However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The location is absolutely a business traveler's dream. It's just a 2-minute walk from the high-speed train station, so no more rushing and worrying about missing your train. Being close to the university town means plenty of options for dinner and late-night snacks, with tons of food choices around. This stay was full of pleasant surprises. The hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in – such a warm touch, with attention to every detail. The front desk had a complete range of disposable toiletries, which was incredibly practical and solved the problem of forgetting essentials when traveling. I also happened to catch the room after it had been upgraded with brand new MLILY zero-pressure mattresses and pillows. The zero-pressure sleep experience was soft yet supportive; after a long day, I instantly relaxed when I lay down and slept soundly all day, with all my fatigue gone. There were also two chirpy, adorable little birds in the lobby, which were very therapeutic while waiting to check in and added a lovely ambiance. This hotel is perfect for both short layovers and business trips. It's already on my permanent list, and Starry Hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip!

It was my first time to stay at Kaiyuan. I had just placed an order. Xiao Qi at the front desk called to confirm the room arrangement. The hotel environment is very good, there is plenty of greenery, the front desk staff is very professional, and the room was specially turned down. The room arrangement is very warm and the price/performance ratio is very good. High, thumbs up to the hotel staff. Although it is a new hotel, all the services in the hotel are very good. This hotel is located by the beautiful Longzi Lake, and every time I stay here, I feel truly relaxed and comfortable. Although there aren't many choices for breakfast, the food is very tasty. What impressed me most was the warm reception and attentive service from the restaurant staff member, Cui Shuangshuang, as well as the caring attention from the young female chef who makes the noodles. We were deeply touched by their efforts. The hotel manager, Candy, also fulfilled her responsibilities with dedication, fully demonstrating the professionalism of the hotel staff and their wholehearted commitment to serving guests. The only regret is that despite the lovely environment and the nice hotel itself, the surrounding area is somehow blocked off everywhere. Even going out for a morning jog is stopped by security personnel. This was very disappointing. If it weren't for the friendly and thoughtful service from the hotel staff, we would probably choose another hotel next time. I hope the relevant people will do something meaningful and show understanding for the feelings of guests staying at this hotel, so that this otherwise pleasant experience is not spoiled.

The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep, and excellent hygiene—no odors or dust. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind. They even guided me to the elevator and helped with my luggage. Special praise to Chen Zimeng and Zhou Qun! Excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
