We didn't have breakfast included when we checked in, but the front desk courteously gave us a complimentary one. On the day we checked out, we overslept, and the butler was very helpful in arranging a late check-out for us."

"Exceeded expectations! The hotel environment is quite good, offering great value for money. The staff are enthusiastic, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options, including delicious local specialty 'shaobing jia liji' (sesame flatbread with fried pork tenderloin). The aunties in the restaurant were also very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and we even received warm bottled water upon check-out. Overall, a very satisfying stay."

"The front desk said that the high-end rooms are all located at the elevator entrance, which is very noisy. I was often woken up at night. The three-way intersection downstairs is also very noisy. The room was very dirty, and the floor was full of floating feathers. I asked an aunt to clean it, and she mopped the floor very seriously. The pillow smelled very strong, like a middle-aged man. The aunt was very nice and changed it several times."

There are ground parking spaces in front and behind the building, which can accommodate more than 60 cars. Parking is free for accommodation. There is also an underground parking lot. It is adjacent to the Bengbu Convention and Exhibition Center, the Grand Theater, and the Library. There are many restaurants around, especially lobster barbecue, which may be a local specialty. The hotel staff has a good service attitude."
