"We are a family of five who booked one double room and one triple room for 2 nights. Rooms are a little cramped, especially the triple room but the rooms, towels, bedsheets and toilets were clean. There are no partitions nor shower curtains, thus after every shower, we'd have to wipe dry the toilet seats. There was an air purifier machine in the triple room which worked well to clear the air in the room as there were no windows.
The hair dryer in the triple room was faulty but was quickly replaced when reported.
All of us rested well during our stay. Any minor inconveniences we experienced were more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Bee."

"I hardly know where to start... This is the largest howling the world, check-in is 100% automated, the rooms quality and view vary a lot at the ferry same price, and in order to rectify any problem the queue to the reception staff may well reach 250+ people, with waiting time UP TO SEVEN HOURS!
What is great there though, Are tha views from those rooms that have it (most of them don't) and vrwelcoming and professional reception and housekeeping staff. My problems were attendee very efficiently once I got hold of supervisors.
What truly shocked me us total absence of in-room internet, wired or wireless, free or chargeable. Come on, it's 2026th!!!"

"The overall stay was quite pleasant, mainly due to the excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The scenery was truly enjoyable and added a relaxing atmosphere to the experience. It was convenient to access nearby attractions, which made the trip more satisfying.
However, there were some areas that could be improved. The room and common areas had noticeable dust, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the level of cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, as certain details in housekeeping seemed to be overlooked. With better attention to hygiene and maintenance, the stay could have been significantly more enjoyable.
In summary, while the location and view are definite highlights, improvements in cleanliness and housekeeping standards are needed to enhance the overall guest experience."
