It was my first time to stay at Kaiyuan. I had just placed an order. Xiao Qi at the front desk called to confirm the room arrangement. The hotel environment is very good, there is plenty of greenery, the front desk staff is very professional, and the room was specially turned down. The room arrangement is very warm and the price/performance ratio is very good. High, thumbs up to the hotel staff. Although it is a new hotel, all the services in the hotel are very good. 1. Overall, a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep, and excellent hygiene—no odors or dust. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind. They even guided me to the elevator and helped with my luggage. Special praise to Chen Zimeng and Zhou Qun! Excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
