooms.

Location is great. About 5-7 mins walk to Ximenkou subway station exit B. 10 mins walk to Gong yuan qian subway station. Many eateries nearby. There’s a KFC, Luckin coffee and convenience store just downstairs the hotel.

The reception ladies are very friendly and helpful too. They exhibit professionalism and provide excellent customer service. They always greet the guests with smiling faces. Special thanks to a sweet lady 小婷! When they couldn’t locate one of our TB parcels, 小婷 helped us contact the courier and found out that the parcel was delivered to neighbouring unit. 小婷then accompanied us to the neighbouring unit to search for and finally retrieved the missing parcel. Many thanks to 小婷👍🏻 Well done and great job, reception!

We love the hotel and had a wonderful stay there! We will definitely recommend to everyone to stay at Argyle Weifudun Apartment (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Ximenkou Subway station). Highly recommended 👍🏻

The service is very good. Thank you to the front desk guy for helping us coordinate breakfast on the same day. The facilities are good and the bathroom is clean and tidy.
The only thing that needs to be improved is to contact and clean the bottom of the chess and card table. There are cigarette butts and garbage under it.
The chess and card room smells like smoke. If you mind, it is not recommended to book

My parents and I came to the Temple of Heaven for a blessing this time, and our stay far exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. What truly impressed us was the service; from the polite greetings at the front desk to the bellhop's proactive assistance, every detail was handled perfectly. The room was well-equipped, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. When we ordered takeout at night, a robot even delivered it directly to our door, which was both smart and thoughtful. This kind of high-quality, seamless service really made our stay exceptional!

The environment is clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful and attentive, making for a very relaxing and comfortable stay – a perfect experience!
